I DoorDash McDonald's got the Mc griddle meal the McGriddle taste like something. I can't even describe I almost threw up.

This place is trash every time I come here the line moves like molasses in winter. The food is gross. Absolutely don't recommend

9/19/25 8;00 I arived at the drive through ordered a quarterpounder spicy mcchicken. they told me to park in the front, waited 30+ mins for someone to bring me my food never came i finally i went and asked someone to give me a time and they told me it was never made. asked for a refund and took them another 20 mins to get my money refunded. I had a craving for nuggets, and fries and I have been up since 4 am and I'm too tired to cook. I would normally have one of my hello fresh meals but just too tired to make it. So I tried to use the McDonald's app and I go to pay but app is not working so I go inside and tried to use the kiosk and guess what it's not working, so this really nice crew member in a blue t-shirt took my order and I go to pay and my card declined. So we tried it multiple times and same result ( this awesome crew member was so nice). So I called hubs and he puts money into the account and tried the card and yup declined so I had to go to the bank get the funds, I went back to McDonald's, and they were so understanding and so nice. So I get my food and go home and unpack it and no fries so I called the store and told Ashton that I got everything in my order except for the fries so he asked me if I wanted to come back to the store to pick up the fries and I said no I'll pick it up tomorrow because I'm already in my jammies and I am really tired. So Ashton was super nice and super helpful and long story short. He replaced my entire order. Because Ashton was awesome very nice and very understanding , and the nice kid in the blue t-shirt and the rest of the staff and this is why I gave them four stars and the place was super clean. Just keep doing what you guys are doing and make your customers happy and accommodating and be as nice as possible. You guys are great and I thank you so much. Oh by the way, the new sweet and spicy jam dipping sauce is ridiculously awesome. If you don't like spicy, don't get this, I loved it. Haven't tried the other new one, but I will tomorrow. Crappy food, Rude help. Ordered 2 4a's received a dried out piece of chicken with 2 pickles, no mayo, no dressing, half full fries, no napkins, no straws for our soda. When I called White City, Oregon location to complain was hung up on twice when asking who I was speaking with and for a corporate number. All this for $15.40 at a fast food place. I will personally never eat at this location again and hope many other customers will follow suit!!! They should be out of business...So let's all help them with their goal by not patronizing!!!! read more

Just drove past McDonald's in white city Oregon and 2 of the workers. We're shooting each other in the parking lot, and one of the BB'S hit my car and left a mark on my car. So, I yelled at them that they shot my car and drove to papa Murphy's to get our pizza as well to check if it left a mark. Which it did. So, I grabbed one of the guys that shot my car to show them the mark that they left on my car and all he could say was it'll come off with soap and water and walked away. It's a dent. The fat is completely white I will try to post a picture this was horrendous, serving people under cooked pork is the worst thing you can do to your customers. The worst McDonalds in the valley. We have stopped going because they can't seem to get order right. I order a fish sandwich without tartar and ask for mayonnaise. They get it wrong almost every time, then when my husband complains and takes the food back, the manager gives him all kinds of grief. I ordered two happy meals, an ice cream cone, two McChickens and a few other items. I was in the drive through line. Paid for my items and when I got to the window, the lady gave me a McFlurry. When I told her my order was much more substantial than just a McFlurry, she told me "what? The guy ahead of you had that order?" Turns out, the asshole in front me ordered a McFlurry and when he got to the window, they gave him my order and he didn't correct them, he took off with my food!!! They made it right but could use some assistance in the getting the order correct department and shame on the guy in front of me getting $26 worth of items for the price of a McFlurry! read more

For a McDonald's, this is a 5-star! It was clean, friendly service, had ice-cream (with sugar cones), it felt more like a local family-owned diner rather than a McDonald's. Free coffee refills, standard food selection + a variety of ice-cream flavors. The outside fascia had tons of flowers and a small pond full of goldfish. I usually don't rate fast food, but this one stuck in my mind as one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. read more

I dont come here often just because there is always cheese when I ask for none. The nuggets are cooked to long too. But the fries are great.

Shoutout to Claudia and Silvia because they were chill and sweet, but besides that it's starting to look wack.

I usually like McDonalds, but this was too much ch. so totally burned we couldn't even eat them. We made a special trip 20 minutes each way to try the new chicken strips, but get home and there isn't really any edible meat in them. Very sad. read more

The last two times I went to this McDonald's the soda was not carbonated at all and didn't have much ice. The last time they forgot my chicken nuggets I still payed for. Don't recommend unless you don't wanna get some of your order and want some flavored water instead of a soda. read more
