Wow, I hope this wasn't a one off great experience at Foothills McDonalds August 1 2021. For the last two years we swore off this location because nothing was correct, service and food and never correct filling of orders. But it was hot and back from vacation we thought just maybe one more time. Well there must have been manager changes or re-education and new employees because it was like a great McDonalds experience of a time long ago which were always good. This is such a crappy place to go. There is 20 staff and no one serving you, had to ask the takeout gir for our drinks, the water is warm at the pop dispenser, there was no sauce on my Big Mac and my dog would not even eat the dry bun on the cheeseburger. Asked for ice cream cone and got this floppy disaster that fell right off. read more

The food is just like any Mc Donald's food but the hygiene is what bothers me, as soon as you walk in you might notice how many flies there are. This bothers me because when I've gone to Taco Bell, Starbucks, and Wheezy's there weren't any flies. It seems to me when I noticed the flies; the workers didn't do anything about it and there was a plaque that said that Mc Donald's guarantees cleanliness, which I didn't see. read more

When did we ever lose the necessity of presentation and representation of a company? I find all of these ear and cheek gauges just a smaller form of mutilation that I should not be subjected to in a restaurant. I could not even look at this cashier (Kaay) during the entire transaction. Having those big gauging holes in her ears along with all of those tattoos , should not be something a customer is a fronted with nor should it be a first impression any company wants for their image. McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

I'm from San Diego ca I just stopped in here to use the restroom and while I was waiting in line for my turn to use the bathroom (because of covid it's only one person allowed at a time) there were two children in front of me waiting too. I overheard two men working the drive through one wearing a black polo and black pants and one wearing a white and light blue plaid button up with an earring dangling from his ear looked to be a teen or you g adult both were having a conversation with each other laughing and repeatedly saying the F word loudly in front of the two children I couldn't believe the trashiness it would be one thing if it were their own kids but not everyone wants their children to hear large amounts of cuss words the mother in front of me didn't look pleased she should be able to bring her children to McDonald's without that display of behavior from employees. I had planned on buying some food but decided to go to the drive through at the next closest McDonald's. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese meal and asked for hot french fries. I should have known better. By the time I started eating my meal I was back on the freeway and didn't want to turn around and ask for my money back. Cheeseburger looked like it had been stepped on with a boot. Fries were actually wet and the drink had no ice. Needless to say I didn't take a bite or sip for fear of sabatage. I will make it my personal quest to flame this place on every social media site I can find. I have never encountered this level of poor quality. I hate having to give negative reviews, but after about 80 percent of special requests such as a Big Mac without cheese and taking home and finding cheese even though the receipt on the boxes saying no cheese on two sandwiches. To top it off there was no Big Mac sauce just two dry so called BM. This happens so often I think the workers can't read english. I wish managers and franchise owners might think of having meetings to discuss these every day occurrences. If the don't hire better people instead of warm bodies that think speed over good service. Like I say I hate to bad review, but reviews are meant as a learning tool for businesses. If not fixed the bottom line is hurt for a long time. Ok, yeah it's McDonalds (Avondale, Arizona @ Walmart off of Dysart road) A place to get a quick bite while shopping. Big mistake! Placed my order and then found out they were all out of soda, no ice cream and the place were you sit to eat was filthy and smelled like a urinal! Flys everywhere! So this has made my final decision to never eat at McDonalds again. Eat at your own risk. Same as Melissa P. It was pretty clean. But service stunk. In a hurry, don't go to this McDonald's. They skipped right over our order, filled others first that came in after me. They never would have filled it if I hadn't said anything after waiting about 10 minutes. It'll be Burger King or Subway from now on. read more
