Got my drive-through order wrong, even though it was a super easy one. Lettuce and ketchup only on a burger. Comes out with mustard, and no lettuce. Do they even read the tickets? They were nice about fixing it, but having to go back in (and run back and forth in heavy rain from the far side of the full parking lot) really wasted a bunch of time so it left me feeling annoyed. read more

Have been here a couple of times, the food has been great, but more importantly the staff is so friendly and smiley, you can tell they're happy and working hard. The manager was there at the time. This is the worst Wendys I have ever been to and many of the locals say the same thing but I'm an idiot and every few months I keep trying to give them another chance. On four different occasions I was in the drive thru line at my 30-minute lunch break no later than 10:15 and waited without moving for over 15 minutes. By the time I got to the window to give my order, they would tell me serving breakfast was over but there were people in the car ahead of me AND behind me ordering breakfast food and wasn't getting the same "no breakfast speech" and I watched as they got BAGS of food. I just wanted one damn egg and cheese sandwich! Damn! Needless to say, I always end up having to order some type of nasty, overly greasy burger that I don't want and have gotten food poisoning from them twice. One time put me in the hospital so bad that I needed IV fluids for 2 days. Plus, my fries are ALWAYS cold and it doesn't make sense if they "just started serving lunch" why their fries tasted like they were half-assedly reheated in a broken microwave instead of fresh. Never again. I was way too nice to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. But after today, I saw them put breakfast food into a bag for the car behind me and I asked them why I couldn't have ordered breakfast if the car behind me was able to and the lady just shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes at me like it wasn't her problem. I had it. I told them to keep their food, refund me my money on the spot and told them I was leaving this yelp review about their constant poor customer service and how they are repeat offenders of being too lazy to make what the customers actually asked for when I was there on time for breakfast. When I said I was leaving the yelp review, the lady laughed in my face. The most infuriating thing is that she probably makes more money than me, too. Absolute bullshit. Can't wait for this location to fail (cuz all I hear is negative reviews) and be replaced with somewhere better that doesn't poison their customers or treat them like pieces of shit. Literally eat anywhere else. Taco Bell is even better than their greasy crap. Go to the one in tualatin. They never treat their customers like this, in my personal experience. I come through with my dog and they always give him a treat and ask how I'm doing. I have not had a bad experience with them and I honestly appreciate their kindness even with this Pandemic. I have a secret... I love Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers! It's true. Don't hate me. So this place in W'Ville is pretty sweet because if you eat in here they will come to your table to take your tray, get you a refill on your soda pop and then if you stay long enough a someone will walk around with a basket of starbrite peppermints and offer you one. Very Meh. I'll start with the good--staff was friendly and has some handsome/cute staff working there. I say this cause Its comforting to know the staff handling my food can take care of themselves. Okay, so I just wrote a 5 star review a few minutes ago, but that was RASH decision. My food critic friend and I had just talked about how much we loved Wendy's, and while we were talking about it, I got hungry again, so I walked up and bought more french fries. The fries were ready before I could say "Wendy's my Aunt." HOWEVER, to the OPPOSITE of my chagrin, I noticed that the Ketchup pump was NOWHERE to be seen. It was like losing a valued acquaintance that I had just met, somewhat sad. Also, (and this is really why I lowered my rating to 4 stars) my fries were slightly less crispy and one of them was so burnt that I could have made charcoal of it. It was like eating the coal if Santa ever gave me coal (I am a saint and he did not). I still love you Wendy's but this hurt. read more

Totally won't come here again. They are usually pretty good for a fast food place; we try not to do fast food at all. Sometimes you just have to make do. The last two times we had really bad service; order was wrong and had to ask for a refund because the food was just slopped together and made completely wrong. The second time we tried the chicken tenders and I'm not sure what kind of meat was in those, maybe rubber? The breading was good! And my daughter enjoyed her burger. Trash in the bottom of my drink. Won't be buying my food there anymore. I found trash (empty cellophane bag) in the bottom of my delivered large soda after I finished it at home. Called to talk to the manager, not to complain about the trash, but, rather, about what might have been in the bag before it was dumped into my drink. I wanted to be sure I had not consumed something even more unhealthy than the bag. Encountering an "attitude" after I asked to speak with the manager, I was told by the person answering the phone that "only the manager answers the phone," this person then refused to give me her name, saying it was against employee confidentiality or some such rott; refused to care that trash was in my food; insisted that I had to bring it in (this was a delivery); refused to give me her boss/owner's name; and promptly hung up on me. Note that I was not asking for a refund. I called Wendy's headquarters back east within a couple days, had to wait in line to talk to someone (of course), and gave the full details and date/time of the incident. The person I spoke with seemed appropriately concerned and promised that the Wendy's "manager's" boss/owner would be notified of this incident. Haven't heard a word since. Amazing service. I have never been to a fast food place where an employee comes and asks how your meal is, and if he can get you a refill on your drink. Usually the only time you see a fast food employee on the other side of the counter is when they're cleaning. This is the worst wendys hands down! I've never had worse service. They are ALWAYS out of something. If you're out of bacon you might as well shut down. They don't care about special requests. Don't want tomatoes? To damn bad you get tomatoes. Don't want sour cream? To bad! They also you get the worst customer service. They also skimp you and forget to buy stuff that you've ordered. I wanted a coke float aka 1 coke and 1 ice cream... so I wanted to pay for both but just have the ice cream put into my soda and they told me "we don't have that" and "we don't do that". We stopped in at 730 on a Saturday night and were so pleased with the effort they went through to make our order right and to show courtesy. Our family of 8 has several individuals with food sensitivities, which were easily accomidated. We were served quickly and every one of the employees was not only polite but happy and pleasant.
