What makes this Taco Bell stand out is an employee named Kaitlyn. Her customer service is great, and she's clearly enthusiastic about her work. I really wish this location would add iced coffee to their online menu for ease of ordering - other locations have it, and this location is able to make it, I just can't order it on the website. I've always taken it for granted, I guess, that I don't need to check my food before leaving or before eating, because this Taco Bell has been consistently accurate for a long time. I don't eat meat. I swap beans for meat on everything I get that comes with meat. Tonight was no different. I also always order in the app to avoid confusion, mishearing someone, etc. I took a bite of my nachos that only had cheese and guacamole, then went to the next one and thought that sure looks like beef. Dug in a little more and sure enough, beef. I just wanted something quick and easy for dinner after work. Now it's in the trash and I've got to make something at home, which is what I was trying to avoid. Lesson learned I suppose. read more

so I ordered a avacado stacker with no lettuce, tomato or the avocado ranch sauce and added creamy jalapeño sauce all they had to do was take a tortilla, chicken and creamy jalapeño sauce, and slap that together BUT NOOO they did the full opposite and didn't even put in the creamy jalapeño sauce which I payed an extra 60 cents for it. Would do 6 stars but I can't so Im going to wright a paragraph on how much I love this store. since the first bite of my first bean burrito when I was 5, I fell in love with Taco Bell. every night I begged my parents to get me it but this just explains my love for the franchise not this store. this one in particular is amazing because the music, atmosphere, staff members, and even the seating is some of the best I've ever experience. I always get great service and the food is always amazing and better then any other taco Bell ive ever been to. ultimately this is the best Taco Bell and I will stand by that. read more

I'm here picking up an Uber Eats order to deliver. Been waiting 20 minutes and they haven't even started making it yet. Whilst waiting near the front for the order, I just watched what I presume to be the manager with gloves on, pick up trash on the floor and put it in the trash can and push down the existing trash in the bin down farther- then proceeding to keep the SAME gloves on and put customers food in their bags. Didn't even bother replacing his gloves that touched trash on the floor and trash inside the bin. Nasty. read more

This place was fine to me at first, but once you start adjusting your food (mainly taking ingredients OUT of the food) that's where they start messing up. Last time I ordered 2 burritos with NO onions for my daughter. They ended up putting onions in it and she managed to eat one burrito. THIS time, I ordered NO sour cream or tomatoes on 2 chalupas for my boy's. They didn't put any tomatoes on the chalupas, but still threw the sour cream in there, which is WAY harder to get out of it than tomatoes. So yes I wiped as much of the sour cream out of those chalupas so my boys would still eat their dinner. This place is really becoming a waste of time and money. So disappointing. read more

To the staff that told us you could make rolled tacos but that you could make fiesta potatoes you fucked up bud. I used to do repair work for every Taco Bell in Northern California and started the fryer up at this very store. The same fryer used to make the rolled taco is used to make fiesta potatoes and chalupa shells both of which we ordered. Next time you want to lie to customer at least make sure it believable. Our food looks like it was literally stomped on. We both got mexican pizzas, both were destroyed in the bag. The combos came with tacos, all were smashed. I'm confused as to why it seems our entire bag was ran over by a truck?? I have generally low expectations from Taco Bell as it's always a horrible experience, but this wins as the worst. Since reopening, they are slower and never have anything available. The menu didn't work and no one had any idea what to order. The guy who tends to takes the orders is unhelpful, rude and rushes you. Food quality has gone down and that's saying a lot. The ladies who work there are very nice however. read more

I must start off by saying one star is too many for my experience. We went into your dining room since it said it was reopened after the covid19 the notice on the door said the dining room was open from 10-8 and to use the kiosk to order and pay. We used the kiosk and was told we wouldn't be able to dine inside, although a restaurant worker was indeed dining inside at a table. We asked for our money back they refused to give it to us stating we had to get it back by the kiosk company. They said they would give me the number, so we waited like 15 minutes and still no number so I called the corporate office and spoke to someone. They knew I was calling the corporate office so they decided to give us our money back. I spoke with corporate and that was against their rules. You guys need to follow corporate rules. I'd call this the "local" Taco Bell. A little further from the freeway and a regular stopover for anyone in the mood for mystery meats and something resembling, but tasting nothing like, Mexican food. I liked the service here. Smiles, friendly faces, questions like "Would you like some sauce?" followed by a generous handful of packets. Placed an order only to find out they never received it and even though we showed them out online receipt they did nothing about it expect laugh. The lobby was closed during regular business hours so we have to wait in the drive tru to be told they weren't going to help us . The only thing they said was our money would be refunded because we never picked up our order. But we were still charged . This place is ridiculous and run by high school children . They remodeled this place recently which was much needed so it is definitely nice inside. I have never had a problem with the service hear which is rare in fast food so yay them. Bad things are the drive-thru gets very crowded and sometimes it affects the flow of the parking lot and makes getting in and out difficult. Sometimes it's so full you can't even get in it. And a lot of High School kids hang out here and we all know what a pleasure they are. But if you're looking to get full off little money this is the place. read more

Always friendly and usually prompt service. This Taco Bell location is clean and well stocked. Occasionally they've been out of items when I've used the drive through, and a couple times they were items that they should've had. A few times orders have been forgotten but in a couple cases a free small item was voluntarily added making me an even bigger fan. The window staff always remember to ask if you want hot sauce but provide you with a reasonable number of packets not gobs of them that you feel guilty throwing out later.
