We stopped in on our way home from Arkansas to get a snack and use the restroom. First things first, I headed to the ladies room. A worker was mopping the floor and it was pretty wet and slippery looking. She finally moved out of the way so I could get by her. I think she could have dried the floor a little bit to make it safer. I'm not prone to falling but it just felt a little dangerous. Next I ordered two Oreo McFlurries through my phone app. They were ready quickly. Of course it was in the middle of the afternoon and not during a lunch or dinner rush. The McFlurries looked good. After taking a couple of bites, you can see that the crushed Oreos are only placed on top, not mixed throughout the creation. This was extremely disappointing. read more

Rude rude rude. So the lady handing me my happy meals, DROPPED IT out the drive thru window, and didn't even acknowledge that it tumbled under my car. Just looked at it and walked away to get the rest of my order. Not a sorry, not a "would you like me to get you another one." Nothing, so i was like "um can i please have a new happy meal, since that tumbled under my car" rolls her eyes, then the manager comes over "WHICH ONE WAS IT" ummm why don't you ask your employee who's dropping food out the window instead of giving me a attitude. Then some girl comes out with the happy meal, and hands it to me, just blank face stare. Thank you for your excellent customer service and it's ok that you dropped my food and then acted like nothing happened. At least pretend you're a nice person. They have you pull up to wait for fries even when no one is behind you. Once there were SIX CARS pulled up waiting. 6! They run out of soda...how does that happen? This McDonalds is fulfillment challenged. They fail to complete the drive thru order about 50% of the time. I am not exaggerating. My best guess is that they figure people are hopping off of the highway and getting back on before they realize McDonalds has shorted the order. The other day my cousin was there and he asked for a plain cheese burger on the receipt it said plain and the receipt on the burger said plain. After coming to this Mcdonalds for breakfast for years Im done with them. The drive through might be open and it might not particularly if its raining. Food comes out half cold/partially warm-I have even been served by the clean up guy because the manager didn't show up. Generally you need cash before 9 in the morning because they can't get the card machine to work. Your order is typically wrong and if you order "Breakfast all day" just assume you are getting pulled up. If some one orders a large number of items they sit at the window and sit and sit until a bag and a drink finally come out-mean while I just give up and drive off.
