I went to the McDonald's a lot and it's really convenient for me. It's next to the highway, which is good for a quick meal before a trip.

Last week, I went to McDonald's, looking for some nice chicken nuggets and fries. I went through the drive thru and when I was in the drive thru I looked through the window and saw a worker with their mask off, biting their nails, and picking their nose. I was disgusted, especially with the whole COVID-19 virus going around. I do not want the worker to be fired but I do want McDonald's to be more careful. Thank You read more

It's hit or miss, depends on the staff. Sometimes it's the best mc'ds and sometimes they rip you off. I went last night at 8:30 pm and the guy taking money didn't give me 4 bucks change, made me wait 5 minutes for the manager then they gave me the complete wrong order that was about the same price. I ordered a 2a and a 10 piece, they gave me 2 - 10 pieces no sauce and 2 large fries and drink. I took it and left. The nuggets were delicious though. read more

Okay, I praise Jamie Oliver as the voice of reason when it comes to food/obesity. I hate fast food. But, when it comes to ONLY this particular location, I need to stop in for their delicious coffee. I'm not a normal coffee drinker. But, they are the only ones that will make it right for me. Yes, you can say that I have a hippie taste, and you're only supposed to drink it black. But, I don't care. These people don't over stuff my coffee cup with ice. The coffee never gets me on a delirious caffeine high. They've never once screwed up my order. And, when you buy five coffees, you get the sixth for free! The coffee gets my vote! read more

The highly irregular use of space around the building, somehow seems appropriate. there are plenty of fast food places near by that can address your fast food needs. Have been waiting over 20 minutes for our order. The whole restaurant is filled with people who have ordered and yet have no food. The drive through line is out to the street. On the board it advertises the pumpkin pie dessert but none are available. This as anything but FAST food. read more

Do not order from this location if you can help it! Whether we order through Uber or the drive through, 85% of the time our order is incorrect. Sometimes it was just neglecting the order notes (like not removing the cheese or pickle from a sandwich), but mostly it's been missing items, like apple slices from Happy Meals and sometimes whole sandwiches! When I've called to complain, they try to blame it on Uber or act confused, like they don't know how it could have happened. Extremely disappointing because we hardly ever get McDonald's, but sometimes you just want those fries! But from now on we won't patronize this establishment, and you shouldn't either. read more

Doesn't deserve one star...3 am, get in long line wait 40 minutes to get to the window. Cashier/Food server gives a different total of $24.80 then says only can accept cash. I dunno if this is a ploy to distort money from me and steal from McDonalds but my total was only $15.30. Asked for a receipt 3 different times including the last time when we finally got our food. The black gentlemen in the window was extremely rude. Not sure if it was due to the fact that I didn't pay cash for the original amount requested or if it's just his demeanor. Nonetheless we pull away from the window (now 3:50 am) We got all the food ordered, however the entire meal was cold and old like it had been sitting for most of the evening. Two QP w/cheese completely wrong and looked as if the grill orders on top of the box were there for decorations rather than making the food as ordered(one with no mustard and pickle, the other with no onions) The person making the burgers just put ketchup and cheese on both and left everything else off. Rather than going back to the restaurant I wrote my complaint on the mcd.voice survey. I was contacted by a Sarah Teck via email. In her email she stated I would be contacted. I was never contacted but she did state that my phone number was not included in my complaint which again was completely false. I wrote her back and let her know I wasn't interested in a replacement and will just never visit this location ever again. No further follow up attempt was made. This place is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. Do yourself a huge favor. NEVER GO HERE!! read more

I'm not sure why I keep going to this McDonald's. Am probably going to steer clear of them in the future. They've messed up my orders twice this week alone. The first time it was giving me incorrect change and then refusing to admit they made a mistake until a manager was involved and then this morning they refused to give me the bottle water I paid for, and then despite the drive thru person repeating what I ordered, the entered it incorrectly and gave me the wrong sandwich. It's Mcdonalds. But, even then, they often get order wrong for me and workplace. English isn't the main language spoken by drive through or inside, and the nice little screen's they are supposed to use so you can verify they get your order right, 90% of the time are either broken or not used. Beware if you need extra something, or are allergic to something or don't want mustard on your food. Fries can be great, or cold. For a High Volume location, their service and english language skills suck. read more

The staff is usually nice but the place is downright awful as a whole. The parking lot/drive thru is entirely confusing to those who have never been to this location before. It causes a lot of issues when you are waiting in the queue line at the drive thru, right before you enter the order area. I've had people cut in front of me as a result because they simply don't pay attention to directions or how it's set up. Aside from that, the employees here almost always make a mistake with my order. Everything from getting no sauce in the bag to being handed a medium size meal when I ordered a large to them completely forgetting items. Best thing to do is, rather than having to keep going back to have them correct orders, just skip it all together. Drive about a tenth of a mile up the street and go to Wendy's instead. read more

I know not to have the highest expectations at a drive- thru, but this location is horrible service wise. The wait in the drive thru was very long (40 minutes) at 1 am on a Saturday night. It was a very VERY long line of cars all of the way out to the road. It's probably the busiest McDonald's I have ever been to, BUT I'm impressed that they got everything on my order right under such circumstances. Despite the long wait they really took the time and effort to cater to each individual.
