I don't appreciate tipping for service that is advertised, but not provided. Second issue - Every chimichanga I've ever had has been fried, except at this place. An unfried chimichanga is basically a burrito. I ordered a chimichanga dinner and basically got two burritos instead. Overall the taste/quality of the dinner was average. Nothing that great.

It is chorizo (theirs has a great deal of flavor and isn't greasy like chorizo sometimes can be), onions, peppers and eggs. They serve it with tortillas and rice. Lots of food and packed with flavor. I have also tasted the enciladas and my husband loved the cowboy burrito. For drinks, especially during the summer they have awesome daily specials. I've tried the watermelon water and the cucumber lime. So very refreshing! Service is friendly and attentive and they are great about answering any questions that you might have about menu items. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner here and then heading next door to the creamery for delicious ice cream.

I go to chipotle multiple times a month. But this is a stand out experience for many reasons. To start with, this one worker (wish I got her name) had the worst attitude I've have probably ever seen. I had just started my order and she was already talking bad about the person who was in front of me. I proceeded to ask for white rice and black beans. She then gave me the tiniest scoop of black beans that I could possibly imagine. The scoop was so small that I could have probably counted each bean just looking at it. She then aggressively put in the rest of my ingredients that went into my burrito. After all of that I paid for it all and had 94 cents left to pay because unfortunately I did not have enough in my card. As I pulled out my dollar she screamed "You have 94 cents left to pay." I felt so embarrassed to look around with all the eyes that were on me. After this experience at this Uniontown Chipotle it is safe to say that I will never be coming back here again. read more

I recently visited this Chipotle and had a terrible experience. The server was mean and rude right from the start. She barely acknowledged me, and when she did, it was with a dismissive attitude. To make matters worse, I overheard her bad mouthing other customers, which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It's one thing to have a bad day, but taking it out on customers is unacceptable. The entire atmosphere felt unwelcoming because of her behavior. It was clear that she didn't want to be there, and it made the experience uncomfortable for everyone. Instead of enjoying my meal, I felt awkward and unwelcome. This kind of service is not what I expect from a place like Chipotle, and I won't be returning to this location. read more

My only comment (this is a comment, not a complaint) is that while the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines that mix your soda to order are cool - they aren't really practical when a fast food place is busy. There ends up being a line of people waiting to get a self-serve soda. This is true for all fast food places that have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. You really need at least two of these soda machines.
