One ten is SUCH a gem. You are met with fantastic hospitality from start to finish. I sat at the bar and received a strawberry with balsamic truffle glaze as an amuse bouche. I ordered the beef stroganoff which has easily ruined hamburger helper for me as well as the duck fat fries. The fries were kind of disappointing, but I want to try the other entrees! We stopped in to eat on our way through Warsaw and were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The flavors were tasty. The ribeye paired so nicely with the smoked beets. The mashed potatoes were good but I kept going back for the smoked beets. The service was impeccable. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu options. We had a fabulous meal there last night. The Wild Boar was 5 stars, first time ever eating boar and was excellent. Bond Berry salad was very tasty too. The food is incredible at this big city atmosphere spot. The cocktails are as good as any place you'll find around. I'd start with the El Dorado - pure nectar. Pros Atmosphere: The restaurant has a very nice and comfortable ambiance. Service: Excellent and attentive service throughout our meal. Cleanliness: Spotless bathrooms and visible kitchen operations. Highlights: The blue cheese spread was outstanding, and the roasted vegetables were perfectly prepared. Cons: Steak: My 8 oz strip steak was cooked well with good char, but the char flavor was a bit overpowering and seemed to have a lot seasoning. Pork Chop: My wife's bacon-wrapped pork chop was large and bone-in, making it difficult to cut. She found it dry, and the spicy pickled toppings with a strong ginger flavor were not to her liking. Appetizers: We received 2 spoons with cornbread crumbs and sauce, which felt unusual. Traditional bread would have been preferable. The popcorn that you get as you are getting seated was really good. I think it was kettle cooked popcorn with bacon. Desserts: I enjoyed the rich chocolate mousse cake, but my wife felt her duck egg crème brûlée was too small and overpriced. Stopped here while on business in Warsaw. I sat at the bar which felt totally comfortable as a single woman. I was greeted by a very nice bartender named Erika. She explained the restaurants concept to me and helped me choose a great craft cocktail. I had the watermelon sugar rimmed with Tajin which I love. It was phenomenal. The menu was pretty fancy and prices were higher than most normal restaurants but given everything was locally sourced and farm to table that was to be expected. I ordered the Panzanella salad topped with grilled chicken. Everything from the presentation of my seat ( even at the bar) to the fancy water was very thoughtful. The service was excellent. They even brought me a little tidbit before my meal called Amuse Bouche meant to delight the palette and it did. White asparagus with a spicy sauce and burnt wild rice...wish I could've had more of this it was so good. The meal was very fresh and the champagne vinaigrette was excellent. I even took a s'more dessert to go and that was a blend of all the right flavors with the addition of peach which was unexpected but so smooth. Overall I give this spot an A+. Given there is not much in Warsaw I say check this place out. Easy downtown location with accessible on street parking. Way to go!! I will sum up the experience with the phrase,"The standard is the standard" Duck fat fries-delicious Crawfish pasta dish- a consistent standard that is a customer favorite Stoned Duck-if the skin was seared another level would have been achieved. A phone call tipped my wife and I off that we should be expecting the best of service, which only heightened our anticipation of eating at 110. The Owner, Jason, was extremely personable, caring, and thoughtful, our waitress, Alexis was what you dream of.... caring, patient, and providing outstanding service. The food started with Bacon-Caramelized Popcorn (yumm!), an Amuse-Bouche of a Caprese Spoon, I had a salad and the special consisting of Quail w/Hen of the Woods Mushrooms, my wife had the Stone Duck. All of our dishes were crafted with care and came out plated beautifully! For drinks; we had a glass of Caymus Petit Syrah, the Passion Project cocktail, and an Espresso Martini. Nothing beats Saturday brunch at One Ten!!! The menu evolves seasonally, but is always exceptional. Don't worry, bottomless mimosas are ALWAYS in season ;) Today, we ordered the chicken crepes with root vegetable slaw and biscuits with chicken and gravy; and of course, bottomless mimosas. Free coffee, iced tea, and lemonade are available so you can hydrate between drinks (and meals--I ordered 2 chicken crepe entrees ). The chicken crepes were quite literaly the best thing I've eaten in years. Light crepes adorned a punchy, crunchy slaw of carrots, beats and maybe something else? I don't usually like beets, but the pickled, fresh flavor of this slaw was just the zip needed to offset the creamy, dreamy chicken gravy spooned on top. Microgreens topped the plate to offer a fresh finish to eat bite. The biscuits with chicken and gravy was equally as tasty. A light and slightly crunchy biscuit served as a base for savory gravy with sweet maple-y bacon and a hint of herb flavor, topped with every so lightly breaded chicken bites. The texture medley was out of this world. Both entrees provided a perfect foundation for the bottomless mimosa bar which boasted 6 different juice options and a variety of fruit. I took my wife to One Ten for a date about a month ago. When you have two kids it can be hard to find time to still go on dates, so each opportunity is very important. One Ten was the right place to dine for a date. The atmosphere is really nice and upscale. We were sat at a table for two and immediately greeted by our waitress who was very friendly and happy to tell us about the menu. I had a great mocktail, and my wife said her drink was perfect. We were treated to a pesto based amuse bouche before being served our entrees. My wife had ordered the pork chop which was featured on special that evening, and I ordered the half chicken. When we received our meals we realized that my wife had received their pork tenderloin entree instead of the pork chop. We let our server know about the mix up and she immediately worked to rectify the situation. My wife said she was happy with the tenderloin, but she had wanted the chop partly because of the roasted brussel sprouts that came with it. Our server soon returned with a bowl of the brussel sprouts for her. Both the tenderloin and chicken were cooked perfectly, which isn't always the case for meat that can easily be over cooked and dry if not done right. When the bill came we were pleasantly surprised to see that the restaurant had comped us for our drinks. We were more than happy with receiving the brussel sprouts as a fix, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great date experience. We left with full stomachs, smiles, and plans to return soon. read more

There is a lot of good things happening at 110. Decent ambience, nice drink menu and lots of food options. The serve staff are amiable and attentive. They sent out a free taste of an appetizer which is nice. The food is good, very good. I do think they try too hard on a few things. The brie had a consistency akin to hummus, which was odd. The pork chop had too much going on, flavors competing with rather than complementing each other. My filet was perfectly cooked but overly salty. Could have used a nice glaze or sauce. Reservations for open would lead you to think that the food would be hot, well apparently not. Butter won't melt on waffles, cold egg casseroles, hash browns so over cooked they were more like potato sticks, scrambled eggs from a bag, bacon burnt and dripping with grease, muffins and pastries still half frozen from the truck they rolled in on. Very disappointing. Super excited to try a popular local spot and skip the labor of cooking a big meal. Not really sure why they have "CRAFT" in their name because the only thing they seem to craft by hand is an enticing menu and pricing to go with it. Had the tasting menu at 110 last night. Every course was exceptional. Drove from northwest Fort Wayne to Warsaw to check this place out. Everything was absolutely amazing. Had reservations for outside but chose to sit at the bar. Jason, the owner, treated and talked to us like we have known him for years. Bar tender, Chandler, was exceptional and awesome as well. Overall atmosphere was so, so comforting. It's like everyone in there was family. Food was absolutely amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone. By far my new favorite place to eat. What a wonderful surprise in Indiana! While visiting relatives, they took us to One Ten. Being from California and Wine Country , we have so many wonderful restaurant choices; therefore, I wasn't expecting much from the Midwest. I was wrong. The menu had plenty of choices for all eaters. The food was fresh and prepared to perfection. Highly recommend the flight of bacon as an appetizer. OH MY GOSH -- I don't even care for goat cheese but mixed with the raspberry sauce - to die for! The steaks were cooked just right. Our darling waitress was in training and was so very attentive. Here's something new...the bill comes with gratuity included. Good for the restaurant owner for making sure his staff is taken care of and not shortchanged. Oh, and by the way....Jason the owner was welcoming and delightful. Beautiful atmosphere that is warm and comfortable. Also has outdoor seating with a view of the gorgeous historic courthouse. If you haven't tried One Ten specializing in Farm to Table...give it a try. You will not be disappointed. We'll pop in next time for dinner.
