The restaurant is clean but the breakfast is something less than desirable. Lunch has always been good. I have never received bad service. It's usually made fast and accurate for the most part. Had one issue with a young lady ringing my food in incorrectly, however the manger overheard it and made sure my food was correct. Some of the employees don't care some do. Seems to be a common occurrence with establishments around here. Overall not a bad place. Still better than Detroit street. read more

Food is poorly prepared, between my Egg McMuffin breakfast sandwich missing part of the round egg to my McDouble with no pickle having nothing but the meat and cheese between the bun you will be disappointed with the food. The service is slow and they apologize to you when they finally get to you. The dining area is relatively clean most of the time but is always loud. read more

This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had from a McDonalds. Not only was my order screwed up the food was sitting on the counter (somebody else's food) that was cold. I didn't realize the order was wrong til I started home. I feel it was someone else's returned order. There is a big mistake having 3 McDonalds in Warsaw when they can't get one right. This is the worst McDonald's you will ever see. 15 mins at the speaker in the drive through to hear we will be with you in a few mins at 2:42 am. This is the sixth time coming to this location and it makes you dissatisfied ordering, anxiety just to pay for the food and rage by the time you get to the food window. You will be excited to find your half your food is missing or wrong as you pull away but realizing you wasted an hour of your life you will never get back to go through this drive through you will go home hungry mad and not even complain. 45 mins at the window alone is our record here. Also I googled this McDonald's then read some reviews before downloading yelp, set up an account just to write this review. I was there this morning, they didnt grt my order right when I complained they tried to make me sit until the lunch rush was over after I already paid for my food. We have been waiting in the drive through for 35 minutes. We are not moving. I've never been to a McDonald's with such poor service.

This McDonalds absolutely frustrates me last night around 10pm. The guy taking our order was half "asleep" and was leaning on his elbows taking our order. It took us about 20 minutes to even get our order in. They didn't have enough money in the register to give me my full change back and just told me that they owe me money without acting on it. While we were waiting for our food trying to create conversation amongst us we couldn't hear each other over the loud cussing that was coming from the workers. Tried to ask questions on when our food was going to be out because they messed up our order and we couldn't find anyone because they were on a smoke break.. worst service ever and we will never go back. This is the worst managed McDonald's; it's never opened when it should be, and when it is, the food is extremely subpar. I do not know why this location even opened when there is one less than five minutes down the street. I recommend going to that one instead. I would give less stars if it were possible. read more

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It never fails while going through the drive through my order is wrong and they always make you pull up to wait for food while they service other people and the last time I had to wait nearly 20 min for a simple burger with fries because they didn't have any fries cooked. It doesn't matter if I'm ordering 1 sandwich or dinner for the family. The result is always the same. Slow service and wrong order. Choose from the many other choices to eat on town. It will save you the aggravation of dealing with undertrained employees and the opposite of fast food. read more

Gotta finally comment. I'm sorry. I was so excited about getting a McDonald's nearby that on opening day got up at like 4 am to be one of the first customers, thus winning 50 free bigmacs. 20 not so awesome and often not fresh bigmacs later and I was thankfully able to auction off the remaining 30 Big Macs during a charity event. I'm sad. Disappointed. I kept wanting to believe it was growing pains. Well tonight it takes at least 15 minutes in the drive through. Yeah, and I didn't even have to wait to order. They weren't slammed. They just couldn't handle the basics. That's fine. Holiday weekend kids gonna play hooky. Weather is beautiful. I don't have anywhere to go. Still love you McDonald's. So I inhale my fries on the way home. A+ fries. Set my life long love, a delicious filet o fish on the front porch chair, grab a well earned Friday evening beer and sit down to enjoy. Beautiful sandwich. Fresh bun. Commercial perfect. Lifted up the hood to check how well they spread the tartar sauce. Shock of my life. People I'm not kidding, who could kid about this? I'm not kidding when I tell you I lifted the bun and do you know what was there? I tell you the truth when I say that I saw mayonnaise. Yeah. Mayo! How could you? I get it. These kids first job. I understand. Didn't even taste that bad. Yeah I ate it. Ha. That's how they console themselves. That old guy ate it didn't he? What's he complaining about? They're right. I have food. I'm thankful. Just sayin that if you want food a little quicker, and a little better, you may be out of luck. Lived here a long time and they say the ortho companies have sucked up anyone who can show up to work and pass a drug screen. Could be. Doesn't matter where I go I've never seen a 5 star mcdonalds. But usually get a 4 star experience. And I don't take the time to write that. Rarely taken the time to write any review. But I really want this location to come up to average. This is a plea to the owners to do something rare. Care about your workers. Invest a little more. I don't know the answer, but I'm tempted most of the time to give up on humans doing these sorts of jobs. This makes me long for the day when a little Uber robot shows up at my front porch with a filet o fish prepared by a robot in a fully automated McDonald's of tomorrow. But what are those kids going to do? They never got to learn the difference between mayo and tartar sauce. Or how to talk to customers. Or learning to show up at the same time every day.
