I concur. When there's one car in the drive thru, how can it take over five minutes to complete an order? Additionally, drive thru servers need to be a little more careful with their food prep. Ordered the Buttermilk Chicken sandwich combo and was served what looked like a 4-5 day old sandwich. Tomato AND lettuce were off-colored and old, chicken was ridiculously small and burnt. Doesn't deserve 1 star. I've had enough time to download yelp, create an account, write a review, proofread it, be disappointed that I was here even longer, and rewrite said review. The petition to change the advertising on this location from "fast food" to just "food" starts here. And "food" is generous for my microwaved McNuggets. The staff is rude, and obviously doesn't want to be serving me (I don't blame you, poor guys). Every time I've been here it's taken 30+ minutes. The place advertises that it's a 24 hour location, but it closes at 11? At least you get a nice scenic view of a big litter of rats in the bushes by the drive thru window. The food is pretty standard for a McDonald's, nothing to write home about. The service however is superb; I accidentally dropped half of my chicken nuggets on the floor of the area adjacent to the play place and the manager have me an entire new box of nuggets for free. There drinks have a bit too much syrup in them, but hey they are only a dollar and they have free refills. The best thing about it though, and this goes for most McDonald's, is the coffee. For its cost the coffee is great, and the refill policy is the same as the soda. The coffee blows Starbucks out of the water. It should be noted that I only drink black coffee, so it is very possible that the rest of there their coffee products could be subpar, but I wouldn't know. The tables are all typically all very clean, and the same can be about the floor. The kitchen usually follows suit, with the exception of the are around the ice cream machine. Speaking of, the ice cream machine always seems to be down, which is a shame because there soft serve is quite good. One negative attribute of this location is that the drive through can be a bit slow and the speakers are hard to hear through, but I mostly walk, bike, or skateboard everywhere so I rarely have the chance to use it anyway. Over all I give this location for stars, not as a restaurant in general, but as a fast food shop. If you have a bit more cash on you though I would recommend the sonic across the street which has great service and food, though at a higher price. read more

This place frustrated me so much it inspired me to get a yelp account just to complain about it. The last 5 times I've been here they've jacked up my order in some way. First visit of five, the gave me a large fry that was only filled a quarter of the way and a medium that was purposefully turned upside down. The second visit, they had somehow mixed up my order with the person in front of it behind me so I had to go in and get what I wanted and had paid for. Third time, and this one surprised me, I ordered a large sweet tea and a large fry and I got 2 small fries and a diet coke. The fourth time, I had ordered chicken nuggets a 20 count. They burned all 18 of them!! This last time, today, I gave a very simple order. 5 sandwiches.. Mcdonalds only gave me four and 2 of them were soggy. It wasn't a dinner rush or anything I was the only one in drive thru. These people should not get a raise to 15 dollars an hour and make as much as ambulance drivers. So my solution is, even though this place is right next door to me I'll drive out of my way next time I'm hungry for McDonald's. Oh and when I called them up about them forgetting one of my sandwiches they basically gave minimum effort in costumer service. Do not recommend.
