The place doesn't look like much from the outside - your typical chicken take out joint. There's barely any seating inside but it's not the type of place where you hang out from what I can tell. It's pretty basic inside with a chest of drinks and a simple counter. The menu is mostly focused on chicken and with good reason - they make it really, really well. We took our orders back to work with us and after opening the bags, others in the office were immediately intrigued by what we had brought back. I'm not sure what they season it with, or what they fry it in, but the fried chicken was absolutely delicious. Very juicy with a thin but perfectly crisp crust and a great flavor. The only downside is that the sides were meh. The mashed potatoes were the same as you'd get at any chicken place (KFC, Popeyes) and the biscuit was dry and uninspiring. But man was that chicken fantastic. So, pick up a chicken meal or just get some chicken and make your own sides - this place is a diamond in the rough.

Our front door faces the street that intersects with our address. We are on a corner so the garage is on one side and the front door is on the other. (I've watched Delivery people wander up and down the pathways in the complex here in bitter cold weather rather than directions it might offer clue to where they're going.) The same person who made my sandwich also rang me up -- without changing his gloves. He touched the register screen, bags, counters, and who knows what else, all with the same gloves he used to make my food. Then he went right back to preparing sandwiches... still no glove change. So I calmly walked over to the manager, who had already seemed pretty dismissive when I walked in. I could tell that he wasn't interested in any niceties with me, since he was saving them for the non-minority make that walked in after me. I said, "You may want to let him know that he needs to change his gloves." The manager asked, "Why?" I explained, "Because he made my sandwich, checked me out, touched the screen, and then went back to making sandwiches." His response? "Did he touch cash?" I replied, "Why does that matter? Their price point is around a dollar higher than a California Tortilla and Chipotle. The tortilla held together well, the portion of chicken was good, they packed it with a lot of rice, the chicken certainly had "Nashville chicken" flavors. I enjoyed the crispiness of the chicken. My son had a kids taco meal that came with a drink and chips. He wanted a second taco so the total came to $9.99. Chipotle has the same 2 taco meal for a few dollars less. The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned that day and the few tables they had for seating at the front of the store were dirty too.
