This used to be my go-to spot for a patty melt, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. The patty melts are now consistently greasy and don't have the same flavor they used to. I gave them several chances, hoping it was just an off day, but the experience never improved. The prices are high for the portion size. I tried the hot chocolate once, and it was so weak it tasted like flavored water. On top of that, one of the managers had an attitude problem with me. I hope they can get back to the quality that made this place a favorite in the first place. I'll will give them 1 point for the chocolate cookies. I have ordered their overpriced breakfast burritos many times via drive thru for about two years. The last two times I noticed there's only mainly potatoes in them as they're skimping on the meats big time and serving only cheap potatoes pretty much. Well I think it's official we can't afford to eat here. I know a lot of places have raised prices but these prices are too high for myself and family without the quality being there. I ordered a chorizo place I believe it was 14.85 and it wasn't tasty at all. The rice was a copy from a rice a Roni box , the beans at zero flavor and the plate only came with one tortilla. I've been here a handful of times. This is your average, local spot that does a bit of everything. The type of spot you go to when you wanna ditch the chains. It's very roomy inside and every time I've been, it's never really anyone inside. That's not necessarily a bad thing. The service is good. Not a lot of vegan options but a good amount of vegetarian items. I typically get the breakfast burrito, egg sandwich and fries. I haven't had any bad egg sandwiches and here is no different. The breakfast burrito is cool, not in my top but does the job. The fries are similar. Ordered from the drive thru trying this place for the first time. I really didn't mind the food but I felt that it's very overpriced. I paid $ 60 for two omelets that were ok but for the same price I could have gone to a 1909 or more gourmet restaurant. We used to love coming here but now it seems the prices go up and the quality goes down. While I appreciate the "made to order" freshness it's never very good. Burgers are always burnt and dry. Decided to try the new smashburger cause the photo looks good at the restaurant....i didn't realize less meat and toppings equaled a higher price. We've been coming here since it opened! I gave it four stars because most of the time the food is pretty good and it's hot but every once in a while you'll get something that's cold or soggy or doesn't have a lot of flavor. For the most part, the food is good here the service is great and the ambience is pretty cool. They have TVs that they usually show some type of sporting event on and everyone here is very helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoy coming here whether it's to eat there or to take home. Tried this place for breakfast and it was actually very good! The only reason i gave it 4 stars was only due to the bacon being very over cooked and tasted old. But otherwise, hash browns were amazing and crunchy! Eggs cooked perfectly over easy and the biscuits and gravy tasted delicious! My mom enjoyed her breakfast very much and my husband as well. I went to order 2 burritos, a bean and rice burrito and a carne asada burrito. The beans and rice was cold and didn't seem fresh and also when I opened both burritos up the cheese wasn't melted at all. This place was horrible in customer service!!! I came in purchased 2 cheeseburgers and ice coffee! When I got home after half way through the meal my husband pulled out a hair from his mouth and it was inside the burger I called them to complaint and they told me I had to bring the food back, so I did later that day brought the half burger with the hair still after he spit it out! Fresh, flavorful, and great size. Parking - Plenty of parking in the complex. Venue - Very nice and kept up. Love the ceilings and they have a few tv's also. Price - Everything seems well priced. Returned here for their chili cheeseburger and zucchini sticks. One of the best indy chiliburgers in town. The zuchini sticks are great, pencil thin, just the right amount of batter, and great with the delicious ranch dip. Only 3 stars because of the tomato curse. Why do restaurants all over town continue to serve tomato buts or stems? This knocked two stars off the rating. Fool me once...but I thought I'd give it another go. Lettuce on my Caesar salad and my husband's side salad was literally rotten. Visibly decaying. I took a photo and offered to bring it to him but he absolutely refused, saying it was fine. And to try to get my money back. I told him I don't want my money, I want him to stop serving rotten lettuce, that he could get someone very sick.
