I stopped by Killer Burger on a whim because I travel for work. You never know what a new chain is going to be like, but let me tell you now: they EARNED the title Killer Burger! I wasn't certain what to order off the menu, but whether you're a simple hamburger human or a complicated individual, they had a little bit of everything for everyone. The burgers were FRESH, the food was relatively priced, the customer service was ON POINT! When they brought out my whole two trays of both chicken and cheeseburgers (with a fried egg I might add!) they said they took their time and patience to make the best quality lunch they could for me. I was aghast by the professionalism as well as the personal customer service I was offered...but the FOOD!! You've never eaten a fresher burger! The chicken and beef HAVE to be prepped fresh daily, and all other ingredients were fresh as well! No soggy lettuce or tomatoes here, and they have all the drinks you could possibly want with your burger. I'm an Arnold Palmer guy (iced tea & lemonade) and they had THEIR OWN UNSWEETEND TEA mixed with their Mango Lemonade made fresh daily?! I live in McMinnville, and would be happy to drive here every day for a single cheeseburger & drink. The onion rings & fries are never frozen, only fresh food comes out of this experience, and I will be back again for more!! If I could give this place no stars and write a review, I would. I've gone in a few times and without miss every single time something has been off about the food. I wouldn't even call it "over seasoned" but the burger patty's always tastes concerningly like body odor. It's a strong, pungent taste. Last night will for sure be my last time going. I got a plain cheeseburger thinking the issue before was the sauces or vegetables: nope, armpit burger strikes again. But the real kicker here wasn't even the burger.. it was the fries. They tasted like cigarette butts. I'm not being dramatic or reaching in the slightest. My fiancé tried one and I said "does this taste like cigarettes smoke to you?" And he said "oh wow, yeah, wow that's spot on". So here's my thing: be cautious. For something to taste that spot on means it's either being processed near someone smoking cigarettes or they're purposely putting something in them. This is deeply concerning and I hope people stop spending their money here until they hire new staff. read more

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They say one thing on the phone but when you get there the person helping you denies everything, and asks who told you that? I was a regular customer but that doesn't count for anything. They never give you the benefit of the doubt. If you don't get what you ordered and you mention that the next time you come in they want to see your receipt. Who keeps a food receipt from a week ago?! As a wise man once said, "Everything is better with bacon." And all the burgers at Killer Burger come standard with bacon. This may not be the best choice for vegan diners, but they do have meatless options (there's gluten free, too). Here's a completely random thought: we all know about vegetarian diets, vegan, keto, etc. but what about a diet that includes bacon at every meal? What would you call that? Bacotarian? If you think of a good name, let's copyright it, co-write a book together touting our fabulous new health craze, make a few billions, and then even the cosmic scales by opening a resort just for pigs in the Caribbean. Message me if you're in on this. Anyway, back to the review. The interior is pretty standard café. And despite what you might think, this ain't fast food. It took a fair amount of time to get our orders. But the food was a hundred times better than your average fast-food burger and didn't cost a ton more than a high end offering from those other establishments. I had the Teemah burger, which was hot and fresh. My only issue was that the combo of bacon and blue cheese gave it a bit too much salt, but I'm overly sensitive to salt so maybe it's just me. All in all, it was pretty delish, though, and the fries were crunchy and good, too. You bus your own table, which isn't a big deal, but considering I waited so long, it felt like being at a regular restaurant and I don't feel the need to bus my table at those places. I am bummed that burgers no longer come with fries - you have to order them separately. But burgers still come with bacon! For my last trip I was pleased to enjoy their lunch box. This item comes with the burger (pint size), fries and a drink for $10. I ordered the bender and was not very impressed as it wasn't spicy how I like it. Everything from my previous review still stands, but wanted to add that we stopped by the Wilsonville KB tonight, and they hit it out of the park with their new chicken sandwiches! My wife chose the Buffalo Crispy Chicken sandwich, while I went with the basic Crispy Chicken Sandwich, but added their spicy "Bomb It" sauce. I took a bite of my wife's sandwich first, and I was really impressed -- crispy coating, yet juicy; and a perfect buffalo sauce, with a subtle hint of ranch dressing. I would be very happy with that option. Just like "The Purist" is an outstanding basic beef burger, my basic Crispy Chicken sandwich was excellent -- same perfectly cooked chicken, mayo and their top notch dill pickles. With this option, you could really taste how well seasoned the coating on the chicken was -- and that Bomb It sauce added the perfect amount of heat; subtle at the start, then building nicely. As always, the fries were perfect golden and crisp, yet soft in the middle; with the perfect amount of finishing salt. Great casual place to hang out and enjoy a beef or chicken burger! read more

This was my first time ever eating in a Killer Burger (usually I get take-out or order at Blazers games) and I was so impressed with this location. First off, the place is immaculate. That's so refreshing for fast food. And, the place was poppin' for lunch. It would be a great spot to stop for dinner and to enjoy a beer at. We were greeted with a friendly "hello" upon arrival and the woman at the counter walked us through our indecisiveness with our orders. I ALWAYS order the Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon burger but decided to switch it up to the Teemah, and I was not disappointed! My coworker was between the Bender and the Fun Guy and the staff recommended they put the swiss fondue on the Bender. I didn't try it myself, but apparently it was an awesome combination. Both of us ordered creamy ranch and bomb sauce as dipping sauces for our fries and that was the perfect pair for spicy and cooling. I want to put that bomb sauce on every meal I eat. While I usually try to take photos before I eat, I was way too caught up in the meal to remember this time. There will be another visit in my future, so stay tuned! read more

The chewy marshmallow treat, aka "rice krispy," was pre-packaged, not made fresh, and sickeningly sweet. I kinda wish they forgot it again, then I wouldn't have wasted $3.10 on it. Tried it wasn't a fan. That doesn't mean it's bad it's just not for me. Others may love it but you will have to find out on ur own. Hopefully it's your fav hangout but for me it's just to far. We tried it during Covid it was one of the few places open & allowing people inside. So it's been a few years. Felt gimmicky & more male oriented in types of burgers than it did women or children. Like not in discriminatory way just more like it was made by men for themselves and they didn't think about anyone else. For a fast food chain, it's pretty okay! It's definitely a place to stop for a quick bite to eat. This is a cafeteria style burger spot with an industrial style decor. You order at the counter then pick up your food when the pager buzzes you. The burger was tasty enough but, frankly, not worth the high price. The new manager at this location was awesome: Friendly, Knowledgeable, Helpful and was kind enough to bring our food to us at our table. The beer selection way too limited to just micros. For the prices they charge one shouldn't have to go to a cafeteria; this is the same model that Panera cafeterias follow and I don't go there after the first time. This is the first time I have experienced disappointment in this location. I have dined here on occasion when I am in the area. I've always been satisfied with the food and customer service ( until today ). The fellow that took our order was unkept and unprofessional ( youngish guy with a lot of wild curly hair down to his shoulders ) was chewing on a plastic dental pick all the while taking our order. The pick was sticking out of his mouth as he was taking to us. Normally, I would have left on the spot but we were on a pinch for time as we were on our way to a concert and wanted a quick burger. I proceeded to place my order and distinctly asked for one of the burgers to be well done ( as in no pink on the meat ), he nodded and completed our order. When the burgers arrived ( 3 of them ), I asked the fellow that brought our food to indicate which one was the well done burger ( this was a different employee ). He looked like a deer in headlights and didn't know. So I quickly looked at the receiving as I suspected the cashier had not made a note to the cook about the request ( and sure enough there was none ). Anyway, my companions were super hungry and dug-in to their food. Half ways through the meal one of them noticed the pink in the meat and could not finish her burger. Again, I would have normally complained and request a well done burger , but we had to leave to make it to our concert in time. Two strikes in one visit is not a good thing. If you expect a tip as a cashier please re evaluate your etiquette and pay attention to what the customer is asking. I doubt I will be coming back to this location. read more

Wilsonville Location. Do not bother. The burger meat was way over-salted. My mouth still burns. The burger sandwich itself was a soggy mess. I could not eat it as a sandwich, I had to use a knife and fork as everything fell apart, and it was still just a sloppy glob. Just a mess.
