Definitely don't go into the restaurant to eat. Waited over 20 minutes for our food and drinks.

Pretty good customer service and vibe, I usually come here later in the evening, and the guy with glasses who works second shift is a chill dude. I asked advice on what's good to order and he did a good job pointing me in the right direction I also used the receipt thing for a free burger and he also explained to me how that worked and was very patient, i don't know about first shift but second shift crew is nice here The restaurant was also pretty clean, i had received my food very quickly, my food quality was good, fries were hot not perfect but still good, my chicken sandwich was also good, I'm a regular customer for this McDonald's now read more

Horrible place all garbage cans need to be emptied inside and outside. Right by the door the garbage is overflowing that people have put their trash next to the trash can. We ordered our food and it took them 15 minutes to bring it out. No one else was waiting for food and no one was in the drive thru so I didn't understand why it took so long to get our food. The employees looked happy all laughing and goofing off back there. We were in on Sunday around 1:30 and I will not be back anytime soon. read more

Complete garbage. Bought my kids a 6 pc chicken nugget happy meal. Get it home and open the box and find 2 sausage patties in it instead of chicken nuggets. They had stopped serving breakfast for almost 4 hrs when this happened. Totally disgusted and will never be back there again. read more

Horrible food False advertising The food in their pictures is not what you get when you order it They put one half of a slice of cheese on a sandwich Doesn't even cover the sandwich Are they that cheap that they have to cheat you out of a whole slice? I wish I could rate less than 1 star. Their resteraunt is always dirty. Tables unwashed, kids play area disgusting. One time my kid came out of the slide covered of some other kids pee. It's difficult to put into words just how terrible my visit to this restaurant was. My family and I were driving through Wautoma and needed to grab something quick in the car on our way to an appointment. I used the McDonalds mobile app to place an order for a plain cheeseburger happy meal, a bacon McDouble meal, a McChicken, and two cheese burgers with only ketchup. When we arrived in the parking lot we checked in and paid as directed by the app. We waited twenty minutes for our food, half of which was cold. No apologies or explanation was given. To add insult to injury they did not have some of the items we ordered. No chocolate milk for the kiddo. So, that caused unnecessary drama on our drive. The stress of the day plus sitting in the car for twenty minutes was not how we wanted to spend our evening. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been back on the road in less time than it took to get cold tasteless burgers and limp mushy fries. Avoid if at all possible. read more

If there was less than 1 star this store earned it! Had 3 beyond terrible experiences with this "local" chain. It started about 4 months ago when they had a makeshift sign up stating only cash, no credit or debit. I am sorry but in a digital world today everyone is closed to being forced to digital currency. They had no carbon copy or the ability to write down the card information. After a nice letter to McD's they decided to send a family of 4 just 2 coupons that were sorry about that. A month or so go by, it was a Saturday morning and decided to let them redeem themselves. We wanted to dine in this time, so we walked in not busy mind you only 3 customers in the store. Waited to be greeted and have our order taken. 15 minutes of waiting with no acknowledgement that we would like to purchase food, more concerned about drive through. So we drove to Waupaca and went to the Burger King instead. Didn't get a chance yet to use our 2 were sorry coupons again. Now today on 2/21/2016 ONE MORE TIME the kids wanted those shamrock shakes so I caved and tried to let them have ANOTHER chance, boy was I wrong to let that happen. We all ordered our food, a number 2 with a shake, a number 3 with a shake, and two number 4's with shakes. I wanted to use my I'm sorry cards on the number 4's because that is what me and my wife normal ate in the past. After being yelled at by some dumb girl manager, telling me the customer is not right, and getting my refund after telling them how I wanted to use the coupons Which DID NOT INDICATE IN THE FINE PRINT LESSER VALUE!!!! They wanted to give me the 2 lesser meals for free which I did not agree with. I asked them to split my order into 2 parts then, so it would be easier on them. After this peon manager is yelling at me and telling me how a customer isn't right. I somehow got a refund but they company decided not to refund my property of two sorry coupons. Now in the laws eyes that is THEFT! I did not get everything back as originated. McDonald's bad taste forever!!!!! May just be this piss ant managers but they sure did a great job in ruining the Franchise forever for our family. May it not be soon enough that this one closes! By the way we enjoyed our $5 pizza pizza and it was no headaches for getting that food, HOT,Ready,and Good to Go as promised.
