I can't believe I'm writing a review for McDonald's but wow. This place is actually good. My food was actually hot and fresh. The cashier was really nice and smiled at me and made me actually feel welcome. I also saw a customer complain and the shift lead was super nice to her and offered to give her 2 free breakfast items instead of one to makeup for the inconvenience. I've never been to a McDonald's like this. I'm seriously surprised. My coffee was good too. They usually skimp out on my sugar or cream but it was perfect. I'm really happy I went here. read more

I ordered my order, to which the girl taking my order stopped my order to tell me my total and moved on to the next customer. I get to the pick up window and the lady practically throws my food at me, without looking at me, just shoves her hand out the window with my bag of food in it. Proceeds to give me a Oreo McFlurry, after i ordered a m n m McFlurry, and a McFlurry I did order, with a large hair sticking straight out the top of it. I give her back both McFlurrys. She brings me a m n m McFlurry, and the other one I ordered, with a heaping pile of Oreo on it with the lid not on at all, which proceed to spill all over me. She took it back AGAIN and just stirred it up and gave it back to me. Then Im waiting for my medium coke. She said what are you waiting for? I said my coke. She said can I see your receipt. I told her I didnt get one. She goes back to see the receipt, and eventually gives me the medium coke I clearly ordered, without looking at me or saying anything, just holding her hand out the window. They had me waiting in the drive thru for a ridiculously long time for a fast food place, then they forgot my ketchup so I went back thru (doors were locked as it was around midnight) and the employee gave me attitude like I was bothering her. My family and I have come to this McDonalds for several years now. At the beginning it offered great service and good food, that has slowly gone away. First off, several months ago I ordered $28 Worth of breakfast for the family, when my food was ready I asked their employee if I could have a couple of packets of salsa, she replied "sure but you have to pay for them as you did not order a breakfast burrito", OK? So I just spent $28 and you cannot give me a couple of packs of salsa that probably cost them .01?? Then, on another visit, I ordered $20 in luch and when I asked for "a" pack of BBQ sauce they did it again, charge me for it because I did not ask for chicken nuggets, what gives? I understand that people waste the condiments but I am not asking for 10 packs just a couple of simple packs that I feel should not be an issue as I am paying for a meal. Another issue that I had was a couple of weeks ago we came in for breakfast on a Sunday, we arrived at 10:25, the people in front of us took 5 minutes ordering, when my wife and I got to the front to order it was 10:30 sharp, we ordered breakfast and they tell us "hold on let me check if there is any left" (breakfast ends at 10:30am) they continued to let the drive thru order breakfast but told us "sorry but its 10:30 and breakfast has ended". First off, this is the first McDonalds that I have visited that ends Bfast at 10:30am, really?? Who wants lunch at 10:30am? All other Mcdonalds serve bfast until 11am, why not this one?? We asked the cashier that we arrived before the cutoff time, she then asked the Manager "Blanca" if she could make more Bfast, she replied "I don't know ask the cooks" so what purpose does Blanca have managing the place? I then canceled my order and requested a refund, I also asked "Blanca" for a phone # where I could place a complaint she gave me a number that is not valid, I called it and its a non working #. I do not recommend this location, it is unethical, incompetent, and offers NO value to the customer. The service was horrible! Came on a Saturday night 6pm we were the 3rd car in line (they have a split drive thru) and we were skipped 4 times. Not sure if they were having problems with the side we were on but they should have had us pull up to the window to order instead of skipping us. If I could give this McDonald's no stars I would. I've had problems with them before but I have never complained. I placed an order off the app, I have done this many time before... I personally did not go pick up the order, my sister picked it up. They get there and I try to submit the space number where they are parked, the app says that I'm no where near the restaurant. So she goes to the door and she gives them the number code that is given when you place the order, the lady says that's how the app works and told her she needed to drive home and pick up the phone. REALLY! So my sister gets in the drive thru line to place another order, at this time my sister is trying to explain to her the situation by asking "do we need to place a new order or can we still get our original." The lady says pull up to the second window, so she does. My sister starts explaining what happened and the McDonald's employee says we can't help you, you need to get the phone. So my sister ask if we can place another order, the employee tells her you're going to have get back in line. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why would she get back in line with that type of customer service. Next time I'll drive out of my way and go to the McDonald's that's off of Jefferson, their food is actually hot and they have great customer service, they're fast and they are timely with their orders. Judging this McDonalds against other southern ca locations, I'm a fan of this one. They get my order right every time. They actually take the time to make sure the food is hot when they give it to you. I've been to many McDonalds and the food was cold before I even left the drive thru. Because they take the time to make sure every thing is hot/ correct, you could end up waiting a little longer than your used to if they are busy. Still never waited more than 10 min. I have never been inside the restaurant, but the drive through staff is always friendly. They happily answer questions about why certain items are off the menu and if they'll be back. Don't expect anything special, but if you want a big mac or egg mcmuffin, this is a great place to stop. read more

We went to this McDonald's today and it was extremely slow. There was an elderly gentleman waiting for his food and he said "it's always like this"! When we finally received our food we took it home and my nephew took a bite of his cheeseburger and said it taste funny. I took it apart and the cheese was moldy. Went to this location last night and spent 20 min in the drive thru before I even got to the window to get my food. Once there, we noticed we were 1 drink short. I looked at my receipt and sure enough, it wasn't on the receipt. I ordered two combo meals both with a coke and then an extra Shamrock shake so not sure where to confusion was. I tried to explain to the lady at the window I was missing a drink and right off the bat, she told me "no, you didn't order a second coke". I was stunned because first off, yes I did because I ordered two combo meals and last I checked, they come with a drink. This is the second time the person at the window argued with me when "THEY" did not get the order correctly and it was caught before leaving and bringing it up at the drive thru window verses driving all the way home and finding items missing. Which by the way has happened at this location as well. The woman didn't even give me an opportunity to say, I was willing to purchase the missing drink. Just right off the bat, got argumentative with me saying I didn't order a second coke. At the end of trying to explain to her I did because I ordered two combos both with drinks, she handed one to me and said "here is your drink" in a very rude manner. So sad because I used to frequent this location all the time. However, I will no longer give my money to this location until they can actually complete an order correctly, check their attitudes and take responsibility for their mistakes. It would have been easy to say, "Okay sorry about that, that will be $1.08 please." We all make mistakes but to make them all the time and be rude to the customer, they don't deserve my money. They have to remember, our money is what keeps them open so why did I get hassled for a $1.00 drink when I planned on paying for it anyway?
