If I can only give zero star, I will do so! My husband got and paid for 2 different breakfast orders (eggs and sausages). When the order came out it was only one plate with a little bit of eggs and 2 sausages. We were waiting for the second plate we order but nothing came. I went to the counter, showed my receipt and explained what happened. The "general manager" Brittney said that's what I paid for. After I kept pushing saying I was a manager myself and I won't deal with the situation that way, then she threw a bit of eggs in another plate and throw it at the counter Then the person on the line said: are you kidding me? They can tell me how to do my job! Really? Is this the image Mc Donald's want to show to their customers? Is this the person who represents a big company like this? Very disappointed! Visiting family in town and with hungry kids there were limited options after leaving Busch Gardens late at night. Sat in the drive-thru for at least 20-30 minutes. Saw passengers in the car in front of us get out and walk around the building only to come back and say that the employees there were on a smoke break. When I raised a concern the manager Vanessa turned the situation around on me as if I was the problem. She said "well you shouldn't have grabbed it by the top". NO WHERE ON THAT CUP DOES IT SAY, DON'T HOLD THE TOP!!! To add insult to injury she continued to cut me off and give me an attitude. I could hear the coworkers in the background complaining about me. We then sat there for 7 minutes while two cars in the first lane passed us. When we tried to place our new order they said they were out of donut sticks and sprite. I'm going west on I-64 and trying to cover about 550 miles in a day while stopping in Shenandoah National Park. There's a sign on the highway for McDonald's. Like all of you, when I see that sign on the highway, I assume it's very close to the exit - hopefully right at the exit so I get off, use the restroom, grab some quick breakfast, and get back on the interstate. No. Not even close. You have to go west on 199, south on 60, and then McDonald's is there. I measured this drive on Google Maps and it's 2.5 miles from the exit ramp to McDonald's. Are you f'ing kidding me? So I have to drive 5 miles there and back because they put a sign on the Interstate staying "We're HERE!!!" The sign is deceptive advertising and needs to be removed. read more

You will somehow be happy about your choice as you drive by, but you won't know why. JUST DON'T. This location is dirty. The staff is bad. The food is cold. Who wants cold fries? Ever? It seems the store is generally understaffed when I have gone and I've seen "we're hiring" signs out front so maybe that is getting better. This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. 23 minutes from the receipt time to when we had our food. The hash browns were just barely cooked through and a pale color like they were pulled out of the fryer early. They also brought a small coffee instead of a large, but after waiting 20+ minutes for a couple McMuffins, I didn't even care. When we were ready to leave, ALL the trash cans were so full they were overflowing. Take the extra time to go to Shorty's Diner and get far better service and food. read more

In order to give a review you have to leave at least 1 Star so that's why they get any at all. About the only thing good about this McDonalds is the location. A couple miles from Busch Gardens. It's McDonalds so I go into any fast food with limited expectations. BUT this is ridiculous. First the place was dirty! Dirty tables, dirty floors and seats. I actually listened to two employees bicker about who was goin to clean. One of the same employees walked around like he was super bitter and when I asked him for ketchup he wouldn't even make eye contact. The whole time he worked he looked up to avoid everyone. You're at work, put your personal crap to the side and if you hate your job QUIT! Also my fries were super undercooked. The best experience I had at this place was having to skip further interaction with the cashiers and order from the kiosk. Go some place else if you can! You'll thank me later when you don't have to deal with nasty attitude and undercooked food. read more

One of the friendliest and efficiently run McDonald's that we have visited in years. We placed our orders with one employee, and as we were paying, we received our completed orders from another employee. I also saw this happen to another customer. The employees and manager were very friendly and helpful. They communicated well with one another, which probably is why they could be so customer-friendly and efficient in filling orders. The indoor tables and outdoor seating were pretty clean. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Overall, we were impressed by this location. read more

I am giving this place three stars because the food is just okay, It seems the drive thru is very disorganized and they very rarely get my food order right. They always have to pull me up to wait for my food which is odd because my family and I never order anything special it is always straight off the menu. The bad thing about having to wait it we usually have to wait 10-15 minutes once we pull up then I have to go inside to see what is happening and to remind the workers they forgot my food.
