Every time I have went to this location there is a problem. It has 100% of the time been because of the service. I've been in this area for over 10 years and the employees at this store have always been the worst. From ignoring customers trying to place orders, to continually screwing up orders, and last night they charged me for something I didn't order and then couldn't get the refund right. I try to always go to the one on the other side of town when my kid wants McDonald's but sometimes I don't have the time to go to that one. I would definitely not recommend. read more

This location is always busy so you would think they'd stay prepared. I believe the drive-thru is always so long because they're never prepared. The manager is rude. He takes orders rude as well. Very impatient with his staff. Being in leadership, you should lead by example. The only reason why I come here is for convenience, the location. I went here not too long ago. My fiancé and I were in the drive thru. Our order was a small chocolate shake no whipped cream or cherry and a large mocha frappe extra chocolate drizzle. We were handed a large chocolate shake with whipped cream and a medium mocha frappe no whipped cream by some lady that wasn't in a uniform and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. When the lady put the whipped cream on the shake and put the lid on, some of the whipped cream popped up out of the hole... she then proceeded to use her BARE FINGER and wipe the excess off the top. We told her we didn't want that one. We had another made but neither items were the right size. Because of the lady touching our food with her bare hands while actual employees watched, we will not ever go back. read more

Pulled right up to the speaker which is rare at dinner time, greeted politely, my order was taken accurately without pushiness (what else?, that all?) which honestly was nice for a change, pulled to the cash window where I was greeted by a very nice young lady and dismissed with my correct change and a "have a wonderful night", next window my food was ready, HOT, and order was accurate, the two nice young people working both wished me a great and blessed night. I come here every now and then and I always get what I want. Fries and nuggets always hot & crispy, fast drive thru, excellent service. All employees are very sweet and polite but I want to highlight the older caucasian lady that works in the drive thru - she's ALWAYS extremely sweet, funny and always puts a smile on my face. I can't with this establishment anymore. I am a patient person and I understand that people make mistakes, but this location never has their milkshake machine operating, the food is rarely warm or cooked throughly, the employees are rude and have a tendency to interrupt you when you are ordering your food. I let a lot of the things they do there slide because times are hard on everybody. However, when a person orders a big Mac it should go without saying that unless I requested "no meat" there should be meat on my Big Mac. This I can't get over. I'm done with this McDonald's. Driving West-bound on l-20 and stopped for lunch with a hauler attached to our F-150. There is a parking lot beside McD's that gives you plenty of space to pull over. This McD's appears to have been renovated recently. Kiosks for you to order food. Drive-thru seemed pretty fast by observing it. Restrooms were clean. We did not sit inside to eat. Food was typical McD's standard. I would recommend this place. read more

Pulled up to drive thru, lady said "can I take your order". We placed our six drink order. Two minutes later we were like "hello". Placed our order again, then we were told to pull around. We paid, they gave us our drinks but they told us the wrong drink when handing them to us. We pulled away and one of the plastic cups broke as the straw was being put it. Went back inside to ask for a refund and a new sweet tea. It seems like you are bothering the employees when you want to go through the drive thru to order and get food, especially at the pick up window. Waited three minutes at the drive thru to order, when there was absolutely nobody in line. They finally answered to take my order when I said "hello". When I got up to the window, I paid for my food and asked the girl to repeat my order and she did. I waited for my food as three female employees spoke with a male at the counter. They were cutting up and laughing as I continued to wait for my food, which is most likely the reason why I originally waited in drive thru until they finished their conversation. I don't usually do this but I'm writing this review because of how insulted I was tonight. I have been going to the Villa Rica McDonalds for as long as I've been in Georgia (about 6 years) and while sometimes they mess up, like any normal fast food restaurant, they are always polite and ready to fix it. I have never had a problem with them before. Until tonight. I ordered $12 worth of food only to get to the window and realize I had forgotten my debit card at home and had $4 on me. Ok, no big deal, right? You would think that the manager would say, "hey, mistakes happen." I asked the gentleman who was checking me out to please take off some of the food. I apologized profusely and he was very nice but I could see he was nervous to go get the manager. As I'm sitting there already embarrassed, the manager Jealousy (yes folks, her name was Jealousy) comes storming up while yelling "BUT WHY?!" Then to my absolute horror (since I have worked in the restaurant industry for the last 10 years) she points at me and says to the cashier with utter distain "This her" and points in my direction. Then she presses a few buttons which took her all 15 seconds and says "$4.03" then walks away. I have never seen that kind of behavior the entire time I've been going to the location. I am just beyond insulted and frustrated. How does someone like that make it into a management position? If she did that to me, I can guarantee she's done it to other people because she seem pretty comfortable doing it. Shame on you, McDonald's for condoning this kind of behavior. And shame on you "Jealousy" for treating people that way. If you don't like your job, quit. Don't take it out on paying customer because at the end of the day, don't you forget, we pay for the salary that you most certainly DON'T DESERVE. read more
