Ordered my drink at 3:43. Waited in lobby while I watched order after ordered be filled and picked up several of which were placed after my order. Finally at 3:27, I asked again if my drink was ready and sure enough, it had been sitting on the take out counter for quite awhile because my blended frozen drink was completely liquid! I've been visiting this location of Starbucks since it opened, which for Zanesville was a really, really big deal at the time. I lucked out that it happened to pop up just a few minutes from my parent's house. I'm not sure if you call that good luck or bad luck honestly. It made getting a latte or sugary coffee drink way too easy! I definitely had to keep an eye on my pocket book when I lived close by. Zanesville certainly lacks when it comes to the ability to grab a quick coffee. It's far behind larger cities that have a coffee shop on every corner. Starbucks is pretty much your only option if you're on this end of town. Good thing their staff is super friendly and unless it's early in the morning, they tend to be really fast. I generally go through the drive-thru but I've gone inside too many times to count. When I used to live in Zanesville and work from home, I would come work out of here often. Free wifi at Starbucks is always nice. They also keep the place nice and clean, even the bathroom. Want a few other tips? Parking is a little limited thanks to the other shops around and the popularity of Starbucks in the area. The only other Starbucks in town is inside of Kroger, which isn't always the most convenient. If you're traveling down interstate 70, I would not suggest you stop here. It's too far from the exit and driving down Maple Ave. is a giant pain in the butt. read more

I unashamedly order from this Starbucks at least twice a day. I work at the Sephora in Kohl's behind it, which makes it so convenient for me, but I'd go even if it was 10 miles in the opposite direction. It's always extremely busy, but even in an insane rush, every barista is always so nice and I've never once had an order mishap. The energy is so positive, I don't mind spending $9.25 for my chai with blonde espresso...lol. And I honestly don't even love Starbucks' coffee--it's just this location that makes it so worth it. read more

I'm not even from the area but somehow this is my favorite Starbucks. As always with Starbucks, the coffee is awesome. What sets this location apart is the staff. They are always super friendly and helpful. The early morning staff of just the best, but they're all awesome. This location is well kept, clean, and comfortable. Great place to have a cup of coffee, study, or just meet someone to chat. Drive thru service is great. Faster and friendlier than most of the Columbus area locations that I frequent. read more

It makes me happy that Zanesville got a Starbucks! This location is fast, efficient, and everyone here is really polite. The outdoor sitting area is really nice. Don't forget to order your dog the free Puppicino" which is an espresso shot cup of whipped cream. Extremely long drive-thru wait times, not easy to access from the highway. Odd setup in terms of driving navigation and traffic flow. Watched a car just give up and leave the line after ordering. Nice service though! read more

High prices, but that is expected for a Starbucks. The store is clean, the outside is clean, however the parking situation sucks. The employees are well mannered and friendly which is always a plus. All merchandise is good. The bathrooms are clean and they have wifi. read more

My favorite coffee shop!!! I love the choices!! So many flavors and combinations!! You can make pretty much anything! Customer service is pretty good. The one thing il give to this location is that their drive through is always fast. Always. Inside is kind of small and offers little for seating but they likely had to take what they could get as far as a space to rent with a drive up window in the area goes. read more

Service leaves so much to be desired. Even on a slow day when their were 3 baristas it seemed they had better things to do because it took 20 mins to get just a "regular" coffee. On a busy day, good luck getting back to work on time. In the end they're supposed to be a business, not a hangout. read more
