McDonald's has introduced their premium chicken sandwich, an attempt to be competitive in the ever-popular chicken sandwich market. It was about what I expected. Taste: It was a considerable upgrade over the McChicken in terms of quality. The bun was buttered and toasted. Pickles. The chicken itself was an upgrade but evidently a tier below Chick-Fil-A. Crispy outside with flavorful meat, although it possessed a rubbery-ness reminiscent of a cheaper chicken breast. Value: The price is 5.99. Considering other chicken sandwich options available, this is slightly overpriced for the value you receive. Service: Failed to give the sauces I ask for in my order so I had to ask again. Only a minor inconvenience but still one. No other encounters of significance to report. Overall, this is a decent chicken sandwich. Nothing spectacular about it, but it's a step in the right direction. Slightly overpriced with service that lags in comparison to competition. Given my evaluation criteria I have this at a 2.4. Terrible customer service. It's already McDonald's so you expect cheap fast food but made correctly. Well not so much for this rainy night. Not busy but steady flow of customers and my fries were soggy and oily . Very limp. No big deal I'll swing back around let them know get new fries. These people sprinkled a few new fries on top of my container and handed them back to me as if I wouldn't notice. So now I go inside , empty the container onto a bag and break some fries up / mash them. Also showing the woman behind the register and manager these oily uncooked fries . My parents go to this Mcdonald's every saturday and sunday morning. The staff is always incredibly rude to my mother who simply asks for a bagel with the bacon crispy/well done. They threatened to not serve my mother in the future if she comes in and is "complicated" It's one certain employee with dark hair working today 12/14/2025 around 8am snapped at my mom this morning over her order. Crispy well done bacon not made at a rush with attitude would be nice next time. Not all staff some are very understanding today specially that hispanic employee crossed a line. Manager should be looked into for hiring and keeping these type of people and keeping them employed. read more

The manager at this location should not be managing. I ordered curbside, pulled up to the spot the app directed me y and waited for 20 min before going inside and asking what was taking so long. Manager informs me that they didn't receive the order and that I had to confirm. I told her I did that and she proceeds to tell me I didn't finish paying for it. So I showed her the McDonald's app and my cc receipt of the transaction. She said there's nothing she can do to help because she didn't receive the order. Up to this point I'm not upset, when I ask her to help pull up the receipt on the app so I can dispute it later her attitude turns nasty and very uncaring. As a customer needing customer service I didn't receive it. She walked away and ignored me and did nothing to help me but send other people that weren't in management to attend me. I paid $31 for breakfast for my family and wasn't able to get my food and was at the mercy of a woman that didn't care because she wasn't in my position. Luckily a young lady/worker came grabbed my phone and did everything she could to help and she explained to me what the manager couldn't in a very sympathetic and caring way. She explained to me to re order my food and pay it "again" and keep the receipt to use as proof that the first order I never received. After and hour I finally got the food I ordered for my family. Swung in here for a breakfast sandwich and coffee most morning on the way into work because it happened to be right on the way. My sandwiches were always correct and good but the speaker in the drive thru was very difficult to hear or understand what the person is saying. The train tracks right behind this location as well as the motor on the back of the building also made it very difficult to communicate through the drive thru. You can tell they are short handed because some mornings it took a little longer for the food to come out but it was never obscenely long waits. If I could give zero stars I would. EVERY SINGLE time I've visited this location no matter what time it is, I always have issues. More recently, I went through the DT, ordered, paid for my order then patiently waited for the car in front of me to get their order, well the worker gave him my order and the only reason I knew was because I ordered iced coffee. I watched as the customer rubbled through my bag then hands back the coffee and the bag and tells the worker what he ordered. He gets his correct order then drive off. So when I get to the window she proceeds to hand me that exact bag that the guy just rubbled through. I'm sorry but I have hash browns that aren't in a closed package... sandwich wrappers wide open from him checking what they were and you thought it was ok for you to try and give me that. Then caught an attitude with me because I wanted everything remade... to top it all off she literally went behind the wall switched the bag then handed the same food right back to me... the stickers that labels each sandwich were still on the wrapper, if you remade them it should have a new wrapper with no sticker correct? I went in and spoke to the manager who had them remake it but it's ridiculous that I even had to request for them to do so, nothing against the customer in front of me but I don't know where your hands have been to be touching all over my food. Normally I have a great experience with my food being hot and fresh. There were two instances where I received hard fish filet and old McDouble that I asked without pickles that had pickles that I didn't asked for. So I normally go in around 1:26 am. It is on 07/26/2019 at around the same time. I asked for two McDoubles with no pickles and a small fries. Normally ask me that they are only accepting cash no problem. So now I don't see my items in the order board. Told to come around. I have young gentleman African male who is very polite. The problem I have when this particular shift works is that they don't tell me the total till come to the window. Tally my total on a calculator. I find this rather odd. I told him specifically that I wanted hot food. So I check the bag no fries at all. The McDoubles are cold not even hot. Then when they give me the fries they give me hot fries that taste like they cooked in old grease. I will not frequent this spot anymore. This shift needs to be retrained or fired. Excluding the polite gentleman at the window. He was the one back there cooking the food. For as long as they took my food should have been hot instead I toss the fries and have to heat the McDoubles up when I just live two lights down the street. I have never spent that much time in a DT line. It was 9:00 pm and there were only two cars in front of me. We sat for 10 minutes while no one took the order from the second car in front of me....twenty minutes later we were still waiting for our order. The poor person in front of me had only ordered a drink! When we finally got our order there was no straw in the bag for the drink.
