Suppose to be 3 over easy eggs.

Not happy at all apparently their cooks have no idea what over easy eggs are. I ordered 3 eggs over easy and this is the crap I got.

-Sausage Egg & Cheese Hashbrown -Bowl Bacon Egg & Cheese Hashbrown Bowl -Classic and Peanut Butter waffles -Chili

The food, hot. The staff, funny. The coffee, diner roast. Megan made sure we were cracking up the whole meal and that our cups were full. This waffle house is a waffle home.

The table needed a little more cleaning, but the server was very attentive and friendly. The food was really good and was served quickly. They give military discounts which is nice. I'd definitely stop here again!

I am a big fan of Waffle House. Always have good, friendly service. Food is fast and always consistently good. Coffee is good and everything is priced right. This new location replaces an aging location nearby. Today I had a two egg breakfast with , eggs over medium, white toast, and grits. Coffee and OJ to wash it down. Delicious!

The Waffle House Melbourne, FL (Eau Gallie Blvd. Location) Fast Food/Chain rating- 4 Stars "It's 2:00 and the bars are all closed, I must have shut em all down by the shape I'm in." - G. Jones Walking into the immaculately clean Waffle House on Eau Gallie Blvd in Melbourne, Florida I was immediately transported back to my youth in the 1970s. Taking family vacations on the interstate highway system back then meant a Waffle House at practically every exit. They were everywhere. I swear it still smelled the same. They are still open 24 hours. Of course, back then, they were mostly filled with professional truck drivers, truck stop "gals", stale cigarette smoke, and drunks having just closed the local saloon, so it was nice to see some things have changed for the better! The layout is the same as it was with an open kitchen. I like being able to glance in and see what is transpiring on the grill. It can either fill me with anticipation or dread. In this case, it was anticipation as I watched their kitchen masters do their thing. My server was Janine and she was on the ball and outstanding in every regard a server can be measured. Thank you, Janine! I placed an order with her for two eggs, smothered, covered & chunked hash browns, bacon and waffles (I mean, they are the Waffle House after all!). As you can see by the pictures, the eggs were a perfect over medium, the hash browns were golden, and...oh, forget it. Who cares? It's after bar close, they are open and it's fine! As far as open 24 hours "greasy spoons" and "choke and pukes" that line American highways and byways, Waffle House is hands down the best of the lot. The Big Boy says, "any time of day you want some good Americana diner-type grub sans stale cigarette smoke, try the Waffle House"!

Yesterday I felt like taking a stroll down memory lane and going to a Waffle House for breakfast. I haven't been to a Waffle House in years and honestly they don't always have the best reputation compared to other popular breakfast/lunch establishments, so it hasn't been a thought. I am here to say I stand corrected. I was pleasantly surprised and I'm sad I didn't Yelp my experience yesterday because everything was so good and deserved the praise! So, I went back again today for another breakfast trip. The food came out fast and hot, and the service each day was outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating when needed! Also loved to see that they have a TouchTunes jukebox available for music of your choosing! As a music lover, I love seeing restaurants that have TouchTunes! Yesterday I had the [All-Star Special] which included (of my choosing): 2 eggs (scrambled), 3 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of toast, a generous portion of hash browns and 1 waffle. And holy crap was it good!! The eggs were perfect, they were not dry/over cooked at all and I find that to be a common issue with a lot of breakfast establishments; they were cooked to perfection! The bacon was cooked through and crispy, the toast already came to me buttered and the hash browns had the perfect crunch on top as they should! The waffles are very thin so I was skeptical, as I'm used to bigger fluffier waffles, so I was worried this wouldn't be as good. As the saying goes "never judge a book by its cover", because this waffle was perfectly soft on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside it was fantastic! We also ordered the [Texas Angus Patty Melt] from the lunch side, such a simple sandwich that tastes absolutely amazing! A piece of cheese covering each side of the Patty, onion and bacon. So good that we came back this morning to get another order of it! Easy to say we will be coming to our local WH a lot more !

3.5 I understand it's a diner but the menu is very limited. Service is friendly & timely depending on how busy it is. It's always well staffed, who are wearing mask. Seems to be clean. My food is always good & correct. Add French toast & salads to the menu & I'd be set.

If I could score this Waffle House a zero, I would. The food was really bad. They tried to serve me toast, that was cold and had been setting on the cutting board for along time. The server and cook could use a hospitality refresher. I asked for hash browns cook lightly and the attached picture is what I was served. They were burnt and was swimming in oil.

New Waffle House opened January 2020. Welcoming service, fast food, and clean. Everything you could hope for in a Waffle House. I am happy to have them in the area and hope they keep the high standards going! The corporate training team was still on site but everyone was working cohesively and having fun. You could tell the team enjoyed their work and it was transferring to the new hires.

I don't know that food is to die for, but the ambiance, service, friendliness is on point. The waitress was absolutely amazing, she came and checked on us just enough that we felt seen but not too much that it pressured us. We didn't even want to leave, staying there and hanging out is so much fun. Overall highly recommend for some more quiet and low key nights. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we will be back! P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

We weren't far and got there before the food was finished but that's not their fault, we weren't far just really close and I didn't expect them to have our order ready before we got there. I walked in and the place was really inviting, clean, good vibes, and great service. They were really friendly, told me I can sit anywhere and brought the food to me when ready. The food smelled so good on the way home, and man did it taste great. Again I really didn't expect much, but I have to give it to them, their burger was so delicious I wanted another one. My wife loved her poke bowl and my son ate all of his food, which usually he has trouble doing (picky eater). Anyways we will definitely come back here 5 stars. The Intracoastal Amber Red Ale is a local IPA and was cold and refreshing ($6.50). My Aloha Burger ($9.50) consisted of a Teriyaki-Marinated Angus Beef Patty, Swiss Cheese, Grilled Pineapple Slice, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Creamy Teriyaki Aioli, all on a Toasted Brioche Bun. The Aloha Burger was marked on the menu as a local favorite and I found it to be very good. Be warned though, this is a pretty messy burger and if you don't abide by the old phrase of "finger licking good", then you might find this sandwich somewhat challenging, ha! My server was polite and efficient. The indoor seating consists of a bar area with 14 seats along an "L" shaped bar along with 4 high top tables. Also along the far wall there's 8 smaller tables. The outdoor covered patio area consists of both 2-person tables and also 4-person tables. There's also a smaller bar with seating for about 10 people. Happy Hour is Monday - Friday, 3-7pm, with $1.00 off wines and mixed drinks, $2.00 off drafts. All Day Specials include $3.00 Landsharks and $5.00 Margaritas. Also on Wednesdays they feature a "Burger & Brew" special - any burger and a craft draft for $8.50 (after 5pm only - much to my dismay). I will be back to try their tacos which look pretty amazing. Stop in and give them a try.

When we got home I saw that the 12 ounce ribeye looked small so I weighed it. It weighed 6.8 ounces!! The 5 wings were the smallest wings I have ever seen. I took the steak and wings back the next day. First I was told that since it was. Groupon there wasn't anything they could do. After I was complaining that their advertising that the ribeye was 12 ounces and mine weighed 6.8 ounces the manager said they would prepare another steak for me. The steak was good but only weighed 9 ounces. When I questioned the wing sizes the manager said she realized that they were and she had been trying to change that. Not a good experience. The drizzles were the best part. The cake tasted like the refrigerator smells. I hope we got it on a bad night but I suspect its not worth going for food again.
