I really hope this place does better. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and barbecue sauce, special sandwich on the menu. There was no bacon on it whatsoever and swimming and barbecue sauce that it was not even edible unfortunately. I took everything out of the bun It was not even warm. This McDonald's is exceptionally slow. It doesn't mater if you use the drive thru or go in, it's slow! There is a kind male manager who tried very hard, but the staff is just not motivated. Today I ordered 3 large meals and a couple of sides for my family, and after waiting for a while, the employee came out shouting my name in a mean tone. I didn't really care about that, but I got home to check the bag and realized there were no fries. Another time I had to wait for over 2 hours just for 2 meals, and only 2 or 3 other people were in the restaurant. I have also seen homeless people pretending to get hit by Mom's car at the exit of the drive-through and asking for money and declining food. I stopped, drive thru, McD's has DDP (my chief and CDR called it), Diet Dr Pepper there and I did not get the memo til recently, giggle. I longer travel for work, rarely eat fast food. Ordered a burger extra pickle, my way or no way, and saw that chimken sammie (my dogs call them). Got sauce to make it spicy, the window server acted just like he made it special just for me! This mcdonalds has convinced me that the minimum requirements to work there includes passing middle school and an iq score of 70 and below. The gentleman with the glasses who works the drive thru has no clue what the proper proportion size for a drink is as he filled my cup with coke, leaving a pretty noticeable gap of absolutely nothing. As for the food, the picture ive included speaks for itself, the workers see that i've asked for sauces on the app but somehow dont put one single cup of it in the bag. An 87 year old man with dementia could put out better service than the workers here. This wasn't entirely McDonald's' fault, but it happened. The McDonald's in West Allis has two drive-thru lanes. The person who ordered after me in the other lane refused to zipper merge and took my spot in the line to the pay window. When that car got to the pickup window, they were handed my order. That person touched my order and handed it back. When I finally was given my order, after waiting ten minutes for the person who couldn't zipper merge, it was ice cold. read more

Take out | Dinner | $20-30 Many things to detail about my visit, first, the wait in the drive-through was ridiculous as I am sitting there waiting. There was one car in front of me when another car came up and pulled up beside the car in front of me and my car a woman got out with her child walked over to the drive-through window complained they didnt get their food, which I heard the employee say while you drove off not sure what that was all about anyways, its finally my turn I was asked not once not twice but three times what my order was then to be handed a bag that was halfway ripped down where my items almost fell out, ,but didnt I grabbed it by the tear I asked the drive thru employee for another bag instead he gave me my first large soda proceeds to tell me have a good night. I explained to him that there was another large soda and can I please have another bag and Im also going to need a soda tray due to the two large sodas, I was the only one in the car he walks away, comes back and tries to hand me a handful of sauces. I kind of chuckled I said, sir those are not mine. Im still waiting for my other large soda, soda tray & another bag, as I'm waiting for these items I can hear the employees getting frustrated through the drive-through window on how there is a line of cars that are going out to the street. this happens a lot at this location especially late at night, I know we're all adults, but swearing & complaining the way they were over the drive-thru line and how many chicken nuggets the Cook had to make was a little ridiculous. Drive-thru employee came back with two of my items the 2nd soda and a bag as I was transferring that my food items into the non-ripped bag I noticed that there was a medium fry. I did not order a medium fry. I ordered a large fry with a fish fillet meal and with a large Coke I made the order using the app, unfortunately the app does not give you a detailed description of your order gives you fillet a fish meal large Coke and I explain to him this is supposed to be a large as with the large sodas,, large means large not medium The drive thru employee is trying to convince me I was never charge for a large fry. I said well unfortunately I did not get my receipt from the first window because I did the app order , I asked, can you show me what you're seeing that's showing I didn't get charged for a large fry? I would appreciate it if you would just reprint my receipt I want to see the details of my order for myself, The man literally walks away and starts preparing more drinks for whoever else so I just left I sat in the drive thru long enough (45 mins) as I get home the dissatisfaction of all of this just keeps going because I have no straws for the sodas (like what,,, how did no one put straws in the bag nor where there any napkins not a 1) I couldn't use the tray because the tray that he gave me was ripped and wet , I know we all have off days but I paid for a food service and this service has most definitely failed in more ways than one. I could have just looked past at most of this situation with shrugging my shoulders but it wasn't just 1 problem there's multiple's especially being charged for a large fry and receiving a medium fry instead,, I know what I ordered and here's a fun fact for everyone who has read this review EVERY-TIME I order fries from McDonalds I order them in their LARGE SIZE,, It seems this location does not enforce or encourage other customers to wait their turn in line this location seems to allow customers to park along side of 2 other customers get out their car and to proceed to cut the line because the was taking too long for them read more

Every time i order my difficult coffee order she is the only one that always hits the nail on the head, she told me one time that it's because she's a coffee drinker herself and i believe it.. I'm reviewing the new freshly made Quarter Pounder. Much better tasting than before! I now like it where before I settled for it. Much juicier and flavorful. This particular location is being remodeled and I had to wait a while for my food. Don't know if from construction, under staffed or that the new burger takes so long to make. Others in the drive through were being served faster. So if it was the new Quarter Pounder process at fault, I think it is worth the wait. read more

I always go to this location in the morning and its absolutely a wonderful experience every time. Night shift on the other hand is RIDICULOUS. About a month ago we went inside and ate and they served my mom a raw burger then gave her a coupon for a meal that had expired in 2021???? Another time they locked the doors on just a few people and let other in bow mind you that was when it was so hot out people were having heat strokes. Then again last night i go to get something so simple and it turned into a huge ordeal. We ordered 2 large fries , when we got to the window the worker asked where the 2 large fries are , 3 minutes later the so called "manager" was bashing the worker who did nothing wrong yelling at him & belittling him , as someone who worked in food service its the cooks job to get the damn food orders done not the drive through worker. This morning I went through drive thru. I ordered two breakfast burritos and a coffee. I was there yesterday morning also and ordered same thing. There is a special, 2 breakfast burritos and a drink for 3.50. It states that on windows of store and also the drive thru menu. I was told my total was almost 5.00. I explained I wanted the special. I was then told "well, the price must have went up". I explained the special was listed right here in front of me on the menu. I was told again"well the price must have went up". I then asked to speak to a manager. I was told "no, the price must have went up". This is extremely poor customer service. We have never gotten an order wrong here. Nothing ever stood out about this place till last week. There was an incident at my sons school and I picked him up and we went to McDonald's to cheer him up. Middle of the day and it was almost empty, so I think we stood out as there were no other kids there. I don't know if the staff could tell he needed a pick me up or they are usually this nice inside (this was my first time not doing drive thru) but they were WONDERFUL!!!! He ordered for himself on the big screen (so cool for him) and got his happy meal right away. The staff and manager took turns coming to say hi and make small talk with him. They brought him free cookies, a balloon and a refrigerator magnet. He was over the moon. It really meant so much to him and I that they were able to turn his day around. I hope they see this and know they made a huge difference in a very awful day. read more

If I could give this a 0 rating I would. I waited here 45 minutes to get my food. I sat here and watched everyone else get there food. Then the manager asked me what I had (even tho she took my order) then walked away and went into the back. My food just sitting there. Then she comes back up (the manager) and I said to her are you going to get my food? She says to me I'm the manager and THATS NOT MY JOB. I ordered a happy meal for my granddaughter and a 10-piece chicken McNugget for myself. I was shocked when I opened the container and saw the nuggets. They were half the size they used to be. Like a wafer - I can't call them nuggets any more - they are very thin chicken wafers. Can you make them any smaller! Also, my granddaughter had a total of 5 french fries in her meal. Went to the drive thru, needed to add one more thing to the order and the young lady said, " you said you were done" and to add to it at the first window. In a very rude tone.. If that's the procedure, that's fine but no need to be rude. I drove away as I'm not giving one red penny of my hard earned money to rude people.
