This is the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. They never get our orders right. I don't understand how you can order a cheeseburger happy meal with no pickle. With extra fries, and a chocolate milk. And get a chicken sandwich with cheese! Or ask for no pickle, and get pickle? Super simple. My wife and I have to constantly either hand the food back. Or turn around after our son opens the happy meal. Only to find that they gave him the wrong food for the billionth time. Whomever is hiring or training these morons. Is apparently a moron themselves. read more

This location is the best McDonald's in all of tualatin, west linn, Tigard and Beaverton locations! Their soda is spot on! And their food is cooked and never tastes like it been heated for hours like the other locations! No one can hold a candle to you guys! Thank you! read more

Every damn time I come through y'all's drive thru, at least one thing is fucked up. Today it was a spicy chicken sandwich with no sauce and a single pickle apiece and then a butt end of a pickle. Next time give me a middle finger to my face cus I'm fucking fed up with y'all fucking with my food. Hope you enjoy that I will be triple checking every order I get from now on regardless of the line behind me. Sincerely, Don't fuck with my food or catch these hands read more

Here's the reason I give it a 3 star. First off it's McDonald's so you aren't getting super great quality. I was tryna order a Big Mac and they literally couldn't be any worse about it. The man kept asking multiple times for different things such as the shamrock shake, sauces, a small Mac, or a huge Mac(idk what they are called). I was pretty mad overall. When I ordered it I asked for no pickles or onions. Guess what I got. Yeah so I'm pretty mad. But it's McDonald's so honestly you can't sue them over this. read more

They don't do a thing to get you your food fast!!! The lobby is almost always closed, and the drive thru always has a super long line! You'd be lucky to get your food in 20 minutes of waiting. The only sign in the door today said "close" with no reasoning. read more

Been coming through the drive-through for a breakfast sandwich every morning for months. Recently the service quality has declined to the point I will seek other options. 1) POS machine not working at all (no credit cards) 2) Waited 2+ minutes at window to pay for drive-thru order 3) Worker spraying drive-thru road with water in sub freezing temps (during morning rush hour) 4) Worker using leaf blower in drive thru (during morning rush hour) 5) POS machine not working at pay window, paid at food window 6) Delays of being greeted at order board 7) Continuous "Pull to forward board" recordings when first board space was occupied. These are all recent issues which has, in my opinion, been a significant decline in the friendliness and efficiency of this store, particularly the drive-thru. read more

I can't complain about this place. It's convenient, fast, has a varied menu with decent food I don't have to be afraid to consume. I know what I am going to get every time. After finding trash in the bottom of my drink from the local Wendy's and being met with a surely Wendy's "manager," I truly appreciate this McDonald's even more than before. read more

Maybe they can get it right inside, but the drive through is a debacle. Don't even try mobile order - they somehow lose the order between the speaker and the window. They'll know your name and say "see you at the second window" at the speaker, then suddenly have no order (and be kind of snarly about it) at the window. When you do get an order, it's right about 2/3 of the time. If they don't lose the order, it will be quick but lukewarm late at night (when you'd expect a wait) and slow but hot during busy hours (when you'd expect fast). Not sure what's going on at this McDonald's but it's definitely a sub-par experience via drive through. I wish there was a way to blacklist a location in the app, so this one wouldn't even come up as an option. read more

Bad customer service the food was so crunchy and stail that it was gross putting sweet and sour sauce on my chickens was a huge improvement gloves were not worn while dealing with food. I will not be going back. read more

Early on a freezing New Year's Day, 2019 (going home from work), after nearly 15 min of waiting, I was able to receive the $4 in food I ordered from McDonald's of Wilsonville. From there -- after a brief conversation concerning the wait time -- I ended up accidentally rolling over a spare tire in the process of leaving the drive-thru, sitting against the backside of the restaurant's curb and out of any clear view (of mine), between the exit and the handicapped parking. This damaged my '17 Hyundai Sonata Sport (to which I've had less than a year) from rolling over that debris, where before hand was in excellent condition. Because there was an old, rusted clamp and sheered off bolt sitting there with it, I considered that a van or truck had ran over that same curb and once it cleared the back side, the struts dropped low enough to knock the spare tire off the under-carriage there on the spot - and who knows how long it was sitting there for. I contacted the ownership about this and no (real) headway has been made about this incident. This, despite providing them with my deductible, estimate to repair, damage pictures and a real-time 3 min. video occurrence of it all. Since there is no other method to retrieve food at that hour -- from the establishment open 24/7 -- you would think that the entrance and exit would be secure for patrons to move freely through the drive-thru, in its entirety, obstacle free and at a more acceptable time frame. Guess not. Isn't it still called "fast-food"? I've lived in the immediate area since '96 and at nearly 40, have never had to file a claim against my car insurance. I could not be more disappointed with this establishment and the service provided. What if it had been an 80 year old lady on a fixed income? What obstruction wouldn't be okay to have limiting the coming and going of vehicles? Would it be okay for kids to let off a bunch of firecrackers, going off at, or near the exit, while vehicles are leaving? How about random items, that maybe fell off the back of a truck, filled with paint? Or two-by-fours with nails in them? What's the limit? What's not okay and for how long? When do you take responsibility Greentree Enterprises? read more

We stopped here because we desperately needed one of those huge $1 sodas (illegal in New York) to make the rest of our drive tolerable. I'm writing this review because we all need a little fast food now & then and it's nice to know who offers the little extras. Right off the bat, the decor is more upscale than expected with a definite northwest mountain theme. Clean woodsy banquettes and die-cut burnished copper depictions of mountains top the dividers. We were surprised to see a large filtered water dispenser with all of the soda dispensers, not just the little push tab hidden under one of the other dispensers. That was cool and different, but what really surprised me is what I'm going to describe as a ketchup faucet. It looked like a faucet and when you turned the knob, ketchup poured out. Very cool! Very clean, play place for the kids and lots of room for large groups. Just a stone's throw from Fry's Electronics. read more

I'll only write chain reviews when there is a unique attribute about a particular chain. The unique attribute of this McDonalds is that is sucks. Now coming from a totally tourist perspective, the first reason this McD's sucks is that it is really hard to find off the I-5, even with your GPS you'll still have to look for it (hidden in the back of a plaza). The reasons I hated my experience here are: 1. It was 10am and they didn't have OJ on a Sunday morning - wtf? No, I don't drink coffee and I don't want a freakin coke at 10am. So overly sweet kids chocolate milk for me. 2. Employee forgot to give me a fork. Ok, get up and ask for one. 3. Employee forgot to give me that shitty high fructose corn syrup for my pancakes. Ok, get up and....hold up, now I am waiting for someone to put in their order...making change...break out the rolled up coiins....augh....ok now I can ask that flighty employee for my syrup. 4. Now this pretty much does it - my scrambled eggs were really wet and looked undercooked. I didn't even know you could make McD's eggs look wet and shiny because they're from some alien concoction right? I don't know but in 30 yrs of eating McD's breakfast I've never been grossed out by their eggs. So anyway, if you're a tourist and trying to hit a McDonald's for breakfast, go to the next exit and save yourself. read more

This location was horribly slow!!!!!!!! Dont ever come here if you are in any type of hurry.....awful service! would never recommend...

Lots of seating both inside and out. With the same McDonald's food you grew up with and may (or may not) love. If you have kids, this is a great McDonald's, as it has an outdoor play and seating area, so your kids can eat then play, while you watch them. read more

See all

didn't give me my god dam shamrock shake so i had to hit a crazy 3 pt turn to get out of the line and it was embarrassing asf

Horrible old food. I got served a chicken sandwich that had to be at least a day old considering it was hard and chewy. The fries were limp and old, the staff seemed like they wanted to chat to each other rather than making food fresh. After the construction on the building, we were told they were expanding the inside and removed the play area for the kids.... No worries, there are a lot of other options in town. Won't be going back. read more

Hate this McDonalds. I have on multiple occasions pulled up to the first drive through speaker been asked to wait a second before taking my order then they tell me to pull up to the second speaker to give my order because while I was waiting for them the car in front moved forward. Now this is an irritation yes, but the worst part is half the time they interrupt me telling them my order to have me pull forward. Tonight was the last time. I am not going back. The Wendys in Wilsonville is just as good and the service much better. read more

I asked for a big Mac with no meat or cheese and all I got was a big pile of meat cheese pickles and lettuce and then I called to get a new big Mac and they hung up on me. read more

Staff unable to properly service congestion with two order windows. You're wasting a lot of time, probably quicker to just walk in.

Order six fresh McChicken and little mayonnaise check my order three times and even then they gave me my order wrong, the restaurant manager is very rude and overbearing, very bad service. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a large hot nonfat caramel hot chocolate through the ordering system like the people before me and after me. It took them 16 minutes to make a cup of hot chocolate, while the people after me all received their food and were eating before I even got my drink. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I overheard Samantha say she was new. I hope management recognize how great she is with customers. Very friendly!

Ok giving a McDonalds 4 stars sounds crazy I know. But this McDonald's goes out of its way to make you fresh food. Made to order, never have had a bad experience out of the years coming here. Mostly all drive through, tonight I'm in the dining room. It's super clean, nice image to go through my mind when I'm returning through the drive through :) and yes sometimes driving that extra 2 more miles or wherever your coming from to come to the cleaner more quality fast food joint. Time for my French Fry Feast! Don't judge! read more

This location was recently remodeled. It now has a double drive through. The facelift is nice, but it didn't look bad before. The impact of the change however (or maybe there's something else going on) is that this is probably the slowest McDonald's in the metro area. I'm talking a minimum of 20 minutes in the line. read more

This McDonald's location is a joke. Mcdonald's in general is Really bad anyways so it would take ALOT for me to want to keep going back. I only sometimes eat breakfast here. They have shorted me over $10 in change before and I had to go back to get my correct change. When you visit and the employee's get your order wrong more times than right, then you know there are problems. I hate going there. In fact I refuse to go there unless I absolutely have to, because I may be short on time to get to work. It would be safe to say I would never willingly go to this McDonald's, especially if I had time to go somewhere else. read more

Slow, bad attitudes, and don't care about the customer at this location. Drive thru sucks.

Terrible experience. Went out of my way and my order was completely wrong, called back and had an individual who spoke broken English when asking for someone who could relay my endeavor I was met with curse words and a hang up? Best believe I will be calling back tomorrow.... read more

So slow. Took 15 min to get 2 regular mcchickens. Just go to chipotle instead it's right next door

I dont know what happened to this McDonalds, before the remodel the service was the best. Now, jesus. Unless there are no cars, dont go there expecting to get through that drive thru quickly. It takes so long now. Also after ive been waiting in line 25 minutes and I get to the window and they have to park me because they have to cook the 2 cookies I ordered. Thats ridiculous. Why weren't they cooking when I was waiting all that time? Most of the employees are very nice, no complaints about that. I just dont know what happened. They remodeled and the in and out time of the drive thru plummeted. read more

stopped here for a small water with a side of salt. the water itself was mediocre. could tell it was not triple filtered so I took a star away for that. the salt had chemicals in it and was not the hand flaked sea salt i am used to consuming resulting in the loss of another star. the sign said "McDonald's restaurant" so I expected a higher quality of product but overall the staff was friendly and I walked away relatively satisfied. three stars. keep up the good work. read more

This place has such horrible customer service. QUIT hiring immigrants who can barely speak English, much less able to take your order and get it right. This makes me question whether McDonalds is competent enough to hire at least individuals who speak/understand ENGLISH!!!! I spent mins trying to get my order right, cause the woman couldn't understand that I only wanted ONE McMuffin, ONE hash brown, ONE Small orange juice. Instead, she kept entering two or three of each item. I shouldn't be struggling with a language barrier for such simple foods and orders. Seriously!!!! read more

This is, without question, the worst-run McDonald's I've ever been through. 1. The two-speaker drive through is a joke. This store was never designed for it. The parking lot is one-way angled parking and when the drive-thru backs up *very* quickly (which can happen in the blink of an eye due to the sloth-like nature the restaurant is run), In so doing, at least one side, and usually both, of the parking spaces for dine-in customers can no longer be evacuated. Contentious Confrontations 101. 2. The service is hideously slow, both dine-in and drive-thru. 3. When in the dining room, get used to food equipment alarms ringing near-constantly. 4. It is the dictionary-example of "Can I get you to pull forward and someone will bring your order out when it's ready? It happens more often than you can fathom, so much so that I've come to simply answer "No, I'll wait here". Seriously. I order a burger, fries, and a soda. If you can't have *that* ready at McDonalds (who's mainstay is, lemme think, burgers and fries, and has an automatic machine that drops soda) after I've waited for seven minutes *after* giving my order, I can assure you whatever the next guy in line wants isn't going to be ready either. 5. Avoid with extreme prejudice any desire to visit during the last few weeks of a quarter. From all i can see management (term used loosely) is slashing labor to try and bonus, making an already poor experience even worse. 6. The good news: The classic Filet O Fish is always as fresh as can be. The bad news: It is such because they seem to have a policy of frozen-until-ordered on that food item to keep costs down. I don't care what time of day you roll through the drive-thru. If you order a FoF, you *will* be told to pull forward and wait for them to bring it out. If you want to see a McDonalds that absolutely oozes awesomeness (yes, there is such a thing, even at McDonalds) the one off 185th Ave. between Hwy 26 and Cornell is outstanding, *especially* in the morning. It isn't surprising when you see what went into it. The entire store was demolished to the foundation a few years ago, revamped, and rebuilt modernized. Its beautiful The Wilsonville store is quite-literally the polar-opposite. The staff is undertrained and predictably indifferent to customer experience. Ownership did quite-literally the minimal amount needed to be inline with corporate guidelines. It has reached the point where I will not go thru the drive-up at all unless I can see *no one* is there. Even then, it is 50/50 whether they'll tell me to pull forward and wait after paying. It can't be *that* bad, you may think. Well, consider this: Just to prove a point myself and my wife left our home on the west side of Wilsonville in separate cars, headed to two McDonalds stores. I hit the freeway and headed to the Tualatin store, she headed straight to the Wilsonville store. I was served first, though I drove nearly nine miles further. read more

This McDonald's is great! Fast service! This McDonald's is now 24 hours! Great customer service!

Disorganized operation. Very slow service and needs someone to bring it up to the standards of most McDonald's.

So dirty I had to step over garbage to get to a table and spilled something maybe melted ice cream. There was a huge garbage bag someone forgot to take out and it just sat inside the door half opened. So gross. When I said something they person said "well this is McDonalds" what the actual heck? I know it's not good food it's not fine dining etc but I would hope the response would be a bit more than what do you expect. Made me feel discussed for coming in for an ice cream. Also they messed up the order not once but 3 different times and seemed really irritated we wanted the apple juice and water we ordered when they forgot it. I really never go to fast food and now I remember why. It's no wonder McDonald's is losing money and business and hopefully will epically fail financially the way they epically fail their employees and food quality. read more

It is a McDonalds, but I draw the line when I see mice freely walking up and down the brick outside off the drive thru.

I just left this location and I am severely disappointed. Generally speaking the service is usually acceptable, but today must have been a bad day for them because every part of my order was flawed. I went thru the drive through and ordered 2 burgers with no pickle, fries, and a caramel frappe. I was told at the window that the frappe would be a wait, so I parked. I waited for 10 minutes before finally going inside to inquire about my order because if I waited any longer I would have been late returning to work. When I came in, my order was sitting on the station. Waiting. As soon as I asked about it someone grabbed it and said they were just about to bring it out. When I got my order, the frappe had melted (likely while it was sitting there waiting), the fries were cold, and the burgers not only had stale buns but EXTRA PICKLES. I understand everyone gets busy and little things get forgotten here and there, but my entire experience was very poor. I would be more forgiving if EVERY single item I paid for wasn't executed badly. Please pay closer attention to your customers and their purchases because this is not the first time this location has let me down like this. read more
