Employees were not very friendly but the food was really good at this location! I love bojangles!!

Came here to get a Cajun biscuit during dinner time. Took a couple of bites and the center was raw. Probably going to get sick. I wish there was a system to check the chicken before serving it to a customer and his pregnant wife. Called the manager and he said he would refund me next time I came in. I should have taken the warning sign from the customer in front of me in the drive-thru line. Went to this location at 7pm on a Sunday night and she ordered two separate items, both of which they were out of. The lady decided to forego any order and I pulled up ordering two biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. It took about 5 minutes after arriving at the window to receive my food, which would be fine if it was hot and fresh, which it was neither. I quickly glanced in the bag because I've learned when there's a bunch of high school aged kids who appear to be working and goofing off from what I can see inside, there's a good chance something is going to be missing, which napkins and utensils were indeed absent. Terrible. Absolutely terrible!!!! Ordered a sandwich and some large sides to go, including dirty rice. They told me it would take 25 minutes for the dirty rice. Why??? I politely told them I would wait. 30 minutes later they give me my bag of food. No apology. When I got home and took everything out of the bag ... no dirty rice!!!!! I honestly think they did this on purpose. Even worse, I emailed the corporate office and they told me they wouldn't help me because I didn't order online!??!!? Terrible, terrible company. When my family and I walked to the counter to order, we saw that the sides looked as though they had been sitting for hours. Their food is very inconsistent. One time it is good, another time it's like yesterday's chicken re-fried. They have a lot of trouble getting my Order correct. I like their mashed potatoes n gravy but they usually forget the gravy so I get instant mashed potatoes with nothing to cover it up. First timer here...the food was just OK. Had the three piece wing with green beans and sweet potato pie. The wings were very small. Too much coating for my taste. Sure, this location gets hit by locals, meanwhile, if you're heading from ATL to Birmingham it's one of the last spots with ample services/fast food choices and an easy on/off. This Bojangles rivals it's other locations by delivering friendly service, good chicken tenders, sweet tea and those always yummy Pecan Twists and Bo-Berry Biscuits. I have yet to go to ANY Bojangle's and receive my order complete, and correct, entirely! I just don't get it. This location was no different... drove through and grabbed my dinner on the run. The order was correct, and the food was good (of course), but the service was "meh" - and I drove away and found that I had no napkins - like always. Bojangle's must tell their employees to only give them out if a customer asks, because 95% of the time... I do not get any napkins. It's no secret that I love Bojangles! We stopped in on the way to Atlanta and I ordered my typical order: Unsweet Tea and a free sausage biscuit. The cashier was a bit confused by my coupon so asked the manager who happily honored it. Not only did he honor it but threw in a Boberry biscuit. Bathrooms pretty disgusting.. you can tell the mirror hasn't been cleaned in a month. Floors, sink, everything just greasy. NO HAND SOAP. All the dining room tables looked clean but were actually sticky.. after the second sticky table I gave up. read more

Had an amazing breakfast at Bojangles in Villa Rica. This store was amazingly clean and service was fast and friendly. The boberry biscuit melted in my mouth and the bo with cheese was made with premium aged cheddar. Top that off with a sweet potato pie and a Cajun chicken biscuit and I was in made from scratch chicken and biscuit heaven! I need a nap. read more

The food is great. Hot to order, the drive through moves fast enough. Sometimes I get the wrong order, after returning they correct it. I now check before I leave. If I go in late in the evening some times I've had a difficult time getting fresh chicken and the guy at the resistor had playing on his mind more than my order. But the food is good. read more

their food quality is not consistent. they are near me and offer Pepsi products, but one visit chicken is cooked well, crisp outside, another time it is overcooked and skin seems to be refried after refrigeration. if they could be consistent, i would rate higher. read more
