Will not go back. Some of the worst service I have ever seen w/ fast food. They are clearly trying to make it appear like they are moving people through the line more quickly by having everyone pull up to wait on their food. However, then they get the orders mixed up/lost. I waited over 30 mins for 2 regular meals and 2 kids meals. They served 4 cars behind me while I waited. I finally got an employee's attention and gave him my receipt and they finally started working on our food. 10 more minutes later it came out and the order was completely wrong. It is very clear to me that this franchise lacks good management at all levels. Take your money anywhere else if you have hungry kiddos in the car and want a quick bite. I get being patient, but waiting 40 mins for an order to be wrong is ridiculous. read more

The worst: they can't even get an order correct from the app! Dropped by at 3:50pm on a Saturday, and they magically can't find the code for the online order. Pull up to the window only to find a perplexed gentlemen who states we should pull up to the main window and show them our phone with the order in the app and confirmation code. The folks at the window finally found our order and prepared it wrong. We were gone before discovering the error, of course. This McDonald's has undergone many peaks and troughs in terms of service, such that I would advise waiting 3-6 months before going back. We will give them a chance in a few months and see if they have improved but I would recommend driving the extra 5 minutes down Harvard to the one on Miles for food. read more

Beware! This establishment is slow and not attentive to housekeeping! I stood at the counter for sometime while many employees saw me and did not acknowledge me until I was ready to leave. I stopped in for a late night snack - utilizing the Drive Thru. It was around 10:00 pm on a weeknight - a cold, rainy evening. I ordered a Filet of Fish sandwich - add onions and extra cheese. After ordering, I sat in the Drive Thru line - with only two other cars in front of me - for 15 minutes. When I finally got my sandwich, there was maybe like four tiny strips of onion added to the sandwich - they were so small, I had to open the sandwich to inspect it - as I could not tell if there was any onion on the sandwich. And there was no extra cheese on the sandwich. Never visiting here again! #McDonalds read more

Okay I understand that businesses are doing there best in unprecedented times during the pandemic, but this McDonald's location is dumbfounding in its ability to reach new lows in service delivery...perhaps next to the neighboring Wendy's. This is probably my a sign telling me to stay away from fast food. I need to listen to the nutrition Gods...but I digress. I hate to give negative reviews, but this my latest experience begs to be shared. The past two times I've been through here I ordered the same thing - PLAIN cheeseburger happy meal. Both times they came with ketchup and/or onions. Okay, certainly disappointing, but I can understand how that error could occur. This time I was hyper vigilant in stressing plain - no ketchup, no onions. Burger and cheese on a bun only. I checked at the cashier AND at the pickup window with the attendants. It troubles me to rate this franchise so low. However, upper management at this McDonald's needs to be aware of the substandard service and lackadaisical attitude displayed by certain employees. I am an elected official in Woodmere. Wednesday night I ordered a meal with coffee. The young lady handed me the container and the exterior was cold to touch. I told her that the coffee was cold. She disagreed. I removed the lid and placed my finger in the coffee to illustrate the coffee was cold. Her attitude was less than accommodating and walked away from the service window. A second clerk told me the building loss power earlier in the evening. That was why the meal and beverage was not at the correct temperature. If hot food is NOT hot - and COLD food is not cold - it should not be served. The Board of Health is strict on that requirement. The people who patronize this franchise deserve better. Until management fixes this facility the rating of 2 or less will remain on this page. I want to see this restaurant do well. But I will not tolerate poor service and questionable training. went to get a delectable Oreo Mc flurry at this McDonald's at approximately 11:10 PM. Now on yelp, it does say that this McDonald's closes at 11 PM. However, on Google maps, it says different. According to Google maps, it says this McDonald's closes at 12 AM. So we decided to go and wait in the line of people also wanting some treats at this late hour of night. As the line waited, we see through the window three workers making tick-tock's, rather than taking our orders. If they are still in the building, why not make us some treats? we're literally starving here at 11:20 PM now. Still sitting in the line while these workers make their tick-tock's. The local American citizens want this McDonald's to be open until 12. Please change your Google maps if you're not going to accompany our needs. Have a decent night. read more

The McDonald's on chagrin Blvd is horrible. I asked for a McGriddle sandwich without bacon and got bacon and no cheese. Plus I ask for extra ice and got no ice. The workers are rude . I waited in the drive through for over ten minutes before pulling out of line and going inside. Not only were the buns dry/stale, bathrooms discussing, and no dividers between the urinals but the only napkin dispenser in the WHOLE restaurant is in a corner with all the condiments which creates a HUGE line when there are literally a half dozen places it could be placed to not cause such congestion, let alone adding a second or third dispenser. I don't understand how they can mess up an order so many times. The fries had zero salt even though the ticket said "with salt" and the container was barely full and I had to ask them to top it off. None of the staff seemed liked they wanted to be there and it showed in their performance. Thankfully the woman at the register who took my order was willing to help fix my issues and was as frustrated as I was with her coworkers not reading the directions clearly printed on the orders ticket. Went through drive thru. No matter how many times you say thank you you will not get any comment back. Not even a look in your face when handing your payment back or handing your food. I opened my bag and was given cold hard stale fries.2 of them. Glad i looked in bag before leaving drive thru window. I kindly asked for fresh fries the girl must have knew how awful they were and she quickly brought 2 fresh hot fries to exchange. Rude and slow. Lovely combo. The attendant at the window was so rude my sister asked which drink was which and she repliedd to her in a snarky tone "what did you order?" My sister said a root beer with no ice and a coke. The attendant then in an even sneakier tone says "well that has NO ice so it's the root beer and the one wiiith ice would be the coke" condescending and drawn out slow like to emphasize to my sister. I was stunned. They then had us pull up to wait. 10 minutes later they finally brought out our food. No thank you, no sorry for your wait. It was really lame. The only saving grace was good was hot and so that helped. I realize it's a McDonalds and fast food but customer service is important at any establishment. "Come on," I said. "A dollar for a breakfast sandwich? How crappy will that be?" Cue to a record scratching and me being both late for work and starving. This was my first visit here ever and I didn't bother reading the reviews first, just so it didn't taint my experience. I LOVED the place. Fast friendly service! Clean and neat! Flat screen TV in the biggest common area. This place actually got more business through the drive-thru and left the dining area inside very quite and pleasant.
