Delicious lunch - definitely recommend the chicken sandwich and garlic Parmesan fries - the lunch specials are great. The restaurant is very clean and the staff was very helpful

The service was very good as the person taking your order was patient and even gave suggestions because we were in between 2 options. The food is amazing! I got the OMG 2.0 and the sandwich was filled with chicken, lobster, peppers, mushrooms and cheese. This was delicious! I also tried the stoner fries too and there were so many more fries than expected and so delicious! There is a small seating section along the side with benches and chairs. 5 of us were able to sit in the restaurant to enjoy our meal. The music was also a nice touch as it gave a mix of throwback and current pop songs.

The corned turkey reuben was spot on!! I saw the promo on social media, and ordered it ASAP! I don't eat pork or red meat, so I am always looking for good alternatives. This was a great option. The rye bread was toasted perfectly, the corned smoked turkey was slightly salty (in the best way), juicy, and flavorful, topped with swiss cheese and american cheese, with a pickled cabbage and kale sauerkraut, pickled kale and cabbage. The flavors came together, beautifully, especially the creole sauce on the side. I truly enjoyed this creative twist on the traditional reuben sandwich!

We have never been here before. The food did not disappoint! Casual atmosphere. Small space, so not a place for large parties. Well run and efficient service and the staff is hardworking and friendly. I had the Philly 2.0 and my husband had the OMG Philly. Both were delicious.

The sandwiches here are elite. Staff super friendly. Came from Pittsburgh on a food tour for the shrimp hibachi hamburger which was dynamite...perfectly seasoned and texture from the semi crunch vegetables. Snagged a happy hour $9 fried chicken sandwich as well which on its own would be stellar...but the seasoning of the hibachi burger next to it wins

This is the happy hour specials, 12pm-4pm.

Okay so since I showed up early, I spoke with a employee about directions and location services, I actually drove around legacy village, it's not hard to find location services just gives you a parking lot as the location. Needless to say I found it, it was happy hour specials, so I got 2 sandwiches for the drive of one basically. The employee was very nice and so was the other employee. They have been there for 8years, I've tried to get to there spot for that long? Anyways I will be back, for the surf and turf Philly! I had a Po'Boy, beef, fries and slaw, man the slaw topping and that beef dog, really good, then I just got a steak Philly, lots of onions, but still very good, the sauce and cheese, very good. The inside is very clean and Nice tables to eat inside or out.

My wife and I ate here yesterday. They have a unique menu of items with interesting combinations. The staff was great and always asking if we were good and how we liked our meal. You put your order in and will wait at a table. Food is made fresh, looks and smells amazing. I got the famous philly sandwich and my wife got the burger. We also added sides of loaded fries and the penne pasta. My wife's burger was excellent and my favorite flavor of the items ordered. My Philly was really good. Pasta had a lot of good flavor and the loaded fries were good but the chicken and shrimp combo to top them just didn't mix the way I think they intended it to. Portion sizes were nice and we took leftovers with us. The reason I deducted a star was the excessive butter and grease on the food. It tastes great but doesn't sit well in your stomach. We will be back because they have a unique menu and I saw other items I want to try. We'll order different next time and cut portions down and maybe just get 1 sandwich each without a side. I do recommend them and we'll be back.

The OMG 2.0 Philly.....AMAZING! If you're in the area, this place is a MUST! LOVE IT!!......#BlackboxFix

The OMG 2.0 Philly...AMAZING! Outstanding flavor, beautiful staff...it's a MUST! The menu has depth with and try the "honey siracha ranch" dry rub on the fries....‍#BlackBoxFix

The food is delicious. Hands down the best food I had during my Cleveland trip. I got the Big Back Seafood Combo with jumbo shrimp, shrimp Philly and the fish sandwich. A+++ and a terrific price. Food is cooked fresh so it takes a little while. I suggest ordering from home even if you want to dine in.

Food was really good, made fresh to order. Service was polite and patient, very knowledgeable and helpful with questions about the menu. I probably wouldn't not sit in to eat due to the small space and customer traffic. But it looked clean enough.

I visited Black Box Fix, hidden in Legacy Village, for Cleveland's Burger Week where I ordered to-go their burger special, the Railroader Burger as well as a side of lemon pepper fries. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the place was clean and sparsely decorated. The Railroader consists of a beef patty burger, topped smoked gouda, sautéed mushrooms, bacon jam, and herb mayonnaise on a brioche bun. The burger was medium rare, cooked to my specifications, and I really liked the combination of the gouda with the bacon jam. I asked for only a little mayo and jam to cut back on calories. I wanted to participate in Burger Week but I didn't want to pig out necessarily. The problem here was mostly with the HUGE amount butter added to everything! The bun was soggy from the butter, the fries were floppy and just drenched in butter. Despite my efforts, this meal felt very artery clogging. Everything had waaaay too much butter/oil. I'm sure this meal had the potential to be delicious but I didn't feel good afterwards. It hurts to give a small business anything less than 5 stars, but the meal was almost inedible. I hope they can make some changes because I would love to change my review to 5 stars next time I come back!

Then I got the sandwich, and I was like, actually, $17 is a more than fair price, LOL. For a second, I attempted to eat it with my hands, but its size made it an unwieldy experience. So I ate it with a knife and fork. And it was DELICIOUS. The sandwich came with a big piece of crispy fried chicken that the bun could barely contain. The chicken was fried fresh, so it was hot and juicy. In addition to being hot in temperature, it was hot spice-wise. It came with candied jalapeños, soy chili jam, pickles, and Sriracha. The spice was balanced well with some nice sweetness and a tasty kale slaw that added some brightness to the sandwich. Even the bun itself was delicious. The place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a few tables if you want to dine in. The water is self-serve. There are cups and a sport cooler in front of the counter.

I pulled up the Chicken Ranch menu online and decided I would try them. It is a small establishment. Tables were clean. There is seating inside and two small tables outside for diners. The manager was explaining they make everything fresh and offered to answer any questions I had. I took a look at the specials then decided on a two piece crispy tenders meal. It came with a jalapeño corn muffin. It was 10 dollars and I chose a chocolate chip cookie with caramel and pecans in it because, why not. My chicken was delicious. I chose hot honey sauce because I was curious. It was so spicy and cleaned my sinuses right up. The sauce came on the side, thank goodness for that. The muffin was OK. It would have been better warmed. The cookie: sooooo good. Because I was being nice, I gave my kid a piece, but next time I will eat it in the car before I get home, like the pros do.

I want them to be crispy on the outside with a mouthful of chicken in each bite and they were just that. The lemon pepper sauce was very salty, but I love salt and vinegar chips so I was prepared. You won't even be able to stand. As for my other visit, it was on a Friday night. A nice sized crowd, full bar. Sports game on the television. A nice atmosphere for a neighborhood bar. A great touch is the 1 pinball machine in the corner. Older game but it does take up something to do with friends. As with service we were told that the bar is extremely behind by a rude bartender named Meg. You can tell she was overwhelmed and just seemed to be having a rough day. A few minutes later we were told by staff that the kitchen was now closed. Pretty strange as the menu is mainly all bar served fried food or burgers etc. The bartender also announced that they were out of fish as well. I continued to order drinks, they were cold and tasted as advertised. About an hour or so later , the kitchen was then re opened when the bar was less crowded. I order a dozen wings, garlic Parmesan with ranch. The wings were real solid. Nice and crispy and the garlic and parm combo was just enough. The basket of fries we got were average fries. Not crispy, nor salty but atleast they were hot. The prices were about average, no complaints about that. Overall, the bar does not seem to handle stress or large crowds very well. My wings were good, fries were average like I said. My friends attend this bar often and did tell me that this bar is not like this usually. May have been a rough day. I assume I will be back again, I wouldn't pick this place to go to but the location is close enough to the area we hang out. Not so much of any certain type of theme at the bar but I did notice the staff recognize many patrons by name so it will continue to be the neighborhood bar for many. Overall a 6.7 out of 10.
