6/29/26 Wife went to drive through to make order. She ordered 1 - 20pc McNuggets 1 double cheeseburger Large 2 large fries 1 reg fry 2 reg cheeseburgers 1 quarter pounder with cheese 1 vanilla shake And a reg coke. The fries cold kinda hard The burgers were hot and fresh. The chicken nuggets I believe had been cooked the week before and served today. I've seen leather with more moisture in it than these dried up things had. Sad to say but will not go back. Until management can get their shit together and serve quality food. read more

first off. whoever it is working the counter by the name of Kylie i believe, needs to be taken off. she was so rude and didn't smile once. i get having a bad day but genuinely fake it til you make it. she also told two girls who were waiting for someone that if they werent ordering soon that they'd need to leave. as if there isnt always homeless people who stay. after saying thank you and being kind towards her she gave dirty looks and didn't say anything back. she should 100% not be working the counter. read more

Order taker in the morning is always rude and doesn't seem to want to be bothered. Have had to wait for change at the cash window because the manager was in no hurry to help the cashier's situation. She reprimanded the cashier by saying, " you need to be careful giving out change because no one went to the bank!" Ordered fish sandwiches and got them home, weren't even cooked! It's amazing that I have yet to go to this particular one and get an order that is correct. It's like there is a reading problem. And the fries, well, cold...never hot, not even warm. You would figure after sitting 15 minutes in the drive through that at least they would be warm. No such luck!!! So my suggestion would be to order simple and just be prepared to be disappointed, but be happy you have food. read more

I literally go to this McDonald's every morning. Yesterday when my husband went and picked up our breakfast (we always pre order and pick up curbside) so he gets there and gets a message that says that he needed to go in and pay a 7 cent difference that didnt come off our card. He goes in to pay the 7 cents. The girl working there says that he need to pay for the whole thing he showed her where it said he only needed to pay 7 cents because we already paid then he called me because she kept insisting that he needed to pay again I said no it came out of our bank she needs to give you the food. She kept fighting with him saying he needed to pay again. Finally I said hang up and I will call corporate she then slammed our food on the counter and said fine take it. read more

Waited 15 minutes to get my order while the restaurant was not that busy. After getting our drink cups we found that both Unsweet and Sweet tea had stickers that said to use by 2 hours before. Told the manager and they offered to get us tea from the drive through. After finally getting our meal, we watched to see when they'd replace the tea in the restaurant. They never did. I have never had hot fries from here. EVER. Also, I get 'sweet chili' sauce to go with nuggets when I get them. Washington mcdonald's puts the sauce in those little clear side cups that have secure lids. Union? Well, they just slop it into a loosely closed cardboard 4 pc nugget box... I went through tonight at 9:10 pm to get my son a happy meal, I ordered an unsweetened iced tea. When we got home I decided to pour my tea into my own cup. Imagine my surprise when I found brown paper towels shoved into the bottom of the McDonalds cup. The question here is, what did the employees put on the towel before they shoved it into my cup. My next question is, what did they do to my sons food. I called the manager immediately and was offered a refund or a replacement tea. read more
