The black person at the register was so off~putting with its attitude toward all the customers; in what seems to be an effort to want uniqueness, this human has downgraded itself to some undistinguished human form; never once cracked even the hint of a smile, and was unfriendly to those who came to the counter. The menu had more "sold out" than things you could purchase. No large drinks, sodas were flat, shakes, most desserts, some sandwiches, no napkins or viable straws; so strange. It was a lifeless building; nothing aesthetically pleasing, no friendly faces, no polite attitudes; there wasn't an ounce of warmth in the entire place--another cold reality of a fleeting American icon going right down the toilet. Steak and egg bagel was not toasted but appears to be reheated on grill, steak dry and thin as if leftover and missing onions that every other McDonald's puts on this sandwich. Had to throw it away after one bite. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Drive to Beckett, Pennsville, or Mullica Hill locations if you want decent food. I am a current employee at this establishment and there is no heat in the grill area, very unsanitary, other female workers don't pay attention. employees or managers that don't do anything instruct us to do things they should be doing. there is no fall protection if we were to slip on oil or something. some of the managers should be demoted to crew members so we have more help. the bathrooms smell like Taco Bell. even after cleaned. we are paid 13-14 an hour and are doing more work than what we are paid to do. staff talks down on lower ranked employees constantly disrespectEd flies constantly in the kitchen oil for crispy and nuggets is disgusting the burgers are not even cooked all the way and was told at training not to worry about flipping. This is the worst job I've ever had I would not recommend anybody work here go to Wendy's. Save yourself the pain. read more

This McDonald's restaurant is in its own lot on US-40 in Woodstown. The restroom looks okay. The dining area has rather worn furniture but otherwise, looks clean enough. Service, however, was rather slow for the low volume of customers they were getting this weekday evening. I'd hate to think about the wait when this restaurant is actually busy. OK, I was brought up on Mcky'D's. I must tell you, you're better off going to the Mullica Hill Restaurant. The one in Woodstown has fallen incredibly hard! I don't know where they're getting these employees from but I can tell you this, It's main business is supplying travelers with a bathroom either to or from the shore. As far as the service, POOR. And it has changed in the last 6 months. I watched as my pancake hit the ground with at least 6 laughing employees standing around joking around doing nothing. The girl put it in the container and I said I didn't want it. The manager saw this and the employee complained "I didn't drop it!". You can wait in the drive through sometimes for 5 mins. or more with no one in the store! The Salem N.J. McDonalds is the same way. I would avoid the fast foo and head to the local diners! It's McDs....you can't expect gourmet food! They make the sandwiches and fill the orders as you order. The problem is that it takes FOREVER to get your food. It doesn't matter if it's the drive-thru or you go inside, it always takes 15-20 min....you're better off going and sitting down somewhere. The store seems clean enough for a fast food joint. The employees are generally abrasive but there are a few young kids that are really nice. read more

In general McDonald's has great products such as morning coffee of great quality, breakfast sandwiches and lunch menus. I also appreciate the renovation they are doing to upkeep their building. My only complaint is that they do not have a fence along a complex next to the drive thru. People discard trash and the area looks just terrible. read more

This McDonald's seems to be doing a better job of opening on time, but there are still too many mornings that I've found it closed 10 minutes after its advertised 5:30 AM opening. This might not seem like a big deal, but in a town where breakfast choices are few, it can be a big inconvenience to someone trying to get to work on time. Stopped on my way home from AC the saturday after Thanksgiving. I am fairly sure I got food poisoning from two regular hamburgers i got at the drive thru here.
