I came here while I was driving down south to visit my Mother, and this restaurant just happened to be here. I used their mobile app which was good because it enabled me to use a discount. I had first thought about getting the $5.00 McDouble value meal, but I changed my mind and opted for the Big Mac Combo meal instead. I ordered while I was still in the parking lot, and by the time I walked in, my order was ready for me. The Big Mac seemed a little smaller than from I remember last time, but it still tastes the same. The medium sized fries were hot and good, and I really had no issues at all with the food. Pretty clean location and the staff was very nice and accommodating for the most part. I scanned my McD app for a free six piece order of chicken nuggets while at the cash register, but didn't question it when it did not come as a line item on my receipt. When I got my order, I had to remind the cashier that I wanted the order of nuggets as well, and luckily they did not take too long at all to arrive. I really enjoyed my crispy pico de gallo chicken sandwich. The artisan bun held the chicken, toppings and guacamole very well. On multiple occasions I've been go this McDonalds and about 70% of the time my order is handed to me complete and correct. But Sunday night was a particularly sad experience. I placed my order at the drive through and it took a few times of repeating to get it correct on the screen -- I get they're sometimes doing 2 things at once or the mics aren't great. So I pulled up to the window and used my mcdonalds app I always pay with the app and I was using my rewards for a happy meal (I have over 60k points). The woman at the 1st window scanned it and told me I had no balances, I said it's my credit card I would like to use the app to pay. She just kept repeating no balance no balance. So I handed her my credit card *same as on the app*. She ran it gave my my receipt and I moved to the next window. I'm not sure what she scanned because I didn't get my rewards applied either. So I asked the person at window #2. He did not speak any English so I had to speak to him in Spanish to ask for the manager. She proceeded to tell me it was the woman cashiers first day there and she probably didn't know how, I told her it's probably a good idea to have her know how or to ask for help. She also mentioned she doesn't speak much English and I should mention I'm using the app when I ordered my food. I asked if she thought she would have understood better over the microphone instead of face to face and she said there was nothing she could do since I had already paid for my happy meal and better luck next time. Also when I got home I realized they forgot 2 of my items. ‍ lesson learned. I'll just stop by one of the other 2 mcdonalds on my way home from now on. 1. No toys with happy meals because they ran out 2. Rude and accusing me when they get the order wrong. 3. Can't use the app to pay or use rewards and non English speaking. I've been 3 different times shortly after they opened and today I went 20 minutes after they opened and nobody was answering at the drive thru and nobody was at the window. I sat there for about 3-4 minutes. This was at 5:20am on 15 Oct 2023. Another time I went it was about 10 minutes after they opened and nobody answered at the machine so I drove to the window and waved a female worker down and she had a bad attitude and seemed annoyed that I asked to take my order. Please change your opening times if you can't find workers that can actually open on time, I'm tired of driving out of my way to grab breakfast just to not even be able to get anything. read more

I occasionally stop in for some fast and cheap grub, but lately, this location has offered neither. The prices here are higher than other nearby locations, and the waits have been really high for a McD's. In our last stop, they were out of ice cream (seems to be a common thing), and we waited 30 minutes for some side salads. When we finally got them, they weren't even made right (were just plain lettuce, no tomatoes or anything), and one was expired. My wife was pretty hot and bothered by this, so she went back in and got a refund. There's another location a couple of miles up the road. Go there until this place gets its act together. read more

They had the large metal sweet tea container sitting on the floor. The cashier bent over with his thumb inside my cup holding it and poured tea into my cup while the large container sat on the floor. It was UNSANITARY. When I brought it to the night manager's attention, she got upset and vulgar, brushed me off and refused to speak to me about it. I was actually a little impressed when I stopped in at this McDonalds. Me and Ryan C. had been on the road for a long while and needed to get out and stretch our legs. The interior has a real posh feel, and I notice someone said it was recently remodeled which makes sense. We had dinner sitting in a cushioned booth which I've never seen at a McDonalds before, everything seemed new and looked clean. The cashier who took my order was very nice; it always helps when I get a compliment on something I'm wearing! :) She had a very friendly attitude and we joked around about random things that came up. My big mac was delicious, as always (well, sometimes the buns are stale, but not this time around!), and I'm loving the $1 soft drinks, any size. After I gave my order in the employee taking the order didn't ask if I was done and just rushed through telling me what my total was. I had to stop him and say I had another item to my order. Stop by recently to dine-in for lunch time on the weekday. This location has been renovated with the new self order touch screens. It will take some time if you to navigate through the ordering screen if you only been using the navigation screen several times. To whoever is in charge of the coding in the self ordering screen should make the display no like the physical menu for easier click and pay selection. I think change is good and is going in the right direction. This location has 3 screens so you may be waiting in line for some time if the person ordering has no idea how to navigate it. Either make the display screen more like the in store physical menu and this is same with the app. Maybe even with some pop ups of coupons or asking if the customer want to add a new item to order. Practically doing the same thing as the physical person taking your order. Service staff friendly and able to assist. While we stay and dine-in they brought our order to us ready to eat. Did not like that it didn't feel or taste freshly hot off the burner. In my photos it has three kids screen station for what looks like some games(tablet style). Bar style, bench and table seating. Very convenient beverage and condiment station widely spaced out. Facility inside and out clean with fresh plans and flowers for the decor & flat panel tv's. I observe some customers coming in to pick up what looks like app order pick up. Also see dedicate parking for web/mobile app pick up. Not sure about it as the food may not be hot. This location has ample parking for cars, trucks and SUV's on both sides of the facility. The back side of the restaurant has several parking for larger commercial parking for such, RV's, charter buses, tracker trailer/18wheelers and so forth. A little tough getting in and out from main road (old bridge rd) but once on property grounds you'll have plenty of room to navigation. read more
