Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... I do appreciate the thoughtful and thorough approach... A cold day driving with a vehicle failure... could have been made much more difficult... but it was not... it was a beautiful day... The convenience of having your car serviced while you're at work and have the people that do the work be so accommodating, highly responsive, and honest is a very hard combination to beat. Nico is also super responsive to various questions and he went the extra mile to see if his technicians could do some non-routine work on my car. And what's more, the technicians did it beautifully. But the best part is that their pricing is quite fair. Needless to say, I'll be using Zippity for all my needs if they are able to perform the work.

He didn't bleed the brakes even though he SAID he had. I can't stress this enough. I knew it as I was pulling out onto John Stark Hwy. when my foot went to the floor trying to stop for traffic. In between April 13 & June 22? It was raining. It snowed. He was sick. He got behind in his jobs. It rained again. He was behind again. He was starting today. It rained. He was gonna do it tomorrow for sure & thanks for being so understanding. He'd call as soon as it was done. After a week I called him. He said he was on it. He'd call in a few days when it was done. It rained. I left a message that if he can't do it please just call & let me know so I can move on. I called 2 days later & he said I was on his call list & he just can't do the job. April 13-June 22. I was kind. I never yelled. I was understanding. When I went to pick it up he said the brakes were indeed bled but no charge for my trouble & for being so patient. Gave me a safety inspection sticker. A SAFETY INSPECTION STICKER. No longer required in NH but I wanted to be sure I was good to go. Knowing FULL WELL he hadn't done my brakes & just let me drive away. EDIT TO SAY: Just went out to check things out (it was raining yesterday when I picked it up) and found the ORIGINAL LIST I had given Paul. bleed brakes (price given $127), safety check, fix gas gauge, new battery for engine to include new mount, de-winterize it ($127), blow out the vents (n/c), attach front plate (wasn't done when I got there but he had his guy do it) and NONE OF THIS WAS DONE. What WAS done was muddy footprints & dirt everywhere, seats taken apart & not put back together, and a drawer that doesn't close now. It was clean when I brought it in. Everything in place. And now.....? What a MESS!

I recently had a horrible service experience…read more I called to schedule an appointment and told them that I have the VW care maintenance plan and needed to schedule the recommended maintenance and an oil change (the oil change needed notification popped up on my car). I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation and alignment. There was no mention that the recommended maintenance would not be covered by the MAINTENANCE plan. I let them know that I would pick the car up after work that day, around 7pm. There was no mention that that would be an issue. On Wednesday 8/12, I dropped my car off in the morning before my shift. On the slip, I wrote that I would pick the car up at noon if it was ready, otherwise I would pick it up after 7. I called during my lunch break at noon and they said it would not be ready. I reiterated that I have the maintenance plan to pay for the services. There was no mention that the services were not covered. I again told them I would pick the car up after work, after 7. They told me the keys would be left in the car with the paperwork when I came to pick it up. A bit after 7, I arrived to pick my car up. There was nobody there except for one mechanic. My car had been locked and the mechanic could not find the keys. I was stranded in a parking lot for 45 minutes while a family member brought the spare key so I could finally go home. While I was waiting, I saw that I had a voicemail from them that I missed because I was working (which I had told them I would be 3 times by then). The voicemail made no mention of payment needed. The next day, I received a voicemail that they heard I was able to pick up my car last night and I needed to call back to "settle up." I returned to the dealership to pick up my key that they still had. I was then told that I had to pay $130 for services that I thought would be covered under my maintenance plan before they could give me my key back. Again, it was NEVER mentioned that the recommended maintenance services would not be covered under the maintenance plan when I scheduled the appointment or when I checked in to see if my car was ready. The only service that was covered was the oil change. The "solution" to their "disconnect" was to sign me up for text messages, so that next time I was working and could not answer the phone, they could just text me instead. Extremely unacceptable solution to making a customer wait in a parking lot while it was getting dark and wasting over an hour of my time after a long shift. The GM knows about this incident and has not reached out to offer an acceptable solution or to apologize, which just goes to show how much they care about their customers. I am thoroughly disappointed by the experience I had with them. My service and that of my family and friends will be going elsewhere from now on.

NO ONE in the Upper Valley has a good Miller story. Snow tire quote for new EV, $1800 Same tires from dealer in Keene NH, $1500. VW makes a good car, Miller has TERRIBLE 'service'. After MULTIPLE terrible service interactions with the dealer for our Volvo, I am no longer a customer and will get my car serviced elsewhere. Buy all the VW's you want, but get them serviced somewhere else! DO NOT RECOMMEND
