Visited this McDonalds for the first time. As soon as I entered the restaurant I noticed two homeless people sitting in the restaurant. Both of them had all their belongings with them, which took up a lot of seating space. The smell emitting from this seating area was unbearable. A table we sat at was very dirty. I wish I could give this a zero I don't know why they won't put zero Stars on here because they don't deserve a star, especially the managers. The girls at the window are great every one of them, but if McDonald's don't find some new managers and new cooks this egg looks moldy. I took it back and they said oh it's because they cook them and then put them in the refrigerator and let them upset until somebody orders them. I would give zero stars, but I have to give one in order to leave my review. We went a few months ago, ordered online went through drive-through. They asked us to pull to the front and they would bring our meal out. Mind you we only ordered 2 meals. Didn't think that was a large order. Nothing special or substituted. We waited 10 minutes, they brought out the wrong order. My husband had to walk inside to get our order. Here we are two months later decided to give it a try . SAME THING HAPPENED They asked us to pull to the front. Brought us the wrong order , my husband went inside. The manager looked at my husband, walked away and got a different employee that looked very busy. Stop what he was doing to come over to the counter. Not sure why the manager just walking around was unable to greet a customer walking into the door . The Employee said we're sorry we gave your order to the wrong person. Stopped by McDonald's on for a quick bite and left pretty disappointed. I asked for ranch with my meal--pretty simple request--but it was completely left out. The food itself was just okay at best: lukewarm, not very fresh, and lacked flavor. Nothing felt like it was made with much care. I drive up to the drive through no answer after a few minutes I gave up and went around the drive through and low and behold I see a guy causally walking around and see other movement in the back. Let's just say everything could improve their staff could actually listen to the order and be competent if you are gonna put them on the drive through window, when you confirm your order and they say it's right even though it was wrong the on the menu board and then get your order incorrect after verifying it a second time makes you want to snatch somebody out of the window and beat them. It's McDonald's so your expectations are for...McDonald's. For better or for worse McDonald's is fairly consistent no matter which one of their restaurants you go to. The food here tastes like McDonald's - as expected. The problem with this location is that their employees don't care at all about filling your order. Mind you they are getting $20+ an hour, and they still don't give a damn about you or your food. Literally every time we order at this location we are shorted one or more items and have to go back and ask for food that we already have paid for. It's not the occassional mistake - it's every.single.time. Also - order a large fry and you'll get the large fry box, but it'll be only 3/4 or even 1/2 full. So they short you there as well. And the food usually is not very hot, the fries in particular being cold and fairly gross. Finally - 90% of the time in the drive thru they tell you to pull up to a parking area. I'm not sure why - it's not that they are cooking the food fresh because they inevitably come out 5 minutes later and deliver cold food. But the service isn't fast. The food isn't fresh. They never get your order right. And they aren't even friendly. While you wait for your "fast" food you can enjoy the scenery and company of tweakers camped out by their driveway, or the sounds of the submoronic man-child honking behind you in the drive thru because they have lost the last bit of their loose grip on reality waiting for a Big Mac while you're stuck chatting with a panhandling tweaker waiting for your underfilled fries and incorrect burger order. I have never been inside this store to check out the ambiance because the location seems to attract most of Woodland's scumbag population. But it's a McxDonald's - I'm sure I'm not missing much. McDonald's of Woodland: When you charge me over $30 for a couple of McDonald's cheeseburders and some fries you are ripping me off. When you don't give me everything that I paid for in my order you are stealing from me. Get it right or close your shop. It's pathetic and it's dishonest. First time visiting this store as it was listed as 24 hours on maps and I came around 1 am, I pulled into the drive thru to have an employee ask me if I was using the mobile app and after I said no I began to order my food however, after trying to get the employee's attention I begin to not get any response. As soon as I drive around I see a worker inside on their phone and as soon as I go park the employee decides to shut off all the lights. As a former employee this is very unacceptable. Ordered through the app and they said they didn't have my order with an attitude. Had to repeat it 3 times until they find it. When I went up to the window, they gave me the wrong order and I had to remind them what my order was. And when I got home, my fries were half full (no they were not at the bottom of the bag like I thought) and some weren't cooked all the way. My burger was supposed to have no tomatoes and I paid for cheese but I got tomatoes and no cheese. There was also a lint in my chicken nuggets...I can look over the attitude and all the other stuff but leaving something in my food is not ok. Especially with the pandemic going on. So I asked her if I could order the sprite and she said she's not allowed to do that. Im not going to go back in line just because there was a miscommunication. NOT HAVE AGAIN: Quarter pounder with cheese. I wanted one of the premium burgers but there were none so I had a bacon quarter pounder with cheese. OK to pay $0.75 for tomatoes but $0.75 for a thin piece of wilted lettuce - terrible! I've had the premium burgers recently, but the quarter pounder was not that good. Better (and cheaper) to have a double cheeseburger. I hate the new ordering process! For one, I use the McDonald's app, which doesn't work on the kiosks. Also, the menu board keeps changing before I can review the items. I like picking up my food at the counter so I can check and request missing items but I was brought the food on a tray. It was missing the Coke, napkins and ketchup - so I asked for the missing items. Never got them and had to go and get them myself. I only came here for the play structure for my grandkids but really dislike coming inside (drive-thru is good). McDonald's made a huge mistake with the major remodels. Drive thru was extremely slow. Went inside to use restroom and was told bathrooms were for employees only? But you can walk-in and order. Thinking this is just out of laziness with regards to the upkeep of bathrooms for customers and using "covid" as an excuse.
