Their shakes are made and taste the ways I want them to be, though I did notice that there was a difference of as much as 1" of shake in various glasses we received. The station for things such as condiments, napkins, plastic-ware, etc., was out of a few things. Even worse was the men's room, which needed some repairs and cleaning.
