Horrible experience. I came here with my friends on a night out, and this definitely was unfortunate. We ordered our food and sat down. They gave us our food and forgot my fries. That was no problem, because i understand people can be busy and forget things. Then I wanted to get ketchup. So I asked a worker where to get some, and she told me to go up to the ordering area and ask. I went up there, and while I waited the worker swept the ENTIRE eating area while I waited. Another worker passed me, made eye contact with me, and WALKED away. It took forever JUST to get ketchup. Then my friends ordered a simple vanilla ice cream cone. 35 minutes later. That is no exaggeration, we went up to the front to tell them. I tried to talk to a worker and he walked away. Another worker looked at me, and we made eye contact, and she walked away. This is the second time I've went to this place for breakfast. Usually my mornings I need positive energy. I have no clue how this man in the drive-thru even passed his interview to get this fast food job. Where's your customer service smile? First off, I get it this reward can be annoying. But this is your job. If you don't like it, either get help or get another job. I don't have points, usually a lady just scans my code no biggie. And I don't usually ever have to manually put in my receipt in my McDonald's app at all. But now as my morning went off and I'm 6 months pregnant high risk with almost ruining my whole day cause a man was trying to argue with me through a drive-thru when I asked him to scan my QR code through my phone. When I don't have any points on it. I just wanted to add my points to my app. Why was that so hard to do. I mean are you planning to ruin peoples days with an attitude. I don't know what goes at your home. But don't bring it to work. Great customer service is smile, ask the customer are they fulfilled of what they need and move on. But the lady who had me the food at the second window was super nice and careful with my order and had the prettiest smile. HANDS DOWN THE WORST McDONALD'S IN OKC! Don't know why I continue to go to this McDonald's they never get my order right and if by some miracle they do the food is either undercooked or cold. This time I didn't even get to order because I went to the outside order lane and I guess they either they were having technical difficulties or they decided to close the lane down at 930 on a Friday night either way would it kill them to put a sign up or maybe an orange cone so that me and the 2 cars behind me wouldn't have sat there for several minutes waiting all the while they kept taking orders in the other lane. What's the point of even having the 2nd lane if it's to complicated for your employees to manage. THe Warr Acres location must have stepped up their game. I made it through the drive-thru in less than 5 minutes with 10+ cars lined up. The Drive Thru staff at the speaker, pay booth and presenter were curtious, my order was quite large and they nailed it, nothing was missing. When I got home the food was still fresh. I was blown away, this is 2024 and nobody in fast food seems to give a crap anymore. I felt transported back to the 1950's !! Good job guys and keep up the good work! read more

I mean we all know Macdonald's has a bad reputation but today took the cake with me I don't eat here at all but it's a snow storm I have a truck so I decided to door dash to help people who can't get out In this mess and make some extra change So the order didn't show up In the system The manager came an yelled at me about another customers order being at a different Macdonalds I than checked the address again and confirmed it was here the drive through girl told me to move I asked to speak to a manager again to figure out how to handle the situation she told me to get out of the line she had other people to serve I just got back on the line after a 25 min wait for another 20 min wait just for a quarter ponder and a Carmel frappe I really want to know where these people are trained.... read more

Coke was horrible - both ones they handed me after I refused the first - service was horrible. I am all for everyone working but when the person handing you your food can't speak english so you can explain what is wrong this is not good customer service. Fries were cooked in old grease and awful - only ate a couple. Burger was not great either. So basically I spent over $8 and threw it all out - I should of gone to anywhere else - I know it's cheaper food but I've had much better at other McDonalds - this place does not care about quality or customer service. I text them per their receipt and no response. I went to their supposed webside on the receipt it does not exist. I guess this is one way to keep people from complaining. I did find a webiste however no way to complain to them other than the delivery services - door dash uber eats etc. Will never go there again. read more

I think I know why McDonald's got rid of the slogan "We love to see you smile". Because they don't. Why would they want me to smile when I made them get up before 7am and take my drive thru order? I didn't receive a single smile from either person in the drive thru, and to top it off my latte was only half full. Everything tasted okay, but I'm pretty sure I paid just over 6 and a half dollars for a full cup, a hot hash brown, and at least one packet of ketchup. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but Pretty pitiful when you order a Dr Pepper with your food thru drive thru; they gave me my drink while waiting on my food, I asked the worker if he accidentally gave me coke since that's what I tasted. He said no it's Dr Pepper; I said will you please refill it in positive this is coke. He takes the drink, takes 30-60 seconds and gets me a new drink. I drink that one, it's coke again. Im usually not a person to complain but this is the third time that this store has screwed me over. The first time I came in the morning and I asked for 2 bacon McGriddles and I was given the McGriddle buns with JUST 2 pieces of bacon. I would've gone back but I was on my way to work and couldn't turn back so I let it slide. The second time I asked for a Carmel frappe with Oreos. I only got Oreos on the top, but usually they come blended in. not a big deal so same thing I let it slide. last and final time, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a happy meal. I had a coupon for a free Happy meal on the app which is why I got one. I showed the Lady at the window the code and she asked if I wanted Carmel or Mocha. I told her that I thought the code was for a free happy meal not a frappe. she told me that's not what the code was popping up for. I said okay then i'll get the free frappe and pay for the rest. I pulled to the second window and the Guy handed me my food and lastly the frappe with the sides covered in Carmel. I had to drive 20 minutes with my hand covered in Carmel. I look at the receipt when I left and the free happy meal coupon DID apply and she just ended up charging me for a frappe I DIDNT initially want. When I work closing shift at work..sometimes ill stop by here to get something to eat on my way home..no joke both times I've been there at 10:15 pm...I literally had to wait a good 8 minutes( yes I timed it) to place my order( and I was sitting AT THE SPEAKER)...and another 12 or so minutes to move from speaker to actual food in hand!! I contacted corporate and wrote and email as well but I just left this location and the guy working the drive through "cj" was hanging out of the window yelling at the car behind me in line making a drug screaming why they got him doing illegal shit at work. It made me VERY uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. The food was also missing items which was a cherry on top of a terrible experience. Very rude. That is, if they are ever open. Inconsistent late night hours. There is a very real possibility that you'll sit at the screen waiting to order and never get the opportunity. Pull around to the window and they are on their phones. Save yourself the trouble and hit the whataburger on 36th. The employees may complain to their coworkers that their food is ready but can't eat it because customers (you) are now at the window trying to get your food.... but at least you can get food. This staff was incredibly rude, all we asked was if they had fresh biscuits and the MANAGER replied with an attitude, "yes." When at the pickup window, nobody was in the window or asked if we wanted any ketchup or breakfast salsa, and when somebody finally walked around the corner, they were playing on their phone and gave us an attitude. So they got our order wrong. We tried to correct them on the order and I guess they got mad, we ordered a number 6 meal which comes with a fountain drink they gave me a slushee but I tried telling them that I ordered a Dr Pepper but I don't think they liked me correcting them. I went there around 330 am originally on January 18 2022 I wanted to order breakfast for me and my wife. The lady at takes my order is nice and wasn't notified til last minute after the order was complete that they are taking cash only. She apologizes and I just get what I can pay for in cash. Lady in the order pickup window is rude to me and not friendly at all after I pick up my food. I have the idea of ok ill just download the app and Uae my card on the app. I complete my order drive around; the nice lady at the cash window gives me a receipt and I drive to the pickup window where the lady hands me just an orange juice. I tell her I have food too and she says no you don't and closes and locks the window on me. The lady from the cash window comes over and I show her on my phone the order I placed. She tries different ways to try and get it to go through with no luck. She gets her manager and the manager is rude to me. Says I don't have an order and refuses to help me even though I show her my phone with the order on there. At this point I am pissed I get home and my wife can't even eat her food. After 2 bites because she says it is gross and she is about to throw up. This is why I go to what-a-burger for breakfast and hardly ever go to McDonalds. Horrible ruse service, nasty food and An app that doesn't even work the way it is supposed too. The server decides what you will get and not get. On my last visit on September 11 the server refused to give me the food portion of my order and started raising his voice at me when I asked for my food and told me I had my order even though my receipt showed otherwise.
