And a lemonade , honestly did not taste bad at all and it didn't make me queasy like most fast food does !!! I stopped here last night with a couple of friends on our way into Portland. It wasn't very busy. When we placed our order, the computer that is hooked up to the screen you pay through crashed and rebooted - and was running Windows 7, so it's chock full of vulnerabilities and definitely should not be used for processing payment information, especially when it's public facing and not very protected or supervised. Because of the reboot, our payment didn't go through and the person who brought us our food had to take the card and run it manually somewhere else. She was nice about it, but it was frustrating. We ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich, with mozz sticks, pickle fries, an Oreo shake, and a blue coconut slush. They took about 15 minutes to arrive. The burgers were soggy and didn't taste quite right, to the point where I kept checking mine to see if it was raw (it wasn't, just tasted like it was). The chicken sandwich was unremarkable I guess, as my friend didn't say anything about it. The mozz sticks were the shining beacon of light with this meal, and were the only enjoyable thing about it. They were crunchy and melty. The pickle fries were disappointingly soggy and didn't taste much like pickle at all. The Oreo shake was just unblended vanilla ice cream with Cool Whip and some chunks of Oreo on top. The slush was fine, but they are kinda hard to mess up. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of, so there's that at least. There's only one trash can that you drive by on your way out, so if it's full good luck. There should probably be trash cans throughout the area so you can throw your trash away before you drive off, but maybe there's some reason they don't have them there. I love sonic, and I hate writing poor reviews... we went to this location at 9pm, barely any cars in the lot or drive through. We ordered 2 drinks, the guy taking the order was very kind, we sat and waiting for our drinks... 10 minutes passed by... 30 minutes passed by... AN HOUR later, still no drinks, no nothing. I ask the person how much longer it might be, or if we can please cancel our order (as it's now 10:15), he sits there silent with no response, then proceeds to tell me "they're working on it". Guy comes out to our car, only brings one drink... then we have to tell him we didn't get our other drink, 10 minutes later we finally get the second drink and it's the wrong size. This Sonic is quite possibly the worst sonic I have ever been to and if Yelp would allow me to give negative stars, I would. I get it - it is fast food, and you shouldn't expect much. But come on! When you order a chocolate hand mixed master shake, and you get a Vanilla shake with a squirt of chocolate syrup on top, I doubt there was any mixing going on. The service side took an equal or greater hit at this sonic however I am happy to report that they are doing a better job of staying on top of their orders. I have a non standard food allergy to Peppers and Chilies. I visited this location today and Luis T the on duty manager went the extra mile to make sure my food was safe. It's rare to see this level of customer service at a fast food place. He confirmed he understood my concerns and actually checked the ingredients on each item of my order. Hey Sonic Wilsonville, I stopped drinking diet cherry limeaides because even when I paid for extra cherries in the app, I got none. Tonight's adventure ordered a big dill burger...I love dill pickle only $4.49...why does the receipt say $6.39? Asked Danielle the carhop for the $1.90 back. She said they can't do that, we had to do it in the app (not seeing a place to do that) then she handed us our 2 burnt burgers & undercooked tots. Scenario: When you are on a road trip and the only stop allowed is when you fill up gas at any Costco location along the way. By then, you're allowed to use the restroom and grab a to-go from the food court. But what if you needed to fill up gas, you're hungry but the Costco isn't open yet? Solution? Find the nearest drive thru. Not a McDonald's but something we don't have where we live. Voila! We saw this Sonic nearby and headed over. We ordered tater tots, French fries, chicken tenders, hamburger and a shake. Pretty much a typical order of anyone who goes to any sonic location. Order was served fast. Pretty bad service. I ordered a few snacks and a 1/2 price sandwich good only for today, 6-3-2023 on Sonic's app. Paid for it on the app too and went through. When got there pushed the check in button on the app and entered the stall number. It would not accept it and tried several times. Tried to grab the attention of 2 carhops and just ignored me. They were busy so understand that. Pushed the button on the intercom. Told her what happened and gave the receipt #. Repeated it and said would come out. Waited over 15 minutes. Been there for 45 minutes total. Still no one. Never did get my order. So called Sonic Customer Service and said what happened. Said sorry can only give you a refund. And told me will take 14-21 days for it to be issued! Pretty bad service at the Wilsonville, OR location and on the phone. Wasted my time there! on my one day off (Health care worker). If you read my review of the Sonic in Vancouver, where I live, you remember that I was not a Sonic fan beforehand, I kind of loathed the chain. It goes back to a late night in Deming, New Mexico, in 1989, but I digress; this new incarnation of Sonic caught me by surprise and my opinion was changed. This afternoon a trip to Wilsonville was in order for a Costco run. Upon exiting Costco the line for cheap eats looked like New Years Eve at Disneyland to get on Space Mountain (everyone should spend one New Years Eve at Disneyland, it's wicked). My co-worker and I opted for something else and headed south to the Sonic. Formerly a big dirt lot for years and years someone planted a little Sonic seed and it grew into this sprawling hub of activity. We decided to eat there outdoors as it was perfect weather, not much wind and a little overcast. We walked up to the big menus, made decisions and pressed the button to place our orders. Quicker than you would think food came out a side door on a nice little tray just for us. Teenage boy took our debit cards and disappeared for a while, but returned dutifully. A quick check of on-line banking shows he did nothing untoward with our cards. There it sat in front of us, a lunch for the ages with Tots instead of fries and lots of fry sauce we dug into our burger and chicken wrap. You would think with such a large array of items on the menu that things would taste a little more mundane than they do, but somehow the do not. It was a nice satisfying meal at a fair and reasonable price. Good food, more drink options than Carter has little liver pills and tots done right. Hard to beat. read more

And they always repeat it back to me but for some reason every time they still put the cherry on it and then give me an attitude when I tell them that I need them to switch it even if it's just taking the whip cream off and put new whip cream. Normally we're pleased with the food here and the service is always good but tonight was just weird. I ordered a hot dog and it came BURIED in relish. I was still hungry after eating it [with most of the relish removed] so I ordered another one and asked to hold the relish because I had so much left over from the first hot dog that I knew I could just use the extra. 7/28/23: The last 3-4 times I've come here I've used my card and their card reader is always having problems. This last time I got my food and they tried to hold my card for 10 minutes while they reset their terminals. They tried using multiple different card readers and nothing worked. No complaints at all! We parked and were helped within 5 minutes. We ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a burger meal. My chicken was cooked perfectly and the breading was amazing. So crisp. My bf said his burger was also good, a little heavy on the onions. Fries were warm and drinks were carbonated. Our food was ready within maybe 15 minutes or less.. they had only 2 runners and the poor kids seemed really overwhelmed in a completely full parking lot. I'd definitely return. What can I say, it's a Sonic. The crew does a fine job showing up to work and getting through the day. You're not going to stop here and say, "Oh my god, this is the best fast food place ever." You'll get your food a little slower than most, and there's a 30% chance your order will be wrong. Episode 2: $2.95 for large soda water with pineapple and mango add ins. What's up with charging $2.50 for CARBONATED WATER, with nothing in it?! Again, mostly a cup full of ice. Episode 3: $1.45 for large soda water with strawberry and mango add in. As I pulled away I took the lid off and the water level is about 4" below the rim?! Seriously?! (Picture attached) Episode 4: I have a free coupon for a 44oz drink! I order a soda water, fresh lime ($.25) and cranberry ($.20) add ins. I end up having to pay $.45 for the add ins?!?! Seriously?! It gets better, turns out there's no fresh lime in my cup! Thanks for the FREE carbonated water that's mostly full of ice! Need I go on?! The prices are totally inconsistent and when I mention to the person taking my order that I was charged $.50 or $.95 for my last soda water, they say, "ya sorry it's $2.50!" It is clear that OSHA and Health Services do not conduct health, cleanliness, and safety checks on Saturday nights!! I went through this Sonic location in Wilsonville on Saturday night with my kids to get ice cream. The visible condition of the main cooking and prep area was ALARMING with garbage debris, food scraps, and milk shake remnants strewn everywhere across the floor! The chaos, disorganization, and confusion amongst the many employees was NOTHING compared to the repeated health violations on display ie face masks not placed over mouth or nose on several employees, employees without gloves preparing food, and grabbing cups - touching the inside and outside of the cups and then prepared drinks after touching their face, face mask, hair, neck, and other surfaces of the prep area. Needless to say we did not consume any of the ill-prepared items from this cess-pool of a restaurant!! We will be making a formal complaint with the owners and health and safety board. This location is disgusting and in our opinion, a serious health hazard! Oh yeah, we witnessed this stomach-turning view for over 15 minutes waiting for 3 shakes and a sundae! I'd give this location zero stars if I could. I went on a rainy night when they had like three customers. It took over twenty minutes to get two shakes and then they didn't give me straws. My husband texted me to get something for our son to eat so I went back through the line. They remembered my straws this time. The food I ordered for my kid was awful. The fries tasted inedible and the sandwich was bad too. Almost like it had been sitting around for a couple of hours. The teenagers that work here spent a long time just talking. Well, I wonder if I'm defeating my work out at the local Ballys by stopping here on the way home. :) My favorite thing here is the diet lime aid. And I'm a sucker for the 2p to 4p span of time know as their happy hour. The food is actually tasty for fast food. Today after our work out (I know and I wonder why the scale doesn't go down) I had a chicken sandwich with whole wheat bun (love it) and fries along with the lime aidl. Very tasty. One of my favorite things is the fry sauce. We all really know it is just mayo and ketchup mixed together but nonetheless, I love it. I really like the trash bins right by the exit so you can toss all your food trash on the drive out. I'll be back. read more
