Recently renovated last year, this McDonalds isn't the biggest or nicest one I've ever been to but the people who work here seem nicer than the people at other McDonalds so they get the thumbs up from me. When I go to McDonalds, I always go for the cheese burgers. They need to have the right proportions of onion, pickle and ketchup or it's just a waste of my time. This location does it right. They do not have a play room and you can't make a left out of the parking lot which is kind of annoying but it's close and convenient as a McDonalds should be so A-Ok for me! read more

Had no choice but to eat here last night coming home from meeting friends like 9:30pm. There was nothing on the way home and I didn't feel like deviating from the path to my house. I got a quarter pound with cheese. Have they always put huge slices of raw onion on them? And I had to wait for it! It was 5.99, but probably worth 3.49. I also got a McFlurry s'mores variety, not bad but they should take a walk over to Dairy Queen and see what's inside of a blizzard and try to copy that. Consistency is key. This restaurant is always as it should be. I'm a double quarter pounder guy. My wife is all about fries and nuggets. This location is closest to our home and it's always as expected. My only complaint is they never give ketchup unless you ask. It's annoying when getting takeout only to get to your destination and realize there's no ketchup. It ruins my experience honestly. read more

I occasionally go to this McDonalds and quite often there's flys in the dining area especially in the summer time. I ordered some fries yesterday and they were room temp and soggy (this was around 3:30 in the afternoon). Hey my name is Justin Calhoun I ordered on door dash this morning and decided to spend my hard working money on McDonald's and never again. I ordered the hot cakes meal and it comes with a biscuit, hash brown, sausage, and egg I also ordered and extra biscuit, hash brown, sausage and egg. I went at an off time between lunch and dinner hours, figuring it wouldn't be busy and the food would be fresh and prepared well. I couldn't be more wrong. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe Meal. The sandwich looks like it was just thrown together and the fries were ice cold. I told Matt the fries were cold and he made me some fresh ones. While I was waiting, I told another employee that every table in the dining room was dirty, and the floor needed to be swept because there was food everywhere, and the entire floor in front of the soda machine was sticky. After I explained the cleanliness issues with the employee, his exact words were, "then don't come." This had to be the worst meal and filthiest McDonald's I have ever seen. read more

I would give zero stars if it was an option but you see by others reviews that this place is dirty and the food is cold so I will leave it up for you to decide if you want to come here. I placed an order and paid through the app which was confirmed by my bank, apple pay and through the McDonalds app. But was told I did not pay when I got there and would have to pay them again. That I could come in and look at the computer. I was willing to wait for the receipt to print and I'm SURE it did by time I left. The owner said this happens all the time and that it's "no big deal" to dispute it with my bank. Kevin is a real piece of work. I will never forget the time where they served me COLD food. I didn't order anything too crazy. Just a 6 piece and a small fry before heading into work. I work 3 mins down the road and I started eating as soon as I got there. My fries were luke warm and soggy and my nuggets were cold. I called and got the luxury to speak to Kevin. Kevin is the ring leader of the circus. I told him the situation and he told me to bring the food back. Respectfully so, just unfortunately I had just started my shift and couldn't bring it back. I was upset the other day because it's just been a few mistakes this week (yes we've been eating way too much McDonald's lol) and we spent a decent amount of money there literally nearly every day lately. But I have to say the food has been pretty good most of the time. I think they were just training a bunch of new people at the same time. Because up until a week or two ago I hadn't had a problem in quite a while. So in all fairness I did want to update. It came out as a bad review because I was upset I had just wasted time typing out my Full review. Being it was too many characters. And like I said there were a couple of errors but some of it was the mobile app apparently. There's nothing they can do to fix that. The food is good though; The coffee is delicious. I always get the same thing a Big Mac, which I sub out the beef for mcchicken and I have never been told no until today. The manager who didn't address myself or her employee cut both of us off mid order and said absolutely not, " my owner, Steve, will be so mad". I've attempted to use the drive thru 3 times in the last 3 weeks but because they have an incompetent staff there, the line stretches almost to the entrance and it moves only once every 2 minutes. And without exaggeration, it is like that literally EVERY DAY. I then park and attempt to order from inside but the entire inside is packed because of staff incompetence. The term fast food is obviously not understood by this McDonalds and it's absolutely DISGUSTING that to purchase food from here, you'd literally have to wait upwards around 20 minutes to even be served a cheeseburger. This McDonalds should be shut down or otherwise transitioned to other owners or managerial staff who understand food service for time constraint customers. Every other mcdonalds in town allows 6ft social distancing pickup inside except Fischer Blvd, they like to have the line hold up, delay, or cause and accident for the other traffic in area. Limit cars or open up but stop blocking traffic. read more

Background. I'm allergic to onions - hospital time if I eat them. Now for the review. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I stopped going to this mcdonalds in the spring of 2k12, 5 YES 5 times in a row, I got onions on my burgers, even after the 5th time when I got fed up with their inept ability to take my order, and explained to them why I can't have onions on my burger, guess what I got on my burgers, YEP onions. Don't know if it was the fact that the person behind the counter was an idiot or simply couldn't understand ENGLISH, but I got onions on my burgers for the 5th straight time in a row. But wait, it gets better. After over a year, I was in the neighborhood, hungry & figured what's the odds of them screwing up my order for the 6th straight time Answer 100%. Unbelievable. ONIONS!!! I find it weird to see bad reviews. Did they accidentally write for the wrong McDonald's? This location is CONSISTENT with food and quick service. I PASS BY 3 other McDonald's to go to this one before work every day LOL I get coffee here and the one on Hooper Ave (depending on the direction I'm coming from). I need my coffee made right; I swear these locations are the only ones most consistent. Plus it's only $1 for any size coffee (ice or hot). This is ALL year round. Not all locations offer that. I also say the same with their food being consistently good, which I get twice a week on average. Plus they have dog treats at the window. My dog is now trained like Pavlov's dog: He gets excited to see the arches and knows the 2nd drive thru window is the one with the treats. This location attracts high volumes of traffic, but they go through the line quickly (I'm a drive thru girl so I don't care about the inside... but if you do, it is newer). There was rare circumstances where I waited awhile but that's because the car in front of me was an a****** that decided to order for 50 people instead of placing the large order inside the restaurant. When you see 10 bags being shoved into the car in front of you, that's what the hold up is. I would love to see a policy to change that. Like the minimum 10 item policy for some cashier lanes at super markets. So it stays FAST. Ugh pet peeve. Then the people complain about the place. But this place still handles that well, too. read more

This is a tough one for me because I never had a problem with McDonald's before. I went in with my phone in hand and app open to enjoy my buy one burger get one free code. The kid at the register asks a manager how to enter it. Instead of coming over to the employee and helping him, she yells I don't think the scanner is working. I said can't you put the code in from the app like all the rest of the McDonald's do when the scanner is not working? She couldn't be interested or bothered, she just walked away. Ok I said to the employee I will have the 2 for $5.00 1/4 pounders with cheese from the value menu. The employee again asks the manager if they have the 2 for $5 menu. The manager looks at me like I was bothering her again and said no they don't have that menu at that McDonald's. Ok so I'm 2 for 2 now. I was aggravated, hungry and already spent more time on a fast food line then ever before. I order 2 1/4 pounders with cheese with just onion and pickles to go. About 5 minutes later while I'm driving, I open them up and ketchup is all over them. So much for onions and pickles only. From the the management down this is one place I will not revisit.
