The service is soooo slow. It's dirty here. The kiosks are all Broken some don't print your number, all the works have attitude here. The food is soool disgusting do not order here. The unsweetened ice tea is sweet.. And the regular sweet teas are way tooo sweet. So much sugar. I can't with this place. I'll never go to this place again I'll take my buissnes elsewhere. 30min for food. Screw this shit.

From what the reviews have said, I think we're experiencing this McDonald's on a good day (still in line as I review) but waited 10 minutes in drive thru - we were two cars deep - before giving our order. The woman taking our order kept cancelling and re-inputting order items and asking again what our order was. We made sure to check the digital receipt before driving on. Still in line, so I'll pause to see if we get everything in our order correct and warm... Ok, 6 minutes later and we have made it to the payment window. Lady was a bit unpleasant, but probably on account of everyone else coming to the window being annoyed. Waiting now for food... 3 minutes later...we're here! Food came out after 1 minute, warm. Had to confirm our order. Waited 2 minutes for us to be told they couldn't give us our smoothies. We asked for refund and have now had to pull forward to wait for our money to come back. The woman who did refund our money did it extremely fast though. All in all, definitely one star. The drive thru sign is ironic.

How can you be out of happy meal boxes, toys, chocolate milk, and apple juice? ... then, you still mess up our order and overcharged us! Over charged for 10 nuggets, then never received them!

I'm not sure why I have to wait 10 minutes for a burger when cars in the drive through are passing by almost every other minute.

Discovered this indie coffee shop in Williamsburg near Busch Garden exit off Merrimac when I was…read moredown for a brief visit and OMG - BIGGGGG LOVE!!! So much to love about this new discovery besides the fact that it's NOT a Starbucks lol and for those that know me, you know I love and love to support and discover tucked away indie coffee places (see my reviews!). This place is also a roastery and sells their own bean blends. I don't know the history behind the shop and name but was told it is chemistry themed and owned by W&M alum - yassssss! Service is SUPER friendly and excellent so that's a bonus! I lovvvvvvve that the latte menu is chock full of super creative seasonal flavors - so many to choose from!! I stopped by twice while in town and staying just down the street. Had a hot Rose Macaron latte and the next day had the Lemon Bar. Both were DELICIOUS. NOT OVERLY SWEET BUT WITH SUBTLE FLAVORS AND BOLD ESPRESSO TASTE. NOTTTTTT WIMPY WEAK. Both days I had the OG Bacon Egg Cheese sando on an ET bagel that was a decent accompaniment to my seasonal lattes which were clearly the stars of the show. I was there during the week - once mid afternoon, the other day late morning and it was not crowded at all both days. The seating area is HUGE. 2 separate adjacent rooms - walk through the front ordering area and you'll find a large, super cozy and inviting "living room" type space with comfy couches, armchairs, dining tables with chairs and even cubes for studying. Dark and moody vibes. SUPER COZY, RELAXING AND KEPT VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. The other seating area has a bunch of tables and chairs, lots of windows, brighter and more conducive for gathering. I took and posted a bunch of pics and some vids so check them out. So glad to have discovered this coffee spot and gem! Will definitely be back when I visit Williamsburg again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Sophia and I arrived here on Friday morning since we had the day off due to the holiday. The last…read moretime we were here was probably a year and a half ago. All the previous times were all excellent with the food and beverages ordered. Let's see if this visit continues the good luck. We were immediately greeted by the staff and promptly seated. To my surprise, they completely remodeled the restaurant. Going from 9 tables to close to 30 and looking gorgeous from head to toe. For the entire hour we were there, it was a sight that I can't forget. Congrats to Tipsy Beans for this :) Enough gloating about the interior. Let's discuss the food. My beverage was a large iced Mud Turtle latte and my meal was a meat lovers omelet with mushrooms added (for only 25 cents extra). Everything was excellent. The latte wasn't too sweet which was very good for me. And their tall glass (which is new for remodeling) was really cool. The omelet was cooked perfectly with the protein and veggies all coming together. A home run all around. Thank you Tipsy Beans for making us feel at home. Top notch service to go with a wonderful meal to start the morning. We'll be back again soon :)

They recently added on and opened back up, which is great because they needed more seating!…read more Had brunch/lunch here with friends and we all enjoyed our meals! I had a club sandwich and it was good, the bread could have been a little more toasted, but not a big deal! My friend enjoyed her avocado toast. My other friend thought her drink was a little too sweet for her tastes but just be sure to ask how sweet the beverages are before ordering if you are interested in a sweet beverage! We sat in the back new area and it's a little less light back there. Service was good even on a busy morning! I didn't like how they charged for bbq sauce for my fries! I know times are tough but really?

The brownie was a little too rich for my taste but I will just get more cookies next time! It looked to have a good vibe, but once we walked in, we realized it was a coffee shop that served food. You have to get in line grab a menu and place your order. Any coffee, water or juice juices are delivered on the right side of the bar and the food is delivered on the left side of the bar. And what I mean delivered that's where you have to go to pick it up. The food is served on Small paper plates so you will lose some of your food as you try to cut or move it.. I ordered the breakfast platter which was scrambled eggs, choice of meat, potatoes, and toaste. My partner had the cheese omelette with sourdough toast. There was nothing special or extraordinary about the food. With the small paper plates that they use food easily fell onto the table top. They don't offer water in a cup, but rather you can buy a bottle of water. If you didn't realize that after you ordered, you have to go back and get in line so that you purchase your water. (We assumed they had water/cups to use). We left felling unsatisfied.

There is parking right next to the building or a pay to park parking lot across the street. The first two hours in the lot are free. ***EXPERIENCE*** We ordered the lychee oolong tea and the matcha milk tea with crystal boba and mango. My lychee oolong tea tasted just like fresh lychee! I will say it's brewed on the stronger side, so was a bit more bitter than I was hoping, but it was really refreshing. This is a wonderful spot to get some work done. They have strong wifi and lots of outlets. I appreciate the natural lighting in this space. ***PRICE*** Depending on what type and size of drink you get, prices range from $5-8. ***BATHROOM*** This spot shares a bigger building with other businesses. There isn't a bathroom in the actual Secret Garden space, but if you exit through their bigger building, you can find Women and Men restrooms not too far away. There are a few stalls in the Womens. ***CONCLUSION*** There is an extensive list of things you can order here! There is something for everyone.
