She helped us with our happy meals that made our kids super happy. And we've gone enough to see this woman even defend her employees from some horrible customers. She was trying to argue with me about what was supposedly in my bag when I could clearly see what was missing. She charged me for all my sauces, even the ones that were supposed to be included in my meal. Then she didn't even give me my change back or a receipt. I had to drive thru again because I was still missing food when I pulled everything out which thankfully I did before leaving the area. Today my daughter and I placed a quick order using the McDonald's app and paid using Google pay. This is not unusual. Although it's been a while since we've visited a McDonald's I redownloaded the app and placed the order, submitting payment as we've done in the past. When we arrived my daughter faced many challenges at the counter. The young man told her something was wrong with the system. She was told the system was down. Some lady told her she could cancel the order online. I went to cancel the order through the app and it wouldn't allow it stating that the order was already being made. Then my daughter showed that them that it said it was already being made from the screenshot I provided her (I waited in the car). The systems were back up but then they were saying it wasn't paid for and asked my daughter for her receipt. We placed the order via the app, of course we have a receipt. It keeps a good paper trail. My daughter showed proof of purchase and they began working on the order. We ordered the food at 9:01 am and arrived around 9:12 am to pick up our simple order. She didn't receive the order until 9:30 am. This was a horrible experience. I wish it was handled differently. From my perspective (sitting in the parking lot in the car) it seems like the system going down caused confusion and my daughter was met with distrust even though she had the receipt and the order was paid in full. This is the reason I don't visit McDonald's. I don't like this kind of customer service. It's not a great way to start off the day. read more

I only came to this location because it was the only one in my area that is still serving the McRib (as of January 6, 2025). The McRib this season was exceptionally tasty and the meat over hung the ends of the bread roll which has not happened before. Plus, I had enough points on the mobile app for a free Big Mac so I got that, too. Anyways, it is McDonald's food. I don't have a whole lot of expectations. I don't understand the numerous one star reviews for service. The employees were polite and friendly to me. Other than having to pull into a parking spot for a few minutes before I got my food, my order was correct and the food was hot. The wait time was under five minutes. That is good enough for me. This is the only McDonald's I have been to that had posted signs with the restaurant's telephone number and a complaint line number. This McDonald's is so trash. They never and I mean NEVER have their shit together it doesn't matter how many grey button-ups you see (management). They will forget half of your order and then not even have their phones connected lazy pieces of shit. And then when you get there all they do is say sorry and give you the missing food. No incentives for their mistakes or the inconvenience they consistently cause. The only thing that's sorry is my MF gas tank because I HAD TO go back since the phone was disconnected. I enjoy McDonald's breakfast food so I can't complain about the food, but it was more so the customer service that made my experience a bad one. The drive thru line was super long, so my friends and I decided to go down and order in person. There was a sign outside that said only 1 person per family can be in the restaurant at the same time. We figured this didn't apply to us, because well, we aren't technically family. All 5 of us walked in and were immediately yelled at by an employee saying only one of us can be in there. I ordered a DoorDash order, they kept reassigning me to different dashers. After a HOURS of waiting. My doordasher calls me to tell me it's not in the system, so I call the store and they say the order got picked up. But my doordasher clearly didn't get it. So they let someone steal my order and basically told me to deal with it and take it up with doordash! Worst service ever. They have 1 star rating for a reason !! read more
