Talk about a great 1st experience with Jersey Mike's Subs! I was impressed with my sub & already signed up for rewards & downloaded their app! I was able to place an order for delivery at 5am through their website, scheduled for delivery for 3:45pm to my place of work. It was SO easy! They partner with Door Dash. I wasn't sure which sub to get, but I ordered a Giant Number Four, completed the "Mike's Way" on a rosemary parmesan sub roll. I loved the cured meats on this sandwich & wanted to have something different. I'd customize it next time to double up on the meat & have it on white bread. They do offer gluten free sub rolls! The Door Dash driver was right on time. The order was correct. No complaints about a thing. Sure, it got costly with delivery fee & tip to the driver (overall $26.00 for a sub) but still worth it. My husband & I shared the Giant sub; it's 15". They had it cut into 4 sections. It was the perfect amount for the 2 of us (filling!). I might've been full but I because it was so good I had to finish it! I cannot wait to try another sub from this place! My husband & I want to visit the new location in Rochester to enjoy a hot sub & check out the atmosphere. Be ready for my next review! read more

Ordered two ex-large subs online today after church. Were ready before the specified pick up time. Minimal interaction with staff but what there was was cordial and courteous. Subs are pricy but size and quality go a long way in justifying the cost. My wife and I were very happy with our lunches and plan to become frequent customers. read more

We had our first Jersey Mike's sub a few weeks ago. We got the Italian, and it was delicious! Really soft roll, with just enough "chewiness". The sandwich was loaded with meat, cheese and veggies. I've been goong to this jersey mikes in Concord NH for years but on 8/23/25 I experienced insufficient meat on sandwiches. I ordered 2 mini's but got 1/2 of and 6 inch. I was not impressed. with the guy on meats... I was when I brought this up. not happy. read more

I went in there on June 19th at just before 7:00 with my two kids to get subs after a soccer game. There were 3 people working and making subs, I presume for Online orders. We were the only customers in the store. My kids stood in line for 5 min waiting to order. No one looked up at them or even acknowledged their presence. Finally I said "I realize you are making subs for orders but when can we order and expect a sub". The person just looked at my like it was an odd question and said "no idea, we are swamped". I just left and used it as an example to my kids for when they get jobs to not act that way. Just really disappointed as the service at the west Lebanon shop, where we live, is top notch. Every time I order online they mess up at least 2 subs and we had to drive 20 minutes to there 20 minutes back then have to back because the put the wrong receipt on the wrong bag so we got the wrong sandwiches. we had ordered 4 subs and only one was correct. when we walked in the floor was a mess and it just looks like they only clean once or twice a week. will never return to this place.. the behavior of all but one staff member was appalling. The tables were dirty, the counter was dirty, the young man making our subs left them on the dirty counter unwrapped and walked away..WTH!!! the so called shift supervisor told us to leave the establishment for suggestion the staff cleaned the counter and table tops instead of sitting out back laughing and yelling, they were so loud I could hardly hear the poor girl at the register, who had to call the so called shift manager several times before she even responded. the one girl, or lady, who was not participating in the back room recreations, wiped our table, and gave us discount cards, and apologized profusely which we appreciate, and will use the discounts, just not at this place. Being a native New Yorker, I was very reluctant to try a sub shop touting themselves as "Jersey", but I finally gave in today. Danny DeVIto after all! What a disappointment! My first concern was how the bacon at the end of the food prep area was not protected from customers, who could easily reach in and contaminate the bacon, let alone steal some. But I went ahead and ordered the Jersey Shore Favorite which sounded like a take on a classic Italian sub. For the amount of cheese and capicola, sadly it was a glorified boiled ham sub for $9! Two young women proceeded to prep my sub. It's interesting how the ham is scrunched up so it seems like you're getting more than you really are. What was totally unbelievable however, was how the one proceeded to wrap my sub. She brought it over close to the register, laid it directly on the counter, got the paper, dropped toppings on the counter as she eventually wrapped my sub. I said I couldn't believe how she placed the sub on the counter. She just looked at me with this 'huh' look on her face. Is this how you train your sub makers in food safety?? All I can say is WOW!!!
