Not a bad McDonalds in my experience here. Food was hot & fresh. Lobby was pristine clean. I'd recommend this place!

I ordered a triple cheese burger meal with a Diet Coke and added a small mocha frappe. I received the frappe in place of my Diet Coke and the frappe was nothing but crushed ice with a little bit of chocolate. The chunks are so big they won't even fit through the straw. We also ordered a McDouble meal with sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. We did not receive any sauce and the patties on the burger weren't placed on the bread properly, so when we unwrapped the paper, everything fell out, plus the Mac double tasted dry and old. Don't go there! People were waiting over an hour for food! The line was out the door! Restrooms were nasty and out of toilet paper, no sweet tea, no lids, no straws. One employees started to tell me that "this place is shit, and that the night shift doesn't do their work". I left after 35. I minutes after getting my refund, and everyone waiting formed a line for refunds. The place was a wreck. They should have shut the doors for an hour and gotten caught up, instead of taking more orders and not explaining to the customers how long they were going to wait. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN! First, the guy at the register tried to up charge the sodas on my order into mediums for the meal deals, which come with a small soda without the extra $0.39. I waited almost 10 minutes at the second window. This is an easy stop when we're passing through to go camping, skiing, etc. The food is always up to Micky D's standards however the restaurant is a mess. The tables and floors throughout the restaurant were dirty. It was like a scavenger hunt to find an acceptable table. There was a dude sleeping with his head on the table. Bathroom was soaking wet. Stopped by to grab a quick bite, ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes with nobody else in line before even getting a response. I ordered a very simple meal (Quarter pounder and a large spicy mccrispy meal). I ended up getting charged extra after waiting even longer for a receipt (which I wasn't handed). By the time we even got our food 30 minutes had passed. only to find out not only did they over charge me, but gave us a burnt medium fries and the McValue value non spicy mccrispy.. would've gone back but had to be in cripple creek asap. the only reason it's not a one star review is because the gal taking our order was very pleasant. Monday I had some of the best fries this location has ever produced and was praying it was the new standard but today (I know I'm fat) the fries were all limp soggy undercooked disgusting messes. Besides that the McDonald's usually is missing items from the menu but I'll blame that more on being in a mountain town than on the location itself. Worst McDonald's ever. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-through to order one iced coffee and after 25 minutes, we were told they are not taking drive-through orders. Numerous cars were upset. All I wanted was one iced coffee and so the drive-through person told me there's nothing he can do and if I want to order, I need to come inside mind you this is 1 PM in the afternoon. I complained to The Manager and she basically rolled her eyes and I told her that my time is just as valuable as I spent my entire work break waiting in their drive-through. She ended up getting me a coffee and there was hair all over the cup, so I wasn't sure about drinking it. I went back the following day to order a frappe and the guy said the machine doesn't work this has happened at least five times within the past month so I asked when it's going to be up cause I get my coffee every day he said with a snarky attitude he doesn't know and it's only Monday. i've been a local here for a very long time and i've always loved getting quick food from here they are normally very respectful but today however some kind gentleman was talking to my friend on my way in and my friend kindly replied saying he needed water replying to what the guy had previously asked (the guy started the conversation). after this happens moments later a guy comes over and yells at us about being "disrespectful" and we kindly asked what we did and said we would leave. he then continues to yell at us as we leave. later we come back and we sit on premises but not inside waiting for a friend to get otp w there dad then he comes out again and says we are vandalizing and that there was multiple complaints we were kind to everyone we saw and the disrespect was unreal. he proceeds to be incredibly disrespectful i feel that i've wasted money on very invaluable people who are going to disrespect me for no reason...find new staff mcdonald. i will not be back. when we said we were going to leave he proceeded to press us and act like he was gonna hit us i feel terrible about the service i've received read more
