OMG! This is the 2nd time this item has been wrong ! Do u guys not know what the daily double meal is?! Do u know what type of sandwich is included??? I don't think your employees know their menu! I'm tired of not being served. I waited 20min for my food. Because nobody came to the register when I accidentally hit the pay at the counter box. I had put my card in the self service kiosk. And assumed I was good to go, When it asked for the table indicator. Yes you have served billions. Think how many more could have been served if attention was actually paid to your customers. read more

I stood inside while people were ahead of me waiting on orders and then when the lady gave them their food after 15 mins of me being in there she asked me what I needed and I told her I still needed to order and she said okay and walked away for another 10 minutes just standing there looking at the display for the food that they were already making. read more

Being stuck in line for twenty minutes is not fun. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave because I had used Apple Pay to process my order so I had to wait the never ending line. The nuggets weren't even that fresh and the fries were stale. I did get a good deal from using the app to order my food but with a wait time like that-it wasn't worth it. They need either more staff or a more efficient assembly line when it comes to fulfilling orders. At least they have breakfast items available around the clock. My soda was basically all ice and so two slurps in and I was halfway empty. Overall, a negative experience. Plus, the fries are supposed to be the best part about McDonald's and they were soggy and sad. Not a happy camper after my visit here. They really gotta shape up. read more

At McDonald's there is not a lot to expect from the food so the restaurant and staff are what make the difference. The dining room was not filthy but far from clean and the men's restroom was disgusting with standing water (I hope it was water but I know it was not). The staff was friendly but the cheeseburger happy meal I ordered for my daughter I ordered with a cheeseburger only ketchup and got one with onion and pickel instead. Not the worst McDonald's experience but certainly not close to the best. read more

Kiosk don't work. Bathrooms filthy. The shake/ice cream machine is always broken or what they'll say is "Maintenance Mode". Instead of giving you the option to get something else they just give your money back without telling you the issue. read more

Service continues to be poor. Excessive staff turnover is a problem. Management doesn't know how to keep staff; I know this for a fact because during a huge lineup at lunchtime I got lucky and took the unoccupied outside lane, turned out he was the only person actually taking orders! So I jumped ahead of the crowd. When I pulled up to the window I witnessed manager yelling at cluster of girls about the backed up line and ordering them to get to work! It did work because customers started coming through, but as for keeping staff we shall see. I like the mild breakfast burritos, but they are completely clueless on folding them and on last visit they didn't put normal amount of filling. Maybe the filling fell out on the floor? Except for problems with the burritos, occasional cold fries, and sloppy assembly, the quality of the food is normally as good as it always was. I do find myself going to other nearby McDonald's to avoid this one which is the closest to home. read more

This has to be the WORST McDonald's in America and I've seen some bad ones. Do yourself a big favor and go anywhere else. The owner of this location doesn't care about the customer so they just kept the store open the entire time they did remodeling. There's nothing worse than watching workers sanding and painting while your food is being prepared. I've contacted the State of Florida and also reported it to McDonald's corporate. Worst McDonald's ever! SLOW service, even on a Thursday at 9pm when they were dead empty! The drive thru lane was empty until the car before me pulled in and I followed. We both paid and moved up to get our food. The wait was so long that the car in front of me turned off their car to wait. When I got to the window, they had my order wrong. How is that even possible!? I simply ordered a 4-piece nugget and a small fry. The food was GROSS, even for McDonald's. My nuggets tasted like they were over fried and sitting out for hours; I even spit one out. The fries were over salted. I'm never stopping at this McDonald's again! read more

I bought a double fish sandwich here about a week ago and the fish tasted so bad it tasted like I could get cancer or something. I would not say it was tainted but its just because it would be speculation to say this and I would not be able to prove this. There was a small hole in the middle of one of the pieces of fish it looked like about the size of pencil that went completely through fish. It was so aweful it took it back the manager gave me my money back but i would not eat there again. It is likely I got a few more ingrediants in my body that are not healthy. read more

You have good ones and bad ones (I suppose is the case with all franchise shops like McDs). This is a bad one that I will drive past every time. I've had numerous issues, the last straw was getting home with a quarter pounder that was VERY pink. I won't even eat pink burgers from my back yard. Because burgers are grinded up parts that include outside parts that carry a much higher risk of disease/contamination, they are NEVER o.k. to be pink--certainly not from a fast food joint. I've received pink burgers from the Wendies between aurora and lake washington as well. read more
