How ever the higher ups need to figure things out because things clearly aren't running well here. Went to meds drive up 3994 e 120 th in Thornton, Ordered 4 # 7 one with, and three without, cheese but we got all four combos with cheese and they charged us for xtra cheese on all. And when we gave six cheeseburgers back and asked for regular burgers the lady at window didn't want to help us, we politely said we would still like them changed and will not asked for xtra cheese refund. I've had bad food and service here before, but I came tonight because I worked late, needed to stop at king Soopers for a turkey brining kit and with Thanksgiving tomorrow, I didn't feel like cooking dinner for 1. I went to the drive through and was told it would be a minute. Ok. 10 minutes later, nobody came back on. Another car came, went to the other lane, and they took their order immediately! I ordered 6/20/2025 order number 1276 - ordered a quarter lb w/ bacon, there was no bacon. I also ordered the spicy chicken deluxe and there was no chicken patty; just a bun with tomato's and lettuce. At this same location, i ordered this sandwich and there was visible mold on my chicken patty, the time before that I got a bun with a patty. No sauce no cheese. We always have a little problem at this McDonald's, but it's the closest one to our home. Today was notably terrible. Food cold and missing 6 items. I called and the manager was rude and hung up on me after she told me that she remembered the order. I told her she gave my husband one bag, no way everything I ordered through the app Would fit in one bag. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back for her name, she picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. I assume I have called ID because I called from my work phone and she answered. I asked for her name and she hung up. My husband went back to McDonald's and went inside. The manager was wearing a half shirt and the employees were walking in the back near the fry station, eating fries and packing bags. Gross. They asked if we wanted our misting items. Based on the fact that the employees are all helping themselves to food while preparing customers food we declined. I've bee had such poor customer service. We were still mostly on eastern time when we arrived, so everyone woke up early. We had a lot to do that day, and thanks to COVID restrictions our hotel's free breakfast had been suspended for weeks before we arrived. Hence, I needed to venture out to find places that sold coffee and breakfast items, preferably before 6 a.m. local time. This McDonald's was open 24 hours, which was the main draw. My wife had asked for a McMuffin of some sort and this was the only option. I'd picked up coffees already from a Dunkin' a block or two away. However, I'd planned to get a smoothie as my own breakfast. I don't eat at McDonald's regularly by any measure, but when on vacation I do sometimes enjoy a breakfast smoothie from them. I pulled in line at the drive thru and waited. When I ordered, I was told that the smoothie machine was broken. Oh well. I wonder if it is the same machine that makes the milkshakes, since that one being broken appears to be somewhat of a common punchline... So I had to wait on my smoothie for a couple of hours (not a huge issue, but I was noticeably hungrier once I finally got breakfast). I went to a different place the following morning. Costumer service is atrocious. Several times I've gone there and they don't say hi, they say "order" or they talk super fast and don't listen to you. They care more about their drive thru times than their costumer service. Tonight I went there and whoever took my order was super nice but I ordered a large meal with a additional medium beverage and got a large fry and a 2 medium drinks but was charge for a large meal. Several times they say they are waiting on fries and sit there talking with people and then 5 mins go by and they grab the bag that has been sitting next to them for 5 mins and the food is cold. read more

This is my go to McDonald's for wifi while my 3 year old plays. The PlayPlace was good and the play/eating area had a lot of natural light. The wifi was excellent. I got a lot of work done while she played. There was a giant Ronald McDonald on a lifeguard chair for some reason. Way too tempting for kids to climb (it does say no climbing). So you do need to keep an eye on the kiddos. Once, while in the drive thru, I ordered a latte. They didn't know how to make it (?), didn't want to admit they didn't know how to make it, absolute nightmare as the the line behind me backed up. They didn't even direct me to a parking space while they figured it out. Keep your order simple, none of the "fancy stuff" and it's fine. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. First of all it took 2 employees and then finally (I'm guessing was the manager) in order to ring up my order which really was not complicated. Then of course the order was made incorrectly. No apology from the staff for having to wait. The fries were barely lukewarm. They also DO NOT give you soft drink refills. You have to pay for another drink. That is absolutely ridiculous!!! The dining area was dirty and disgusting. Hardly any tables were clean. This location is horrible. This location advertises that it is a 24 hour location, and i have gone there twice now and either they were closed or their employees simply didnt feel like working. When they do actually serve their customers, they have the worst attitude and cant seem to get your order right. When do I go to McDonald's? In a pinch. When I need reliably standard food in a very short amount of time, I'll go through a MdD's drive through. I feel that I can't possibly be alone in that reasoning. I'm never going there with tons of time to kill...it is literally a fast solution to a problem. I pull into the second lane in the drive through here today because there was already someone in the first (left) lane. As soon as I arrive at the speaker, theres a bunch of clicking noises and then no voice. So I say "hello?" a couple of times to understand if there is an audio issue. Eventually, a male voice comes on and says "one minute please" and then disconnects. Ok fine. I can hang on for a second. Meanwhile, 2 vehicles order and pass through the lane on my left. Finally the male voice comes back on and says "You have to wait, we are short staffed". Ok...I get it, it sucks to be short staffed. But why are people jumping me in line on the other lane? So another two minutes pass and no update...and two more vehicles pass me on the left (and there is a person sitting in the lane behind me so I can't back up and switch lanes). I say "Hello? It seems like people are passing me...." And he says "Yeah, people are passing you. Our system has a timer and this is the way we work sooo you just have to wait. Do you understand?" (very rude and condescending tone). To which I say, "Nope. I don't understand why people are able to jump in front of me and I'm stuck here waiting...I have to go..." and he says "If you have to go then GO". Nice, bro. Great way to talk to your customers and problem solve....Also, I had never been to this McDonald's before, so there was no way for me to know that I could get out of this line without passing through the line of customers waiting for their food. Literally everyone in the drive through lane at McDonald's has to go...Willing to bet that not many of us were there to hang out, my dude. To management: Please do better in training your staff. June 1st 2022. 1:16pm. Horrible staff attitude! Dirty tables and floor. There were even pieces of ceiling insulation on the kids playground. No one is smiling or welcoming. To make matters worse, I asked one of the "managers" for a drink refill for my 3 1/2 year old daughter. My daughter was playing on their inside playground and eating her happy meal. She finished her drink and wanted more. The person I asked just walked away from me and just said "no more refills here". I don't understand why I couldn't get a refill for my daughter. Wow, just wow. I'm mind blown right now. I stopped by this McDonald's tonight (10/13/18 around 7:50pm) and grabbed dinner. My house is about 5 miles from this location but easy to get to as I head home. I ordered 2 regular hamburgers with shredded lettuce and tomatoes added. When I got home I noticed 3 things... first, there was no hamburger patty on either one of my "hamburgers". Second, someone decided adding tomatoes to a sandwich means adding whole cherry tomatoes. Who the heck thinks that's how you add tomatoes to a sandwich?! Third, they hadn't put onions or ketchup on it. So, I literally had 2 pieces of bread with shredded lettuce, pickles, cherry tomatoes and mustard. What kind of people are working there? Toddlers? I was unable to drive the 5 miles back to the location because of... stuff, so I just used some cheese I had in my fridge to have something somewhat edible. Never going there again! This location has went downhill tremendously over the last couple months. Orders wring, cold food and long waits. Today I ordered an Egg McMuffin and got it with scrambled eggs that were cold. It doesn't even come with scrambled eggs, and being cold just added to it. This was at 10:58 because they told me they don't serve lunch until 11 o'clock. However visiting this restaurant last week, I was told that breakfast ended at 10:30. Not sure they even have the slightest clue what they're doing at this McDonald's anymore. I just moved my business to this shopping complex a few months ago and although I wish I didn't eat fast food this much, I'm at this location several times a week some weeks...I've even been there twice in one day. I feel that I'm qualified to give an unbiased review after five months of being here. Although they do get busy at times and you have to wait for your "fast food" as would be expected, I have never received a wrong order or anything missing, I've never received microwaved or old food (that I could taste), I've never been treated poorly (some could do better) and honestly, I've never been disappointed at this particular location and I'm easy to irritate, lol. I'm a business owner and deal with clients all day, every day...I'm super impressed by the McDonalds at this location. Hopefully readers know that more people leave negative reviews than happy customers who don't often leave reviews...take that into consideration please before getting down on these guys that do jobs that we don't always want to do ourselves. read more
