Cute little restaurant in the tiny town of Adams, WI. I had a belgian waffle with cherry topping…read moreand 2 scrambled eggs. Waffle with the cherry topping was great. I also took 2 cookies for later in the day. While i greatly enjoyed the breakfast i was disappointed in the peanut butter cookie. It wasn't fresh. It looked delicious and i was hopeful but it was hard and not pleasant to eat. Maybe it just had been in the cookie jar too long. I mean it is a bakery and cafe and should be fresh. Their easter cookies and pies in the display case looked AMAZING. I wish i had chosen one of tbose. Anyway, i would go back for breakfast and for pie or maybe one of tnose beautifully decorated easter cookies. But the peanut butter cookie - i will pass on that. Staff were very nice!

Wonderful small town place to stop for a slamming breakfast sandwich, frozen pizza or sweet treat…read moreto go. The menu is pretty extensive and they serve breakfast all day. A favorite dish seems to be the Alaskan waffle which is topped with ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. We ate breakfast here and have stopped in a few times just to pick up some bakery items. We love the banana cream pie cup, lemon curd bread, turtle lava cake and chocolate covered Twinkie's. Service can be slow (by Milwaukee/city standards) but everything is served hot and to order. There is typically one waitress working too so keep that in mind. Cash payment is preferred and there is a small surcharge for credit card purchases. They have weekly bingo games and you seat yourself if you want to dine in. This is a breakfast / lunch spot as they are not open during dinner hours. Definitely worth a stop if you are in Adams County or camping at Roche-a-Cri state park nearby.

I have been here twice while in town and I get their chai tea. It was hot but not so hot you…read morecouldn't drink it. It was creamy and I ordered mine with soy milk. Currently there is no Starbucks in town but I see they are building one right down the road. I mentioned this only because I am partial to the Starbucks Chai Tea which I also purchase at Costco for home use. But Cravings comes as closets you can get so I really appreciate the flavor of their chai tea. They also have fast and friendly drive through service. Next day my husband did a coffee/tea run and picked up some bakery items. We stay at the Mead Hotel every 3 months for quarterly meetings so this place has been one of our staple places to run to as it is only about 1 mile away on the main drag. One good thing about being able to review the same place multiple times is you get to sample more of their product for a wider range of reviews. This morning my chai teas was not as creamy as yesterday but it was still tasty. My husband likes strong coffee black. He had their dark roast and said it was ok. He said in all honesty the free hotel Coffee was better. I'm not a coffee drinker but I know my husband is fussy. We picked up two scones -chocolate chip and blueberry and they were served warm. The scones were fresh and not dry as some scones can be. They were tasty with a hint of sweetness. We also picked up two giant cookies - one chocolate chip and one white chocolate macadamia nut. The chocolate chip was chewy soft but the macadamia nut was very hard which suggests to me it may have been sitting around for a while. Both cookies were ok, nothing that would wow me. We always get friendly service thru the drive through.

Cute place, good selection and pricing. My main complaint is that each time I have went in or used…read morethe drive through, something is always wrong with my order.. I frequent on Sundays when its a little bit 'slower', but somehow my order always ends up wrong! (I order off the menu with no special 'twists', so these are standard drinks Im talking about here!) I so want to love this place- but I just cant with the continual errors being made. .. Please work on being accurate Baristas- It matters..... in repeat customers and tips!
