i eat at this chick-fil-a usually 2-3 times per week, well i used to at least. ordered a side salad with cheese only. as you can see in the pic, really no cheese. never had an issue before. went back to counter. they offered to add some more. a "Director" came back to me and told me that's the normal amount of cheese. offered to sell me some more for .25 cent. i know times are tough and product is cheap. but that's kind of petty. read more

It's super convenient to the highway and despite the extremely long lines that seem constant the workers are always so pleasant, line moves along quickly and is organized as far as what car to follow, and the food is always correct and hot. read more

Being from the North, this Chick-fil-A allowed me to experience the true delight that is the Spicy Chicken Biscuit for breakfast. First, I have NEVER seen a fast food place with a line like this one had. It went all the way through the parking lot and snaked out onto the road. So we went inside where the service was fast and friendly. I know it's fast food chicken but my breakfast was really good. Kind of glad we only have one CFA in my metro area because I'm not sure I'd like too easy of access to their tasty food! Also, the restaurant (and restrooms) were spotless. And there's a mouthwash dispenser in the ladies room for some reason. Interesting, but appreciated, choice. read more

If you want to wait in line at the drive through, order food, get home and have nothing to eat because they forgot some of your food this is your kind of place. What is worse is I called them and the manager told me they knew I didn't get all my food when I left. They had my contact information because it was a mobile order. Do you think they called me NO that would have been to easy. They would not give me a credit like any other restaurant would have done. This is my neighborhood Chick-fil-A and my most favorite fast food place to visit. My family and I visit Chick-fil-A weekly but there have been a few times that my order has been messed up. Upon arriving home we have noticed on more than one occasion that items were missing. Today, in particular, what was the most frustrating was talking to the store manager and him offering me a free drink on my next visit. You messed up my food and I didn't order any drinks. But they were friendly eventhough I felt like I was being watched the entire time I was in there. They may have been concerened that I left my dog in the car. But we ride in the AC baby!
