If I could write this place is zero I would the service was awful. I only ordered a medium fry and a large diet, that I had to get myself per always and it took them 30 minutes and that's only because I had to ask where my order was if I didn't who knew how long it would've taken. I checked the McDonald's web site before I left home to make sure I could get a breakfast sandwich and yes, I had time! When I pulled up at the drive thru at 10:45 a.m. they told me it's lunchtime! The website said breakfast served until 11:00 a.m. Someone needs to decide when breakfast ends and STICK TO IT! read more

The drive thru service is extremely slow! The drive thru lanes are for the most part clean, however. Inside is also a slow service area. The bathrooms for the most part are clean as well. And the dining area is clean and comfortable as well. Service and time of service (considering its a fast food place) are very important to me and that is why they scored so low. read more

More like slow service restaurant, if you want something quick in the mornings you probably don't need to stop here. It is at least going to take you 10 minutes to get your breakfast at 5:30 AM. You're more than likely better off getting up 10 minutes early and making your own breakfast. Oh, and by the way their saying "We love to see you smile", that is exactly what they mean they love to see YOU smile does not mean the same goes for them, especially the redhead that gives you your food at this drive-through at this time of the morning. A few days ago, I ordered 2 hamburgers, fries, and A caramel frappe in the drive through line so I wouldn't have to worry about COVID. I've been here many times. Service is often pretty slow, but it never stood out as something to review. Our visit today was so bad though I feel it needs reviewed. My husband and I stepped to dine in. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. The staff seemed very friendly and were not dismissive with us as others have posted about. They bring the food to your table for every dine in order. I found that silly. It's fast food. Then when I unwrapped my burgers, both had no meat in them just 2 buns with cheese and toppings. My husband took them back up. The manager and workers were surprised and quickly got 2 burgers with meat to him as well as cookies for the trouble. They were cold and not made well, but it's McDonald's so I don't expect much. They also brought a bag to the table after saying they accidentally made 2 more. That was very nice, but those 2 were also not made correctly as they had toppings I had requested not be on the burger. This was all I ate all day and within 2 hours I was sick and feverish. I had to leave work due to what can only be a food poisoning issue. Since this is the only place I had any food from in the day, I would imagine that caused it. I would not suggest eating at this location. The staff were perfectly nice, but I don't think it is run well and doubt that much, if any, attention is used for safety or quality control. read more

Drive up is the slowest of any McDonald I have ever visited. They use two lanes and they have taken 3 orders in the other lane before they stopped to take ours. They do not know how to use this alternating system to reduce the length of the line. The customer service is horrible, we didn't receive any kind of greeting other then the dollar value for our meal. read more
