Not everyone in the vehicle wanted food from the same place, which brought us here. For those of us that didn't get food elsewhere, we came here. I ordered ahead on the app so when I pulled up all I had to do was give them my code. The other person in the vehicle had to order at the drive up kiosk. Wait was minimal, which was a surprise since we showed up during the lunch rush. We pulled around and waited our turn. Surprisingly, ordering two separate ways in one vehicle did not make for too much trouble. They were able to complete both orders separately and had them ready at the same time. everyone wants to yell at other employees infront of customers. no one able to help train new staff but yell at the new staff for not understanding yet and want to complain over .30 sauce like a bunch of babies. new management is needed desperately read more

Hate to leave a bad review, but the service at this restaurant is repeatedly horrendous. Today, I spent 13 minutes sitting in one lane of the divided drive through while the employee manning the speaker had her microphone on. She proceeded to complain about customers, laugh with coworkers, talk about her day and everything else under the sun. Never once during that time did she take my order. Instead, the lane to the left of me had a steady stream of cars passing through, having their order taken in a timely manner. Since the employee at my speaker had her microphone activated the entire time, she could not hear me trying to politely get her attention. I would have happily sat for 13 minutes if the restaurant was busy and/or my order was taken- but if an employee has time to laugh and complain about customers, they have time to take my order. read more

Smoothie was ok for mc Donald's. Sausage biscuit was over cooked and a little black and the biscuit part was oily and hard. Not ideal. General grease atmosphere. Bathroom was nice but only had a hand blower w no towels. Short wait. read more

the line was so long so we went inside. then i get to the counter n no one was there to attend to me. so i used ziosk even rounded up my change n have been waiting 30 minutes. saw others after i got here get their food and i'm still sitting here waiting. and to top it all off my order number is 666. even better they forgot ab mine so i went up n they literally made it in 1 min. so y the long wait. my friend ate all his b4 i even got mine. something needs done. read more

Nice place very clean and I like the seating set up I was only passing through so I had a coffee which for $1 you can beat. Plus it's refillable also the internet worked well and I met some friendly customers. read more

I don't think that the first review was fair at all, most if not all Mcds tend to shut down the machine they use some point during the night. I came to Uniontown to visit a friend and came to this particular Mcds twice. Both times i had exceptional service and the food was good and fresh! read more

This is a great Fast Food Restaurant. Very Fast and Friendly Staff and it's very clean!

We frequent this restaurant or try to late night Saturday most every week. In the past six months most Saturdays I have to drive a mile further to another McDonald's. Last night at 1:41 they were closed but as you drive by the window people are standing around. Last week the first responses cash only. When I said ok, well it will be 20 minutes. I cant say how the food tasted, we didnt stay to eat after the way the staff treated us when we asked for them to fix our order. Workers were rude and refused to take responsibility for how they acted. Manager didnt know how to handle the situation. Piss poor customer service. read more

This is one of the new Kiosk only McDonalds. You cannot order food in the restaurant from a real person and there is no one at the counter. All staff members are so focused on fulfilling Drive thru orders they do not care about restaurant orders. The kiosk system is never going to work if there isn't a staff member supporting it- you can't even pay at the kiosk. Avoid this place! read more

I've eaten at this McDonald's on numerous occasions and I have never experienced any problems with this location. A lot of the reviews state this McDonald's is slow but everytime I came here I found their service to be quick. I found their workers who work the drive through window to be friendlier than those who work at other McDonald's and fast food restaurants. Their employees take the time to ask how I'm doing and make small talk which is nice. All of my experiences with this McDonald's were on early Saturday mornings when I'm on my way to work. Usually, I stop for a caffeinated beverage and breakfast. I've also come to this location in the morning on weekdays as well and have had a positive experience. I give four stars and not five because it is McDonald's and all locations have the same food. It's the service that sets you apart from the rest. I will definitely try to stop and order sometime during the night and will give an updated review. read more

I worked for them in maintenance and the guy who was training me would come in whenever he wanted and did absolutely noting he told me he does the bare minimum to get by and I can tell the place is very dirty I will never eat there again very disrespectful people bosses managers does not appreciate a good worker! read more
