DO NOT GO! They are dishonest and will mess up your car…read more I previously thought that Forward's garage is an honest mechanics place and had good prices. Boy was I WRONG. I had ALL my brake lines changed at Forward's garage due to normal rusting. They charged me $400, which is very reasonable price. What I didn't find out until 1 year later when I took my car to another mechanic for oil change (due to cheaper pricing availabe) was that they used COMPRESSION FITTINGS on all my brake lines. They are literally putting my family and my life at risk! Brake lines should use union fittings to withstand the high pressure, not compression fittings. I called Forward's garage after I realized what they did. THey then told me "compression fittings are not illegal in New Hamspshire" and gave me the NH DMV number to call. Fine! u bastards, it's not illegal in NH, but it's illegal in many other states! I am moving to MA in the future, and it's illegal there. I can't believe you are putting my life at risk and charge me $400 bucks for it. I WILL NEVER come to you again.

I was looking…read morefor someone to do a custom exhaust on my classic pickup and one of the guys here was highly recommended from my engine builder and machinist as the right local guy for the job. After speaking with him I felt like we had a good understanding of what I'd like and he promised to make it look perfect... following this conversation is where everything went down hill. I made an appointment for later in the week and asked for tow truck to transport the vehicle from my house to Roberts auto, thinking it would be a day or two before they'd get that setup. Within hours my truck was picked up while still on jackstands, not ready to be transported or in any shape to be left outside the shop all week as it's in the middle of a restoration. My concerns over the truck being left out in the elements with the freshly built engine completely exposed to the elements were completed dismissed and I was given a lot of rude comments about it which is where my first bad taste of this place came from.... I was told "you can go buy a tarp And cover the motor if you want but it won't be pushed inside..." Fast forward to the day I'm scheduled to have the truck worked on, it gets pushed back again and again then they finally agree to push it inside for The weekend. The vehicle got covered in all kinds of dust and dirt that stuck to the freshly buffed original paint and greasy hand prints were left on my white paint that took an hour to rub out of the paint once the vehicle made it home. Monday comes around and the work is in progress, the tech didn't like my provided stainless pipe And chose to use cheapo Walker exhaust piping instead as it was "more workable", then I'm informed that he can't make my x pipe work, etc. I asked for an h pipe to be made and gaskets to be installed as part of this job. Neither were done! In an effort to trust the guy working on it I compromised on a lesser product as long as the quality of workmanship was there... well that didn't happen. Instead what I received was a total POS exhaust job that was incomplete and looked like a kid booger welded the exhaust with no care of workmanship. Next comes the billing nightmare, first I was charged $2700 and was given just a credit card receipt and no itemized invoice. We asked the next morning for the invoice and once reviewed I was charged for 20 feet of pipe when only 8 was used, I was charged $1600 for labor, a bogus environmental charge, and was overcharged for the tows to and from the house. When we called for quotes it was $20 less per tow from the same company that towed it. As one can imagine I am livid! And the chaos continues. When trying to communicate, You can't get a single word In without being talked over by the gal in the office Heidi and she insists they want to make it right but I am unsure to trust this shop to touch my vehicle again... as of now this is a steer clear of this garage if you have anything you care about.. I will give Them a chance to make it right and maybe remove this review but people need to know what they are up against with this place. I will also be leaving the same review on Auto Care Plus page as this is a franchise of them. The work seen in pics is completely unacceptable from any one that does auto repair. I am completely and utterly disgusted by the entire experience here at Roberts auto in Lebanon,NH. If things are made satisfactory this review will be edited or removed... Make it right!

Cold and snowy day... January 22, 2025…read more.. Southbound on the 91outside of White River Junction, VT... sensed a strong odor of antifreeze... pulled into a gas station... Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... I do appreciate the thoughtful and thorough approach... A cold day driving with a vehicle failure... could have been made much more difficult... but it was not... it was a beautiful day... It missed my windshield- but completely shattered the tempered glass panel above my windshield. While it was glass damage, it was considered a comprehensive claim on my insurance. Over a two week period I tried Safelite, Portland Glass, Granite State Glass, Kidders Automotive and Lebanon Volvo Volkswagen. None would touch the car. A friend told me to call Sean/Jasmin and I stopped in. They gave me an estimate and worked with my insurance ASAP. The part needed? ended up being on a national back order with no ETA. It took a little while - but the part was located and ordered. They installed it and kept the car indoors overnight to let the urethane seal cure. I just picked it up, it looked exactly like it came from the factory. When I went to pay? It ended up being so much cheaper that my jaw literally hit the floor and I was extremely confused lol. This place does great work and they obviously value their customers. I literally can't say enough good things about this place and everyone out front and in back. These reviews speak for themselves, and I'd recommend anyone that needs work done to check with Jasmin first! The enterprise rental office is in the same building and makes it obscenely easy to do everything at the same place.

Visiting the shop just days after Christmas, they were able to see us immediately and started working on the car within moments of arriving. Everyone was so courteous and hospitable from the very start... and determined to get the door fixed for us so we wouldn't be stranded with one door! They successfully fixed the door and we are very happy with the quality of work. I highly recommend this shop!
