I went to this location around 10:30 this morning and had two sausage and egg McMuffins delivered to my car. I was going to eat one on my way home and unwrapped one before I left the parking spot. Absolutely the worst most incompetent 24 hr location I've ever seen in my life. 2hrs we spent trying to get food only to leave absolutely pissed off annoyed and tired. We came here with a mobile phone order through their app upon getting there we were told only cash ok when we called ahead of time why the heck would that not be mentioned 30min before we even arrived. I am already annoyed and hungry but try to be understanding so we drive all the way back home grab my wallet drive all the way to the atm then back to the McDonald's upon getting there now they can't do any orders was told they weren't able to serve for 30-45min. When you hire teenagers don't expect to get what you ordered. Order a chicken deluxe sandwich and I get a hot sauce sandwich. Order apple wedges with my happy meal I get extra french fries. After giving this place a second chance, they went to their old behaviour. Just tonight, I ordered a medium strawberry milkshake on the mobile app and when I arrived, the doors were locked and it wasn't even closing time yet. I waited for 15 minutes and I did not get my order. The night employees there are so rude and they do not give a shit if we don't get our order. Way to drive away customers. One of the employees who is likely the night manager came out and threatened me and she threatened to call the cops all because I was getting so pissed that I did not get what I ordered. I'm definitely not coming back to this location ever again. There will not be a third chance. I hope this location gets shut down. McDonald's is trash. Been going here for years and never had any major issues. It's a basic city McDonalds. They have some homeless issues in the area which caused a change in bathroom policy. You now need to purchase something before being allowed in the restroom. I stopped asking permission to use the restroom in grade school. No way am I paying for that permission now. It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting, but I like this location because the associates are so sweet and upbeat. The kitchen were mostly all singing a song together in the back when I came in. Of course the cashiers at the front weren't singing, but it was just kind of infectious, spreading their good moods while serving burgers. I like that!! Keep up the good work. read more

I was hesitant to try this McDonalds, but it is close to where I stay. I ordered online and picked up inside the establishment. I found the restaurant to be extremely clean. Staff were courteous and efficient. I found the biscuit egg and cheese perfectly hot and tasty. I was amazed how nicely the meal was packed for easy carry as I had several beverages. I will return and always question reviews and give a restaurant a chance to improve. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Ive had several issues with this location,, but the last two times I've been there have been awful. I visited about a month ago, and came home with UNCOOKED stone cold fries that had obviously been dropped in oil (b/c of how greasy they were) and immediately taken out. Today, they were directing people to the drive thru waiting area (all spots were full, and super backed up) because they were waiting on cheeseburgers. My boyfriend and I each ordered a two cheese burger meal, with no pickle. The ticket on the outside of my burger said cheeseburger, no pickle. On the inside I found sparse condiments, a pickle, and a cheese-less chesseburger. All 4 were like this. Will not be returning to this awful location again. read more

Every time I go here they mess up my order, and not just normal things like forgot to bag a fry, they gave me a quarter pounder when I ordered a fish fillet and forgot the rest of my order (except the stale fries they remembered to shove in the bag). The shocker was they gave a a table number and delivered my food with a smile and asked if I needed condiments. I asked for ketchup and it was quickly delivered.
