Hi. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and for some odd reason I got ketchup only on it. It even said on the receipt ketchup only. Why I didn't check the receipt beforehand is still a mystery. Mind you, I wanted everything that came on it. I never once mentioned ketchup. My heart desired lettuce and mayo. It was my last straw. Food sucked. I have no vehicle. I sent my mom to pick me up 2 big mac meals. I ordered 2 sandwiches with 2 large fries a large coffee with extra liquid sugar and a lemonaid. What I got was 1/2 full containers of fries, cold not all the way cooked and no salt. Coffee with NO liquid sugar. I don't like regular coffee that is why I get an iced coffee with chocolate syrup and extra liquid sugar. I got tea instead of lemonade. I called and complained and they said keep my receipt and they will make it right. We will just have to wait and see. read more

Me and my grandpa went here this morning for breakfast. We went up to the window and we saw our bag of food by the corner of the window. This girl made us pull up so we could "wait" for our food. When the boy came out (5 minutes later) and gave us our food and I asked him why didn't they give us our food there because we seen the bag. He said " My manager was mad at me because I came in work late." Like really how childish do you have to be. Also when I got my ice Caramel coffee the freaking coffee was at the bottom of my cup. I asked for a new one and the pulled that card that they ran out of Caramel. read more

I will say this first, the food we finally received was EXCELLENT. Hot and fresh, made properly and the way McDonald's food should be. That was the only good thing about the visit, and the rest of the experience was so bad it overshadowed the good food. Kiosk not printing receipts so I took it to the counter, asked how we were supposed to pay and if our order had even gone through. I was met with a manager who gave me a shrug and "they'll call your number" as she brushed past me on her way to the bathroom. (I didn't HAVE a number because I had no kiosk receipt). Stood up there for 5 minutes to try and get someone else's attention, again to see if our order had gone through. After 15 minutes we got some of our food, but no cups, and 2 napkins for 3 bags of food. Back to the counter. The girl asked what we had, told her 4 large drinks and a large Tea, and that they also still owed us a 10-piece and a Large fry. She dropped all 5 cups on the floor, picked them up and was going to hand them to me. The look on my face must've stopped her, because she did then go grab 5 new cups. Both pop machines were needing attention to their CO2 tanks, it was all fizz or all syrup in the other one. No ice available from either machine. There were no straws at the pop machines, but that 'may' have been due to Covid? Either way, back to the counter to ask for ice and straws but after multiple attempts to get someone's attention, I gave up and told my family they'd just have to suffer with warm drinks straight from the cup - yum. Forgot I was still waiting on food, so back up to the counter for another long wait on the nuggets and fries. The table was dirty and sticky, as were the benches we sat on. So now my kids and I want dessert - I go up to the counter, order 2 McFlurrys and a Chocolate milkshake. I ask for the manager, (same one who blew me off earlier for her personal phone call in the bathroom - and I know that because both my mother and daughter used the bathroom at different times and confirmed she was on a personal call), gave a pretty detailed explanation of our disappointing experience, and asked for our desserts to be comped. She asked me what I meant... I explained again, asked for dessert to be complimentary. AGAIN asked what I was wanting... I tell her as plainly as possible that because they failed epically with the rest of our dining experience that we want free dessert. She looked at me and said, "why would we do that? I can't just give away free food." and walked away. My Quarter Pounder was amazing - even after my Dad and I spent the majority of our time there at the counter while the rest of our family enjoyed their meal with their arms glued to the table from some unknown substance. read more

Why do I continue to go here???? I'm sorry to whoever's lunch I just grabbed. I'm waiting for my order because yes.. I'm one of those that will pick off items but can't remove cheese without issues. So waiting on my meal for three people and the nice gentleman brings me out my bag of deliciousness as well as a coupon for free sandwich next time due to the prolonged wait. I grab the bag and proceed down the road only to find as I reach in to snatch a fry that I do not have my order. No double plain, no #3, no large fry and no McChicken. Instead it's a bag of Mc Ribs...all Mc Ribs.. four to be exact and a small fry. Small fry? Do they have a death wish?? Mc Rib??? When they advertise "It's back!"... An average McDonald's. Nothing spectacular, but McDonald's have gone downhill as of late. The staff was nice, uniforms were dirty though, which shouldn't happen if you're at the drive thru. The wait was a little long which is also become the normal for McDonald's. Overall not a bad place, but nothing to fantastic. read more

Every single time we stop into this McDonald's, we ask for freshly brewed coffee. And every time, when we pick up coffee in the drive thru, we ask the girl at the window if it is freshly brewed. She says "Yes." We ask, "Are you sure? Are you sure you're sure?" She says, "Mmm hmm" and nods her head (the same girl). AND EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GET BURNT, BITTER SMELLING COFFEE AND HAVE TO PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT AND GO INSIDE TO DEAL WITH IT. Then the manager orders the girl to make it fresh because " they wanted it fresh" and she tried to pass off old coffee as though it wasn't. read more

Not only is this the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, it's the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been. Extremely slow service and are told to have a seat and we'll bring the rest out to you when it's done. Most of the time, if they remember to bring it out, it's cold or you are done eating. You shouldn't go here! The service is awful, management is out of control, it takes almost half an hour to get your food! And every single time I have went to this location, one of their machines has been "broke". Your food is always cold, and your soda and drinks are lukewarm. We've gotten 2 pies "for our wait" and they're always not fresh, not even slightly warm for that matter. This location is the worst and you should never go here read more

Advertised holiday mint mcflurry was not available. Staff said holiday promotion was over. It was two days after thanksgiving. That's nuts Its a holiday promotion it should at least last until the holidays are over. read more
