The staff at this location are unprofessional, veil, nasty, mean and vindictive. We ask three times for the new crispy chicken cantina taco at the drive through. They gave us the soft taco version. I took it in for it to be fixed or replace with the correct one. Two of the female staff were very rude said that is what I ordered and refused to fix it. After several minutes of debating it. We were in a hurry trying to get to the airport (this is about 35 mins from Portland Airport) and someone else was ordering so I used the very nice self order huge IPAD looking screens. Super easy and super great! When the costumer currently ordering was done, the worker came over and was chatting with me making sure I got what I needed and what not. Brought us our water cups even! Last night we sat in line for 25 minutes. Seemed to be plenty of employees, but most were leaning against the wall watching the dining room, on their phones, or chatting with each other. Why, when it was well over 100 degrees outside, a guy walked there in a sweatshirt and long jeans. He was so overheated when he got there, he threw up right outside the door on his way inside, immediately came in and ordered tacos, and the proceeded to eat the tacos. THATS HOW GOOD TACO BELL IS!
