I go here 4 times a week. Everyone I've encountered has been pleasant and consistent. Food is always hot and 9/10 times the coffee is great!

Got about 6 cars pulled to the side waiting for our orders, for what!? And they keep sending everyone to the side. Every time I come these kids are playing in the back doing everything they can to delay orders for no reason. It could be 2 cars here and min wait is 15 minutes. Arrived at 10:30 pm thru drive thru. Lady got on speaker and said they were closed. Online they say they close 11pm.

Wanted a late night snack just for them go be closed early.. it was 1040 and they close at 11 & there was a worker sitting in there car just watching myself and the car in front of us. The customer service is good but if your going to close early then put that. Drove 20 min for nothing. read more

If this McDonald's could get a negative star they would proudly earn that. I've been living near this McDonald's for 3 years and it is never a good experience. See other reviews for details it's well stated. There is a McDonald's in town 10min away that I gladly drive to anytime I have a craving for a decent McD. I think the only reason this place is even hanging on is bc they have unsuspecting customers who travel down rt 47 and don't know any better. If I had to guess I'd say this is a franchise location and the owner is very very cheap and probably drives a Porsche. Just a hunch. This has to be the worst McDonald ever. On multiple occasions we have not received the Syrup with pancakes or the bacon under cooked when we specifically requested crispy bacon when ordering. Today again, we get home - didn't think to check the bag first- busy talking etc, and really? We get home no syrup. A simple order today. Pancakes and two burritos. No beverages, no special requests just simple dang pancakes and they blew it. Come on McDonald's step up and get some training in this location. read more

A very polite young man who worked there gave us her name because Stephanie smiled and ignored our request to tell us her name 5 times. The food is typical McDonalds and we assume that since the quality should be the same, customer service should be important. But not to Stephanie! My husband and I went thru the drive thru at 10:54 AM and began our order with a double cheeseburger and were jmmediately told that her grill doesnt take any burger orders for another minute. So we said ok we can wait a minute. So we stayed in line at the ordering que until she came back and proceeded to order our double cheeseburger and bagel breakfast sandwich combo. She explained she can no longer take breakfast orders now. I communicated that there are numerous commercials advertising you can order anything all day so why arent they following the same. She explained that she can't do bagels all day or a list of a few other breakfast items but she could talk to her grill to see if she could get them to make an exception. We said forget the entire order as fast food should never be this difficult. Since when do the people manning the grill dictate what can be ordered in a nationwide non franchise fast food restaurant such as McDonald's? I will never return. read more

Was not very crowded when I arrived. However most of the tables are dirty. Some of it seems to be the clientele. Very few people picked up after themselves. However it did take them a while to clean up. They seemed understaff. The cashier left mid order to help on the grill. They bring the food out to you now and that a nice. I waited a while so I expected hot fresh food. Nope. The fries are cold and the burger was just warm. They didn't supply the people in front of me with drink cups and while sitting I could hear of a number of orders they messed up. Have not seen them get anything right during this visit. read more

We are local and go to this McDonalds instead of the other one on Veterans Parkway just because it's closer to our house but no more after today. It's sad to say that being a frequent customer we are use to there machines not working properly all the time or them being out of stuff and messing up orders. Today how ever takes the cake. We did an order on the Mcdonalds mobile app before 10:30 am and I sent my brother to go pick it up. He got there maybe 10min later and was told that they couldn't give me two of my sandwiches because their system locked them out at a certain time. Ok whatever they gave me two others and fixed the bill. Well he brings the order home after being gone AN HOUR and the entire bag is coated and dripping in grease. I mean every sandwich wrapper and half of the hashbrowns wouldn't come out of the wrappers because the grease had melted them to the packaging. I was livid so I called the store since obviously they didn't let them drain before putting them in the bag from the fryer. I was told by the manager that of course there was grease everywhere because the food was fried in grease (because apparently I'm a idiot) and the bags are made of paper so there is nothing she could do about it leaking through. Ok I'm not talking a little bit of grease here I'm talking like someone opened a bottle and just poured it over the top of our food. The only option she gave to fix this problem was for us to drive all the way back so she could remake the order. Nope we are done for good. I also figured out after the fact that she forgot to give me my drink which I paid for as well but apparently none of that was worth in the least a comp at the most a refund of my order. My kids have to con me into going to McDonalds anyway so it's no skin off my back to never go back but I'm going to take as many people with me as I can. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. Worst customer service ever. A white lady, who looked to be the manager, just gave us the ugliest faces while we were ordering. I've never felt so unwelcome. I'm Mexican. My fiancé and I just walked in and ordered, and while we were planning on eating there, changed our minds as soon as we were greeted with her unwelcoming facial expressions. The only reason we didn't cancel our order is because we hadn't eaten all day and still have a ways to go before we can stop again. Never will I visit this place. I live right by this jackwagon ran place. Everytime I go to the drive thru my order is wrong. I am not exaggerating either. One time they actually forgot the meat on my burger. I went back in and they said "Oh sorry, we ran out of meat". That would of been good to know prior so I could have ordered something else, instead they slap some lettuce tomato and cheese together on a bun and wrap it up as if I wouldnt notice. I would say 8 out of 10 times I have to pull up and wait forever for my food.
