This location was so dirty. stopped in the morning 9 am 12/30/26. trash barrels over flowing,dirty tables, serving area very dirty and bathroom extremely dirty. this was always a very clean location and over the last two years has gone downhill. we will go to market basket or the gas station. read more

Wow. This McDonald's was off the main road from Canada to NH. This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever visited. Trash can overflowing, trash on tables, floors and all over the parking lot. We used the kiosk so didn't interact with employees. I will do my best to avoid this location next trip. read more

It works for basics. Have been here several times over the years. New Hampshire is home away from home. This restaurant comes in handy for our Mount Kearsarge hikes. It's basically a tradition. We either stop in for breakfast or lunch. They have the touch screen kiosks now. I'm not so sure about these. Corporate has its reasons, but I'm not a fan. What a great pit stop. Friendly staff that make you feel like you're at an actual diner, clean bathrooms, and really fresh fries. Not often I feel compelled to review a McDonald's but I simply had to for this one because it was a great experience. Just wish you could from a person and not a kiosk. read more

First the restrooms were awful urine on floor no toilet paper in ladies room ( aprox 6:30pm Sunday ) We left the interior and went to order food from drive thru and use restrooms at gas station across the street ! The order taker was abrupt /rude - went to pay at 1st window again person dressed as manager ? Was abrupt not friendly we ordered a crispy deluxe chicken sandwich a fish fillet a regular fries and a small rootbeer - the chicken deluxe was not was just the sandwich on bread no lettuce or tomato- the fries were cold and soggy ( almost wet) the fillet was fine the rootbeer was too much carbonation and very little flavor - when we got to the 2nd window to get food the attendant tried to collect money again ! The 2nd person tried to give us someone else's order finally a tied person at the second window was able to give us our order when I presented paid receipt! I only stopped here for a quick bite so we could get back on the road. I know it's McDonalds, so I don't have any wild expectations. I simply ordered a chicken sandwich and a hot fudge sundae. A 20 minute wait... There were about 12 people waiting at the same time for their orders. Sadly, this facility was really trying hard, but just could not operate as a fast food restaurant should. I'd normally not dismiss so quickly, but one of the employees made our hot fudge sundae early-ish and it sat melting for half the time as we waited for the sandwich. Just the lack of thought with what they were doing was not assuring. No rude employees or anything... just needs some love from corporate to help restore order. read more

This is a very concerned customer who recently visited the McDonalds located at route 89 and 103/ Warner, NH 03278 Restaurant #: 11675 I ordered 1 McFlurry, 1 hot fudge Sunday, 1 vanilla shake and 1 small coffee. The concern: there were numerous water and food spills on the floor where people had to careful walk past, flies were flying around in the restaurant, the order numbers as well as other Customer orders numbers disappeared from the system. It was only until customers were forced to ask about their order that then they asked for the receipt to then place the order. It was as if they marked the orders 'picked up' even though the orders were not in place just to beat a timer. Very slow service with orders that they appeared to forget. The Worst service ever. Please make adjustments in order for better service and safer environment. From what I see, there's consistent complaints hence the owners are responsible to address issues. Went to the local McDonald's in Warner, NH. Our well pump broke at our house and we wanted to get some food and drink and use the restrooms. The bathrooms were disgusting and we were totally ignored by the employees. Food is McDonalds standard fare. Service horrible. Waited in lobby line that seemed an extraordinarily long time​. I finally said something to young woman (red haired) and she finally took my order. She was pretty snippy saying that corporate standards dictated they keep the drive up window served first. I mentioned that I had been waiting longer than most of the cars in line to which she replied that she had worked there long enough to know the corporate standards. ​​​​​​​​​ I think she slowed my order even further by parking my bag on the back counter while she waited on yet another car. She also did not give me a number or provide a receipt so when she called the order by number I wasn't even positive it was mine. read more

I made an order, the only one they had at the time, grabbed a table tent and sat down. After 20 minutes goes by, and I haven't got my food, I go up and ask I think his name was Eddy where my food was. I wasn't rude or anything, I don't mind a long wait normally, I wasn't busy, so I repeated the order back to him. A lady overheard and saw an order sitting on a table on the very opposite side of the store from where I was sitting. She read off the name and it was my order. It had been sitting at an empty table for 20+ minutes (I was sitting behind a wall so I couldn't have seen it sitting there) she sticks up for me and says it probably gross by this point and it should be remade. The guy who I think was named Eddy then swears, takes the food AND drink, and throws it to the ground before heading out back. Just so out of nowhere it was a bit frightening and I didn't feel comfortable after that knowing he was handling my food. Eventually he came back with the right order still angry and I just got out of there. It still wasn't even right, on purpose or a mistake, I don't know. Im on the road a lot and have experienced a lot of fast food places and this one is one of the gold standards for old grouchy uncomfortably weird employees that just make you want to leave. The type of people that come in on their day off and hang out for the day because they have nothing else going on. Stale buns and less than warm beef. read more

It was cold and foggy night. No really. Our party of three was hungering for hot salt bombs ie. fries. This McDonalds right off 89 was our target. Service: great! Sidle was literally jumping with enthusiasm as we rolled up. But we were met with bad news: no more buttermilk chicken tenders. It was a tough blow but we recovered enough to order a few buttermilk chicken sandwiches and fries. Stingy on the ketchup packets but who isn't these days? Fries were strong. The Coke was exquisite. Sandwiches were fine, though the lettuce wasn't doing it any favors. Sat there rather blandly. Not the kind of lettuce you're hoping to encounter on a Friday eve. This place is really convenient for me to get to as it is on the way to school and my work, and it's the closest one to me. However, I always get horrible service. Almost all of the time the workers and extremely rude and there is this one manager women who is the meanest. She tried to charge me $5 for an egg and cheese biscuit then got really nasty with me if I asked if it was right. She told me she knew what she was doing, but a week last I got what I wanted for 2.19 or something like that. I am sad to say I am not going here any more. read more

I always get wonderful service at this location. I honestly don't know where all these bad reviews are coming from, because I've never had anything but exquisite service here. The new fresh beef is wonderful. Those chicken tenders must be popular because they sell like hotcakes. And the hotcakes are good too. I'm not expecting home-cooked meals here since it is fast food, but for a fast food joint, i can't recommend it more. I go here multiple times a week, and the staff is always great to me. Service is ok, food has been cold at times with stale buns. Personnel need to keep there conversations in the back of the kitchen. If they must wine about there tasks and the customers they need to lower their voices. The one Asian, black hair, with glasses really needs to lower his voice and improve his attitude. I was sitting with my family, eating, and all we could hear was the employees talking about how bad each other shifts were.
