After giving this place a second chance, they went to their old behaviour. Just tonight, I ordered a medium strawberry milkshake on the mobile app and when I arrived, the doors were locked and it wasn't even closing time yet. I waited for 15 minutes and I did not get my order. The night employees there are so rude and they do not give a shit if we don't get our order. Way to drive away customers. One of the employees who is likely the night manager came out and threatened me and she threatened to call the cops all because I was getting so pissed that I did not get what I ordered. Been going here for years and never had any major issues. It's a basic city McDonalds. They have some homeless issues in the area which caused a change in bathroom policy. You now need to purchase something before being allowed in the restroom. I stopped asking permission to use the restroom in grade school. No way am I paying for that permission now. It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting, but I like this location because the associates are so sweet and upbeat. The kitchen were mostly all singing a song together in the back when I came in. I was hesitant to try this McDonalds, but it is close to where I stay. I ordered online and picked up inside the establishment. I found the restaurant to be extremely clean. Staff were courteous and efficient. I found the biscuit egg and cheese perfectly hot and tasty. I was amazed how nicely the meal was packed for easy carry as I had several beverages. I visited about a month ago, and came home with UNCOOKED stone cold fries that had obviously been dropped in oil (b/c of how greasy they were) and immediately taken out. Today, they were directing people to the drive thru waiting area (all spots were full, and super backed up) because they were waiting on cheeseburgers. My boyfriend and I each ordered a two cheese burger meal, with no pickle. The ticket on the outside of my burger said cheeseburger, no pickle.
